@Mistywoman1 @HSBC_UK Sounds to me like @HSBC_UK need to get their banking App up to date. Plenty of non-standard size cheques around. If banks (all of them) are going close all their branches for miles around, they should at least have the decency to get their online stuff working seamlessly.

How on earth @HSBC_UK ‘s ATM not issued cash due to fault, got text alerts from @HSBC confirming issue. 1 month on, HSBC still holding my monies (£500). Unbelievable!! Staff lied 7 working days, then 30 days, then 30 “working days”. Soon ll close my accounts with @HSBC_UK

@asda you are taking £200 from my bank account without my consent, clearly this is a fraudulent transaction but my bank @HSBC_UK are unwilling to stop this transaction, please can you tell me what I need to do? @HSBC_UK are useless, please help.

Absolutely shocking that @HSBC_UK has no plans to update their app to iOS 15, 'for security concerns' when they operate in mainland China, and every other major UK bank has updated their apps to offer support to customers. This is why I use @Monzo for nearly everything now!!!

@HSBC_UK can I just say, your online chat and telephone service is appalling! 90 minutes wasted with no resolution! Both services cut you off (probably because the agents are SO slow). #hsbc

@HSBC_UK clearly doesn't care about its reputation or safety of their customers. They are incapable to provide a customer service on the phone during the pandemic. I have been calling their fraud team for 2 weeks now and can't get anybody on the phone.

And all I have seen is @HSBC_UK telling people to revert their operating systems to iOS 14 which is a very difficult process and not good customer service. Get your arses in gear and spend a tiny percentage of your revenues on your customers' user experience. It is unacceptable!!
