@ZoeFordie @HSBC_UK Had the same issue for the last week. No sms code comes through and all they tell me is that it’s not their end. Funny how I can receive texts off everyone else but hsbc. Number is correct too. Joke of a service.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC do you think it is acceptable to freeze a customer’s business account for no other reason that my accountants address is on companies house while I have a different business address which both has been the same for 14 years ? Meanwhile I can not speak to anyone

@HSBC_UK I upgraded to ios15.1 on my iPhone 8 Plus and like many others I now can’t access my hsbc banking app, it just won’t open. I can’t even log in on the website because I need the app for my secure key. Need to make a payment today.. any timelines on a fix?

@HSBC @HSBC_UK Your "updated" Android app sucks. Biometrics work intermittently, the app crashes regularly and when it does work it is very slow. #hsbc

@HSBC_UK I've done that and now of course have to log back in. And it won't of course accept the previous log in details I have recorded. So now on hold to HSBC trying to sort out the password change. Complete nightmare.

@HSBC_UK your 'live chat' is useless it suggests it is a person. It is a machine. I want to speak to a person. I am locked out of my account and can't get back in. Your website is no use at all.
