@HSBC_UK Monday: I spent an hour with one of your agents transferring my savings to a new account. Today: log on to discover that the transaction has been reversed. Your app & internet banking is down & your phone lines closed. You have effectively stolen all of my money. WTF.

@HSBC_UK Is the Mobile Banking app and online Banking DOWN, I am unable to logon to both of them. While logon to Mobile app it says "service temporarily unavailable" while logon to Online Banking website it says "GSA system error"

@HSBC_UK wish I could find out why you recalled a transaction I authorised over the phone two days ago but I can’t because you don’t take calls after 8pm and your app is broken again so no access to 24/7 chat function. Thanks for being terrible.

@HSBC_UK That’s not what the issue is, but it is the same issue. A transaction has been declined but funds are not yet released - the vendor has told me they have declined so NFA their end. I have proof it’s been declined. Still no “call back within 24hrs” promised on Monday

@HSBC_UK Already done that 3 times today. Complete waste of my time. Dealing with incompetent CSP. More than 30 minutes on hold then will end the call. Terrible support from your team.
