    @HSBC_UK my mum is having problems sorting out an account as a result of residing in France. Unfortunately, because she is rather deaf she has difficulty with the telephone since it means she cannot see the person's face to read their lips. Any help would be appreciated

    @JuliaHB1 Apart from @HalifaxBank are not and got support from @HSBC_UK today. They would prefer to support their staff, and support inclusion and equality, rather than having a handful of transphobic customers like yourself. #Pride

    @BlueMouseEeek @HSBC_UK Maybe, and I have no issue with it as such other than financially. The cost to implementation of this will be costly and when customer service is diabolical to all their customers, perhaps prioritising where they spend the profits might be worth consideration.

    @HSBC_UK Disappointing, I would rather you concentrated on serving your customers rather than judging them. Banks seem to have forgotten that they are a service industry and rely on customers.
