@AndyBurnhamGM Could really do with your help. @HSBC_UK have a fantastic scheme for rough sleepers called "survivors account" it just needs my @Coffee4Craig ID to open accounts. I am talking to other banks trying to get them to take on this scheme & could do with your influence.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been locked out of my digital banking services due to too many failed log in attempts. Gone to reset online - got to the part where it wants to generate a security code via the app…but I don’t have that option as un/reinstalled the app other day when it was bugging
