@HSBC_UK For some reason, you are sending me and my wife identical statements for our joint account, even though the comms preferences are set to online only. I have been through all support channels, to prevent the duplication of the mailed statements, but still they keep coming

@HSBC_UK @MerkyBooks Hi worlds worst bank, is there anyone in customer service that has any common sense that I can speak to on a weekend or after 5.30 weekdays? You numpties screwed the account opening up due to a dodgy system issue so I cancelled as it did not go through then a week later done it

Good work @HSBC_UK - you closed the counters down in my bank so I can’t pay coins in….however the branch in Runcorn (35 mins away) does take coins😳🤷🏼

So @HSBC_UK doesn’t provide a self-service option for customers to generate their account statements for specific periods. Ordinary @myaccessbank @gtbank and co have that simple functionality. That’s really surprising for a bank of their standard.
