So 7 weeks ago @HSBC_UK suspended our business account. This is having a huge detrimental effect on our ability to run our business. We have no access to any funds and all of our direct debits have been cancelled. We’ve provided everything to @HSBC_UK that they’ve asked for.

@HSBC_UK absolutely shocking. Spoke to three different people and still cannot access my online banking. It's been three days for what should have been sorted within 2 business hours,and still no access!! I'll be changing bank's now as its just a complete joke!!

@HSBC_UK when I was unemployed during the pandemic you offered no support and sent me threatening letters regarding my credit card debt. Now I have a job and a healthy balance you are hounding me with offers of loans and credit. Somewhat hypocritical don’t you think?

@MorganBroadcast I would recommend @HSBC_UK. I got my cards cloned last week, thanks to the app notifications I spotted it immediately, got the cards frozen and new ones sent out in under 10mins. Can’t fault them for 24/7 emergency support.
