    @HSBC_UK thanks for epically messing up my credit score... No debts, no problems, yet you can't get me a simple credit card and every time I request it hurts my ratings. I even visited your branch and thought all was sorted. I'm open to suggestions where to move my bank account.

    @HSBC_UK Terrible service been holding on 1 hour no body answers. Now 7 nov. I going switch from this bank and get money for switching. No service at all

    @HSBC_UK poor SLAs. Requested replacement card 29th Oct. Hasn't arrived. New card now on order to 'nearest' full service bank 9 miles away, will take up to 6 days. 2 weeks without a bank card not acceptable. So much for loyalty having been a customer for 30 years.

    @HSBC_UK is your Ealing Broadway branch open please? I made a special trip there last week to pay. Got there & it said it was closed due to technical issues. Don't want another wasted journey. Been on hold for absolutely ages to your customer support & web chat doesn't work etc

    @HSBC_UK I have spent nearly THREE weeks speaking to FOUR people on your online banking line and NONE of them can fix my problem. WTF do I have to do to get this fixed. They acknowledge it is YOUR problem, not mine.
