    @HSBC_UK I have been calling the customer care number and have waited for more than 45 mins on line but I still couldn't speak with anyone of your support agent. Is this some kind of a joke. I have paid my tuition fee 1 month back but no response. WTH is wrong? Revert back ASAP.

    @HSBC_UK absolutely shocking. Spoke to three different people and still cannot access my online banking. It's been three days for what should have been sorted within 2 business hours,and still no access!! I'll be changing bank's now as its just a complete joke!!

    If someone thinking of joining @HSBC @HSBC_UK, DON'T! You'll get paid around 35LKR basic and the **** you have to go through because of some managers are not worth the salary. Getting personally attacked on WhatsApp group which is named "jobless people" and it's the official (1)

    @HSBC_UK Alternatively I can reach the conclusion that HSBC are incapable of resolving what should be a simple issue and actually don't care to do so and transfer my custom elsewhere.

    @HSBC_UK I'm getting frustrated now. Hsbc is one of the worst bank. If you Dont get my issue sorted today, I will write the CEO and escalate this to the ombudsman. I have had enough.

    @HSBC_UK @financialombuds If HSBC are unable to resolve a simple complaint about a repeated issue and refuse to acknowledge that the service they are providing is of a poor standard, then I won't be wasting my time taking this further. I shall simply take my custom elsewhere.

    @HSBC_UK @financialombuds how disgusting is it that you freeze a single mums acc after an inheritance payment and allow no access to any money at all. No money to feed a 7yr old+pay any bills. Then refuse to speak on the phone and say go in the bank who then laugh at her!!!!
