Yet again @HSBC_UK has failed to do its job. Want to use lasting power of attorney to ensure elderly mum’s funds pay for care home. Set up new ISA with gd int rates, HSBC refuses to transfer funds. Why? Go to branch, promised action in 24hrs. Nothing. What’s the problem HSBC?

@HSBC_UK closing down hundreds of high street banks. I know that if I was a client of theirs, I’d be immediately closing my bank. Yet another tech introduction that has cost jobs. Is anyone working out yet that if it continues, there’ll be millions less jobs !

@HSBC_UK another derisory deposit interest rate increase. Increasing your profits at the expense of Your customers is counter productive and damages your reputation. I am considering leaving after being a customer since 1977. I cannot be the only one. You obviously do not care

@HSBC_UK HSBC shutting down so many stores to be more efficient and go online chat and it takes 60minutes to connect to someone on chat. If we look for a telephone number on your webpage it’s like a riddle, nothing? Is this improvements?

@HSBC_UK answer me this. If you keep shutting local branches making it harder for ppl, especially the elderly, to do their banking why should anyone stay with you? Many online banks offer just as good a service if not better. I may be switching

News today that @HSBC_UK is closing its Leatherhead branch. This after every other full service bank in Lhead has shut recently (NatWest, Santander, TSB, Lloyds, Barclays, The Halifax) Now that all the competition has gone, why not wait to see if you gain customers? #SaveOurBank

@simonnread @HSBC_UK That shop still provided a service but a service not enough people valued, or used, enough. Now they face having to go to town or order online. What’s the difference?
