@HSBC_UK do care about their loyal customers. My 78 year old mum has not been able to access her main account for months, the one her pension goes into. She has spent more than 3hrs on the phone & went into store yesterday. A total of 8 HSBC staff have not fixed her problem.

@HSBC_UK I resolved the issue by the grace of my patience and reading extensively on customer forums, here and on the app, trying every suggestion, none of which came from HSBC. Shamefull treatment of staff and customers by pushing a faulty product. I will make sure this goes to Ombudsma

@xJ4MEZ @HSBC_UK Branches are now open longer than 10-2, a cash service branch is 930 till 1500 a full service branch is open 9-5 m-f and open on a Saturday 930 1300.

@firstdirect This has been going on for months. It’s not a new issue. When FD was moved back under the @HSBC_UK umbrella over a year ago, the service started to go downhill. It’s been 30 minutes now and I’m still on hold.

@rbh1978 @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni Funny, nobody cared about poor white kids until black people helped disadvantaged black kids. If you have the grades all support should be applauded regardless of ethnicity. How about rich whites helping poor white kids? Or would that upset the status quo?
