  @HSBC_UK 55mins on a call (so far) and have spoken to four different teams and am now being passed to another. Ridiculous that it takes this long and someone isn't able to take my issue and deal with internally. Service likes this will make me shift my account elsewhere

  Errr @HSBC @HSBC_UK you were going to call back before 1230 GMT with an answer as to: 1) why my debit card is blocked and 2) more importantly, why you wouldn’t give me access to cash whilst in the US. As a result I couldn’t eat or drink for 2 days. Where are you? #sos

  @HSBC_UK - cannot believe your systems say live chat available when 20 minutes on I was still getting auto-generated messages and then told 'busy' and 'get on with your day'. This is not good customer service and I can't get on with my banking!
