  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK I've spent three days trying to resolve a problem with HSBC. Perhaps you can help. Online bonus savings account. My understanding is that if I withdraw anything I lose the bonus part of the interest for that month. Is that right

  @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!
