@HSBC_UK thanks for blocking my card for the 3rd time since April! As I was buying a drink in a pub on a hot day! How’s that suspicious behaviour! Can’t pay for my drink now and then was hung up on by one of your staff! Great customer service! Ffs- worse bank ever!!

@HSBC_UK why is your customer service so dire? Why have I just spent 2.5hrs of my life on the phone at a cost of £25 to not have my issue resolved. I have been passed for department to department to be told ‘maybe you should go in to the branch’ It is a fraud matter!

And now I’m expected to resolve an issue caused by @HSBC_UK shoddy systems. Which as a Business Analyst I can say clearly need some improvement. Maybe they should give me a job since i’m clearing up their mess.

It’s happening again @HSBC_UK zero queue managment to help speed things up. Just a sign that says 5 people in branch - so 1 person who needs an advisor brings 4 people in with them and people that can just pop in to use a machine are left waiting ages

@HSBC_UK Still silence from HSBC. You have held my money for 18 days now, transferred under category of CHARITY this depriving COVID affected villagers of help. Desperate, I transferred funds via an app to get help to them. Money arrived in 3 minutes. Shame on you HSBC.
