  Last night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳

  Industry standard is 15 days not more than 3 months and no update till date ..shoddy customer service , @HSBC_UK we were told your isa department doesn’t even exist and that’s why they can’t directly contact us to resolve the issue.hsbcuk bank full of lies @financialombuds

  @HSBC_UK plz help . I have lost my card and am trying to log into online banking to get a new one issued but can’t remember my details - to reset it asks for details I don’t have (sort code etc - which are on my card!) plz help me get some way of accessing my account

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK please contact me re : poor customer service. Advisors having to " follow the script ", unable to speak on behalf of my 91 year old parent, no knowledge about how the only remaining local branch operates. A frustrating 40 minute call.

  @HSBC_UK I’ve just tried to update my change of name on the app but it’s saying I can only do this in person. All my local branches have closed down and I’m unable to get to one. What do I do please?
