For the second time in 15 days @HSBC_UK customer service is an absolute joke. Trying to deal with fraud on my wife’s account, still on the phone, have already spoken to 4 people, none of whom seem to know what’s going on. Irony is you text my wife & she’s just trying to respond!

Useless online chat service with unhelpful staff who can't even be bothered to solve problems. Do you train your staff to tell customers it's 'impossible' to request a statement to be generated @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, got a call security call last Friday. Couldn't hear the person who called me - asked them to call me back so I verify transfer. Rather than do that they disabled my mobile app. Now on the phone trying to get app access but been hung up on. REALLY!

@HSBC_UK as i said previous,its a prepaid card.when i can limp into branch prob saturday i will explain, & prob asked "why didnt you contact us sooner". apparently hsbc customer service doesnt have the number for a hsbc branch with a faulty cash machine. I bet the machine is off today!!!
