@IanJamesSeale @HSBC_UK Also just found this on their website so you won’t even be able to use the app anymore with your Physical Secure Key! - If you want to keep using your physical Secure Key, you can. However, while you’ll be able to log on to online banking, you won't be able to use our mobile app.

@HSBC_UK @iamaafaq It's a shame Sofia will be out of a job soon as HSBC will be shutting down the Dewsbury branch in a few months. Aafaq would need to take the day off work to travel to Bradford/ Huddersfield/Leeds if he needed help in future .

@HSBC_UK Well, that's odd. If I follow that link, it says everything is working fine, but I KNOW from what I was told BY HSBC that the problem that I am experiencing is affecting others too. I am currently trying to get an update on the Software/System problem and am awaiting a call.

@HSBC_UK spent 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with someone on the business side to order a new security dongle. Updated my address then line went dead before they confirmed it was sent. Spent another 3 hours from abroad on hold nobody answered so gave up. Shocking service.

@HSBC_UK Hi I am not a customer but need to speak with my local Ashton under lyne branch. I was hit by a car today and the HSBC bank has the CCTV footage. They said that if I needed it to contact them, but no numbers.
