    @HSBC_UK Not impressed at the supermarket checkout and get card not authorised Error on chip and pin. Online chat useless telephone not answered. Utter garbage excuse for customer service. And card still wont’ work. Totally and utterly pissed off right now.

    @HSBC_UK trying to arrange an appt to set up an Executor acct for my late mum,advised do it online,no spots but told to call,waiting for 30 mins to be told by an o/seas callcentre to go to a branch on spec(Bourne now closed,nearest 30mins away)on a 1st come1st served basis,awful

    @HSBC_UK well done on your ongoing exceptional poor customer service. Have been on the phone to your team for over 2 hours and have been passed between 3 teams who don’t have a clue how to help me. This is getting beyond a joke. You must think it’s ok to treat customers like this

    @HSBC_UK well after being left on hold for 4 hours today... and still no answer I have to call back tomorrow as their customer service is now closed ... brilliant !!! I hope you lose all your customers

    @HSBC_UK hello HSBC, I spent 90 mins on hold and speaking to your team last week regarding credit card application. Colleague told me I should receive response via text message last Thursday but still no response. Service I've had has been diabolical & I'm not customer yet 1/2

    @HSBC_UK hi Hsbc. Absolutely dreadful service you’ve frozen my account after I spent 15 minutes with an advisor telling them that my spending was all good. And now I phone the help desk and no one is there. Let me access my money!!!!!
