    @HSBC_UK I'm unable to login to my HSBC app after the iOS15 update. The app keeps crashing. Since I don't have the hard token and relying on the app to generate the security code, I'm not able to login thru the desktop either. What is the fix for this?

    @HSBC_UK's take on 'customer service': 1) Go to bank (that no longer has counter service). Get told by Customer Service person to ring a number on the back of my debit card regarding my enquiry. 2) Spend an age on the phone due to a 'very high volume of calls'. Rinse & repeat.

    @GeneralBeave @HSBC_UK Managed to get it working by deleting and re downloading the app. Literally happened the next day after I upgraded.

    @HSBC_UK Bravo for locking my student daughters account and refunding money lost from fraud. Terrible service though in branch (Nottingham) for not giving a damn that she’s now two weeks without a replacement card. #notagile #hsbcuk

    @HSBC_UK It's both... and a new commercial card... 5 days is now two weeks... your commercial card phone number is being routed to personal accounts who can't help... business customers... I'm getting dizzy from going round and round in circles...
