victoria clark (@vickic1984) reported@HSBC_UK disgusting service. I made you aware my father had passed away 6 weeks ago and took a copy of his death certificate to the branch. My Mum has had 6 phone calls in two weeks from HSBC asking to speak to my dad. What is your vulnerable customer policy?

wcrpaul (@wcrpaul) reported@HSBC_UK You've made it impossible to apply via mobile for a loyalty cash ISA:- "A new way to log in" requests:- "Open your mobile banking app"... HINT: The app is already open 'cos I'm trying to apply for a loyalty cash ISA!! Gave up after 3 attempts. "A new way to log in" isn't perchance preparatory to government's scorned DIgitalID...?
