@HSBC_UK @HSBC Please fix your app, the app crashes every time on iOS 15. I have tried it on my iPad too which is running iOS 15, meaning it’s because of the IOS 15. Please update to support IOS 15, thank you! (I have tried also reinstalling.)

Managed to solve my HelloFresh issue by finding head office people but still gobsmacked that @HSBC_UK only defence against fraud is cancelling your card. Which means frantically setting up all your financial commitments again before bills come out. Why do I need a a bank again?

@HSBC_UK It's really impossible to connect HSBC business telephone support. Online chat team doesn't have any idea of things. 1 hour of waiting in call centre queue and in the middle they disconnect the call. HSBC needs to solve these issues

@HSBC_UK please can you help. I need a form sent to my father to add another name on his account . There is nowhere online I can make the request without needing all his login details. I just want a form. Why is this so very hard? My local HSBC is closed so I can't go there.
