Novel @HSBC_UK got card which I used 0800 to register but failing ALL registrations as I have NO IDEA what the Telephone Security Number is and nowhere is giving me the remotest clue. Plus least said about your 'help' and 'chat'. Like talking to a brick wall.

@HSBC_UK I’ve just spent 45 mins on your website, chat and phone trying to open a joint savings account. I gave up when told that I would have to GO INTO A BRANCH to do this. My other jt a/c is online so why isn’t this more straightforward

@HSBC_UK because my fingerprint scanner wasn't working I couldn't log in, then the phone line didn't recognise me, now I'm locked out of all banking and you are shut, and your phone line closed. What am I supposed to do?
