    @HSBC_UK @BBCCiN HSBC HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 24 HOURS, IMPOSSIBLE TO USE COMPUTER TO TRANSACT. LOCAL BRANCH CONSTANTLY PACKED WITH HERDS OF PEOPLE. What a terrible company!

    @HSBC_UK you seem not to want any new customers. All the numbers you give to call require people to give their account details before getting through to any kind of useful service. Please give me a number to call if you would like a new customer!

    @HSBC_UK HSBC definitely finds it difficult to talk money. Hours on hold and being told nothing they can do to fix their mistakes. But can threaten to send my details to another bank 😡
