  The only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK nearly 3 wks since my sons loan application- numerous phone calls - spent nearly 7 hours on hold trying to follow up - took 4 calls to get to the real issue - then more calls after that - 4 days post the agreement still no loan papers for him to sign . Appalling

  @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.

  @HSBC_UK My question was how to log in without a qr code. How can I scan a qr code when using the device with the scanner to try and log on to the website. For clarity I only have one device.
