@mushoj8 @HSBC_UK Exactly the same has happened to me too. I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. Please help me HSBC, you’re not responding to my DMs

At least, @HSBC_UK team promptly looked into the case and completed the direct debit indemnification claim immediately after speaking to them. @virginmedia could learn a lot about appropriate customer service from @HSBC_UK.

Hi @HSBC_UK , you're asking and reminding (former) customers to log in to read an "important document", but after cancelling the account you also disable the login. Could you please make up your mind? Either let me read the document, or don't send it to my locked inbox.
