  @HSBC_UK I am a Premier account holder, have had my phone and wallet stolen in Portugal, service offered by Aviva is woeful, unable to get through, told that coverage is actually much lower than advertised, with a month wait. Stranded here for a week more no phone bank cards etc

  Hi @HSBC_UK Ive had letter from you claiming that you owe me a refund due to historic credit card charges and to reply with my bank acc details on a pre paid form. Not sure if a scam and yr helpline cant confirm. No HSBC branches near me. Help!

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank
