  @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

  @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.

  .@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.

  Two people. One joint @HSBC @HSBC_UK account. Same address. Same finances. Yet I’m often delayed and restricted to manage my account while my English partner isn’t. After 10+ years as a customer, I’m left wondering: what explains the difference? #banking #uk #money

  @HSBC_UK it’s quite sad that I will have to close my main account with you after six solid years. It’s been good using your bank, unfortunately , lately it’s increasing difficult solving basic customer care problems. The HSBC app as well is horrible to navigate. Quite appalling

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  HSBC Apple Pay. Possibly all(?) HSBC UK customers have woken to an email from them confirming registration of their card on to Apple Pay. Contact centre on +30 minute wait times as concerned customers phone in. I’m told the comms were sent in error. @HSBC_UK

  @HSBC_UK almost a 3 week wait for a telephone security code and nothing has arrived. Incredibly poor customer service.
