@HSBC_UK Katarina - I'm no nearer receiving any help from you despite me giving the account details, including information that I shouldn't have shared. However, can you or someone please respond to my appeal for help via your suggested method? Thanks.

@HSBC_UK phone agent, 2:45pm (at length, condescendingly): I'm sorry Mr Taylor, but there is no power of attorney on this account. @HSBC_UK phone agent, 3:15pm, given the same details: yes, I see you have power of attorney All this before I even get to explain the actual issue.

@hsbc_uk is this worst customer service of the decade? Your algo suspects fraud transaction (me paying for petrol - not the smartest algo). You block my card with ZERO notification. I am left unable to pay. Its after 8pm so no human is available on HSBC premier phone. Awful

We’re working with HSBC to obtain bank accounts for people who don’t have ID or a permanent address. Without one it can be a battle to receive wages, access benefits or obtain financial support. Thanks so much @HSBC_UK for providing solutions to help break the #viscouscircle!

@HSBC_UK - new screens for paying & transferring money are painfully slow and not intuitive. My observation is the old system was better and more user friendly. @JCEET1

@felinefromspace @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin That's exactly what you're doing, you're saying "but all people struggle" okay, well this particular group is more likely to be made homeless, we need to help them. "But anyone can be homeless" You are giving the ALM argument.
