    @HSBC_UK shocking service HSBC! Another foreign call centre, called 3 times, hanging on for the call to be ended! Terrible line and unable to understand operator. What’s happened, always used to receive excellent service!

    @HSBC_UK I administer a community account that has not received a bank statement since November. With such accounts with no online access, security words setup etc. It's virtually impossible to get anybody to talk to me on the phone. Would someone help me in branch?

    .@HSBC_UK Serious question: a customer is locked out of their account. They have tried and failed to unfreeze it- online, calls, etc. They have a disability. They have no means of travel. They cannot attend a branch (the local ones closed). What would you suggest? #Hypothetical

    @HSBC_UK @BBCRadio4 @TheSun Why does nobody help at the bank? Branch can’t help, India’s can’t help, Philippine’s can’t help please help me and resolve this and unblock my account and put the £100 that’s been taken from my money? I had £104 yesterday the Indian lady tokd me I could withdraw

    @HSBC_UK My Mum has/had an account with you, but passed away on the 2nd. We contacted the bank and they freezed the account. Up to 2 days ago we was still able to access the app. But now when we try, it ask us if there is online banking setup. Is this normal when you freeze acc?

    Trying to set up @HSBC_UK online banking for my mortgage and it's absolutely impossible. Most frustrating looped system ever.

    @HSBC_UK now been hanging on the phone for over an hour trying to get a member of staff to give me my new account details. No one seems to know how to do this. I am beginning to wonder if I have called HSBC. Shoddy dreadful service! Yes another useless bank!

    @HSBC_UK Nobody from the account review team calls me! My mum used to be very high up at the bank she was head of equal oops and diversity reporting to head of HR anne z I am appalled . She appalled . Get my account unlocked and reply to my complaints . Why does nobody help??? Help 😡😡
