@HSBC_UK trying to login to the banking app, get past Face ID so can see my accounts, I go to click on an account and it boots me out saying session expired! Everytime. Happening on Wi-fi and 4G connection

@HSBC_UK is there an issue with your banking app? Mine won’t let me access my account; I can log in fine but when I actually select an account it then comes up saying my session has expired and logs me out...

@HSBC_UK Having problems with the App started this morning. Logs on fine, I can see my balances but it logs me out when I tap on an account for transactions. Very frustrating, I can’t see when customers are paying me! Please fix!

@HSBC_UK seems like HSbc mobile banking is having issues, I sign into the app, see all my account but the second i tap on any account it comes up saying “your mobile@banking session has expired, please login again.” When though I just logged in...
