@HSBC_UK Banking is an essential service!! I don’t really see why being open on a Saturday for a few hours needs extra “monitoring” or consideration!? Other banks are open on Saturday

@HSBC_UK Having problems with the App started this morning. Logs on fine, I can see my balances but it logs me out when I tap on an account for transactions. Very frustrating, I can’t see when customers are paying me! Please fix!

@Crazyerol123 @HSBC_UK It’s a complete disaster. They wait until 1530 on day of completion to phone to tell me something which should’ve been corrected weeks ago. I’ve spoken to them several times this week to confirm all was ok & they didn’t once mention a problem. Cost me a fortune in legal fees etc.
