@HSBC_UK Why since this new log on thing you've introduced do you log in and it just sits there like and what??? Then you have to say you've forgotten you pin and log in again and its fine annoying 😒

@LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK At least it’s an 0345 number so their useless *** bank makes you pay for the service you can’t get. Interestingly you have to bank with them if you work for them, because as one of the supposedly biggest banks in the world they are incapable of making payments anywhere else.

@LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK Feel your pain, had to use them to open a feeder acc for a bounce back loan and it was the most painfully slow thing ever. My record was three two hour phone calls in one day as their system kicked me out each time. 🤯😩

@HSBC_UK did it again. After removing Fast Balance from the Mob App without notification, #HSBC have now removed physical Secure Key access from the Mob App, again without notice, forcing users to use DSK, locking me out of Int Banking. 3 hrs on the phone today, still not fixed.
