  @HSBC_UK I've spent three days trying to resolve a problem with HSBC. Perhaps you can help. Online bonus savings account. My understanding is that if I withdraw anything I lose the bonus part of the interest for that month. Is that right

  @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

  @HSBC_UK Hi, I'm trying to log in to my account, but the verification code is being sent to my old UK phone number which I no longer use. I am currently in South Korea and need to update it to my Korean phone number. Could you please advise how I can resolve this? Thanks!

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK hi guys. Is it possible to get a custom bank statement generated? A support agent told me yesterday that it was possible, but now another one is saying it isn’t. It’s 2026 & other banks do this - especially since it’s for a business loan application.

  @UKFtweets if any of your clients would like to talk to a SME banking with @HSBC_UK business banking for 15 years, quadrupled turnover in last 4 years but will no longer accept shody service ( 4 weeks into 48 hour call back promise of @HSBC_UK ) i"m here. Verified accounts only.
