  @HSBC_UK On online banking I keep getting a message GSA error. I have cleaned out cache and cookies and history, I have used 2 browsers. No joy. Using mobile banking I get message something went wrong. Your status says everything is fine! When will a normal service be resumed.

  So I’ve spoke to @StarlingBank who have told me that they raised the issue directly with @MastercardUK WITHOUT even getting my proof of fraudulent activity and so MC declined the chargeback. Now to convince my husband to move back to @HSBC_UK - I’m so done with this incompetence!

  @HSBC_UK Emergency cover phone line is not working.. nothing on your website I can see saying what the problem is, or when it will be fixed... I am paying for emergency cover, and I can't use it.
