@HSBC_UK hi I've been getting called multiple times a day by 03450130151 with an automated service to pay credit cards....is this a genuine number? I strongly doubt it since it's happened before but oh my it's sooooo annoying 😭

@HSBC_UK absolutely fuming at your disgusting customer service. Mon 11th promised call with 24-48hours after waiting 2 months to open an account for my daughter. And your online chat agents are rude, and just tell me I'll have to wait.. Til when????
