    @HSBC_UK I changed my device recently and now I’m no longer able to logon to my account on my phone. After setting the digital secure key it shows “Service unavailable” on the app.

    @thebarryhorns @HSBC_UK Move bank. I had a HSBC banking issue when I lived in Sydney. To sort it, they advised that I’d need to go to my local branch to sort…. In Cardigan.

    @HSBC_UK @Chris_Hambridge Same here, I went into the bank withal my I.d explained problem they said HSBC are having problems with online banking and to give it a few days. It's been a few days already!!! So why you not admitting its your glitch HSBC

    @quandromache I hear you! I was a @BarclaysUK customer for years (2002 ish until 2019). Suddenly, no more, can't possibly have customers living abroad. Funnily enough, @HSBC_UK have no problems and haven't closed my account for the crime of living abroad!

    @thebarryhorns @HSBC_UK And, regardless of what they say, they’ve ditched the Welsh language line. The “we’ll get you through to the first available handler and they may not speak Welsh” **** when there was NEVER a queue on the Welsh language line shows where priorities lie.
