@HSBC_UK what a moronic service you provide to small businesses. I have been locked out of telephone banking because I gave the wrong answer to: “how many of you are allowed to sign cheques?” We never sign cheques. Now I can’t make an appointment at my branch!!?

@HSBC_UK your website does not show this branch exists anymore. We need to access to this acct asap. I can't phone as we need an account number to be able to speak to anyone. Same with online chat via the website. Any suggestions this is frustrating??

@Liberation2005 @HSBC_UK It’s not the beta version that’s at fault. HSBC updated their app last week to work with iOS 12 (?!) which then stopped it working with iOS 15 (which is what everyone will be using). Have been told various things but hopefully an update this week. HSBC have been very slow.

@marshyleeds @HSBC_UK Then the atomic option becomes the only way forward. Cancel all accounts with them and cut ties completely. It’s the only way to companies with such bad customer service learn. It’s just a matter of if you have alternative options
