@HSBC_UK Thank you..And I've have sent you some suggestions on how to resolve issues by actually speaking to people .. thankfully the money taken is being returned but the experience of your customer service will sadly last a lot longer

.@HSBC_UK I am at a loss. Your online business banking application system keeps stalling. Your online chat system people are lovely but not empowered to help & your business account manager people don’t call, even when appointment is booked. How am I supposed to open an account?

@HSBC_UK I've registered for online&mobile banking, but I don't have a Secure Key. Nowhere during registration did I see a code, and I can't generate a new code as I can't log in because I don't have a Secure Key to begin with, and I need it to log in! Help?!

@HSBC_UK Children In Need is an independent company registered as a charity, it is not a BBC company or charity. BBC & others give everything for free, but if you look on the charity commission site, you might be annoyed by how much their employees take. That could go to those in need.
