  @HSBC_UK I completed a travel dispute form back in January 2021 and i still have no reply, when i call customer service i get told to wait few weeks, its August now..? This is really disappointing as i have been with HSBC for more than 8 years.

  @kevmg @HSBC_UK That is just bad bad customer service! It’s obvious it was an error! I had an ERC due when I moved house due to ill health! I just happened to tell them on the phone this was reason for move. Without me askingNationwide cancelled my ERC of £5000 and said they hoped this helped!

  @breadandits @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni And statistically, it is white working class boys who are least likely to go to university. We live in a country which is 85% white, it doesn’t take a lot of figuring out.
