@HSBC_UK Undoubtedly worst bank in UK. Luton (branch in town I work) closed next two months. Wretched app, as usual, not allowing me to pay cheques in. Have to go miles out of my way to pay in cheque. As ever v poor customer service

  • MCrossland23 mitch (@MCrossland23) reported

@HSBC_UK I have applied for a current account and a credit card but have not yet received confirmation or status of application. This was before the weekend. Can you help ?

  • TOrynski Tomasz Oryński (@TOrynski) reported

@JanZamoysky @HSBC_UK They unblocked my card, paid me 80 quid **** off money and told me they won't transfer credit card money to my friends but suggested I can do it myself. Which I know. I tried to do it. They blocked my card. So we might be back to square one soon :-)

  • PalmiFeed Deks mysterio (@PalmiFeed) reported

Why do I have to wait half an hour and counting to speak to customer care? @HSBC_UK

  • Scooterza75 Scott Davies (@Scooterza75) reported

@HSBC_UK why oh why for all that is good do you not provide a CSV download option for credit card statements!? It's bizarre & forces your customers to go through an AWFUL convoluted process so we can figure out where our money is going to! You can and should do better! #getwithit

  • ptrv_g PtrvG (@ptrv_g) reported

@TOrynski @JanZamoysky @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me with revolut. Twice. The second time in the USA , my phone wasn't working there and I didn't answer the text the bank sent me . It seems like the algorithm learns at some point ( it didn't happen anymore), but may require more calls. Hope you'll resolve

  • RayBarber21 BDR (@RayBarber21) reported

@HSBC_UK hello, are there system problems with HSBCNet this am? I’m trying to make payments but it is slow and then times out. Service status page suggests there are no problems. But there seems to be.

  • mikewill37 MikeWill (@mikewill37) reported

Not impressed with @santanderuk Daughter has had fraudulent use of her card with someone buying things from Amazon. Santander seem to not give a **** and have told her to ring Amazon. This is from the fraud team. Glad I am with @HSBC_UK as they could teach how to handle this

  • georgeswilson1 George Wilson (@georgeswilson1) reported

@HSBC_UK Been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 26 minutes on an ordinary working day, this is very poor service.

  • Scooterza75 Scott Davies (@Scooterza75) reported

@beconstant @HSBC_UK Oh absolutely! A total NIGHTMARE trying to get their stupid statements into Excel. I trust you know about using Excel's Data, Get Data, From File, PDF option? But beware - it sometimes misses entire sections so you MUST compare totals of what was imported vs statement! Terrible.
