@HSBC_UK Have any of you looked on Trust Pilot and seen the reviews of HSBC. Your service ratings are nil. So far I have spent hours trying to get a service. You do answer my queries but you can only give phone numbers when I should be able to chat to a knowledgeable human online.

Well, I'm going to name and shame. For 2 days trying to get through to @HSBC_UK because I cannot log on to OnlineBanking . This monolith that pays its top brass a fortune cannot cope with a customer who's stayed with them for 34 years? #disgraceful

Well what a day . Scam#1 husband gets text from @PostOffice ... obvs not really asking for £2.00 . Just follow link give bank details etc etc . Tells me this morning arghhhh this is a scam.... contact @HSBC_UK fabulous support.

@HSBC_UK I was trying to log on via the browser and it was asking me for a code generated by my app, that was before I deleted it so telling people to log online when it needs a code from the app when it's the app that isn't working was just madness

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Why is it so difficult to pay in a cheque over £500?? I work Mon-Fri 8-6, banks are open Mon-Fri 10-4. I can’t use the app over £500. I can’t use a post office because I don’t have a paying in slip. No further advice on website. What other solutions are there??
