    Honestly amazed by the support @StarlingBank provides for iOS 16’s Betas and how they’re quick; Compared to @HSBC_UK who still prevent loading, take six months to update on a stable release never mind a beta; And who are inherently more business focused than consumer.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK Ezactly my point, a public beta is going to be buggy so expect things to go wrong. It was your choice to install the beta, and HSBC only needs to support the current (15) version.

    @HSBC_UK is there any eta on your iOS 16 compatibility? Both the business and personal banking apps crash on launch. They are the only apps on my phone that are not working.

    @HSBC_UK new customer had an issue when creating credit card account. Was told to call before activating card and discuss but I can’t get through as I don’t have a security code. Any advice on how to speak with an advisor prior to activating my card?
