@LouJoSays @MotivatedManta @HSBC_UK I did an AFPS15 pension calculator pretending to be an LE Major (big bushy moustache) retiring at 55 with 37 years reckonable service. 102K lump sum and 31K a year until pension age then 36K a year. Not too bad considering you could still continue working from 55.

Hi @HSBC_UK , is there any problem with the mobile app on the iPad? Every time I try and open it, it crashes out back to my home screen before I can even put passwords etc in? Many thanks

@HSBC_UK I've tried numerous times now. I just need a 5 minute conversation and it's simply impossible to get through. All I need to do is talk to an actual person about a Section75 Credit card claim. Just so frustrating. Literally at my wits end.

@HSBC_UK Hi. We set up an account with you for my 14 year old daughter a few weeks back and she’s still yet to receive her telephone banking info which means she can’t use your app either. We’ve chased twice but it still hasn’t arrived. Can you help pls?

@HSBC_UK I found someone’s HSBC card today. Tried calling your number as, you know, wanted to help. IVR very unhelpful and then told me you are closed. Please try your service from a customer perspective including someone trying to report a found card.
