@HSBC_UK You are not allowed by law to give more than 6 years of bank statements but you breached the rules and gave 10 years of statements and when the customer complains you rely on your six year rule to refuse to deal with the complaint. I see this as bullying the customer.

@HSBC_UK I know. But sending a letter than took a week to get to me doesn’t help nor does not being able to get through to you, but summarises neatly why I have switched banks!
