@HSBC_UK Moving banks . Due to a battery not working in my device and I couldn't make important transfer with telephone or by app. I need to travel to branch which will take two hours because you closed my local branch recently . Extremely antiquated and time consuming !

@HSBC_UK thanks for duplicating 2x balance transfers onto my new card, charging me transaction fees for the duplicates, leaving me with large negative amounts on my currents cards, then telling me it will take 10 working days to look at it and get back to me. Crap service!!!

Trying to set up a business account with HSBC for our management company they got my mob wrong, name wrong, so no call from them and can’t call anyone and now have to go through another chat online - dreadful service @HSBC_UK @HSBC
