@HSBC_UK @financialombuds 2/2. She could have her visa by now. I even offered to pay extra for it to be with me. On the second call I said this was urgent. Now she can't access money to pay to get out becyof your **** up. Nobody is taking responsibility to explain the failure.

@HSBC_UK What a bright idea (!?) to replace the digital secure key password with a digital secure key 6-digit pin!!Easy to remember unique password, personal to me - will now have to write pin number down. 'Simpler' - really??

@HSBC_UK The thing is my account is closed due to a overdraft around 18pounds. I was an international student, and I left UK with 0 balance in my bank card. I don’t know there is a overdraft until the account has been closed. I tried to call your telephone customer service 3 times.
