@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK The only thing is they are exclusively App based. I suggested they at least allow view access to your account on a website, but that is not an option at the moment.

Complained to @HSBC_UK about the long waiting times to answer calls for a security issue. They asked me to DM. I did. They then asked me to call the number!!! You couldn’t make this kind of rubbish up could you @griffitha … not that he cares a jot.

@HSBC_UK why is it so hard to close a credit card? The app sends me to the website. The website send me to the chat function. The chat function sends me back to the app. I’m calling and all I get is a prerecorded message telling me to use the app.

@HSBC_UK Very disappointed with the Fraud department. I spoke to them last week to unblock my Travel Money card. I spoke to them today and they said they have no record of my conversation last week! They block card for no valid reason. Time to switch to Post Office travel card.

@HSBC_UK This is always an excuse. HSBC needs to put more people on the phones! Actually invest in customer service! You must think that your customers have nothing better to do than wait for you to eventually answer the phone. It’s appalling.

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK TBH they are all much the same. I'd suggest finding one with a branch near you. Then you can at least take paperwork in yourself and get a receipt. (I know its retro, but might help keep local services going to.) FWIW I had good service from Natwest with a tricky stuff recently
