@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

@HSBC_UK Still waiting for digital banking to be reactivated more than 24h after I cleared up the fraud check, they made my payment and promised to turn it back on. Now stuck on hold again because telephone banking can't unlock it and your fraud team are grossly understaffed. WTF HSBC?

@HSBC_UK after calling you and being cut off after 30 mins of waiting, and after waiting 3 hours on the chat last night for a regular payment that was blocked, I finally had it unblocked. Only to have another block to happen this morning.

@HSBC_UK spent nearly 2 hours trying to open a charitable account today. Went round and round with your online chat. Got cut off twice ! Stop don’t have an account and being told to ring tomorrow to arrange online appointment next month !! Laughable. Really shocking cust service
