    .@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.

    HSBC @HSBC_IN @HSBC_UK @PMOIndia I called your customer care as asked by you. They gave new complain no. 36509058 Still no credit of missing points. It's more than 2 months now. Same as May, my July accelerated points are also not credited as per transactions. Pathetic HSBC

    @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

    @HSBC_UK No warning at all — tried to sign in & my acnt was suddenly suspended & with Account Review Team. Phone banking says I'm now "unverified" so can't discuss it. Forced to travel 25 to branch. 0 communication. Avoid banking with #AvoidHSBC
