@HSBC_UK The problem is. 15 years ago I had to go to my mobile provider and get my number changed. At the time I’d been made redundant was mentally unwell, I’d also had a history of receiving abusive phone calls. All of which you knew about. Yet when I called to say I needed 1/2

I'm glad that @HSBC_UK does check for fraud but locking my card because I spent money at my local Tesco (that I shop at regularly) felt a little bit overprotective. Nothing kicks off an anxiety attack quite like your card being turned down in a shop!

@HSBC_UK it has just taken me 30 minutes to get an international transaction to work because your website was blocking me at every possible turn. Firstly your address form doesn't accept characters such as "ö" used in Swedish. Next your form has poor input validation (1/?)

@HSBC_UK Support awful. I successfully loaded a cheque via mobile (no record found) and then immediately tried another (yes, within limits), amount error 22.93 is not > 0.01. Told to wait until next week to see if it clears up? WTF
