@Ben91530293 @HSBC_UK @HSBC The hold music has already broken me, I think because it reminded me of being trapped on a Kenya Airways flight on runway for 10hrs and having to listen to similar circular earworm torture, so I will never know. Think if you send PR dept evidence they should compensate for time.
