@HSBC_UK a bit of feedback - I’m a new customer but I have to say your service is extremely archaic. The length of time it’s taken to get set up with a current account is beyond belief compared to other accounts. Payments are incredibly slow. I’ll be looking to leave immediately.

@HSBC_UK Due to switch accounts on 5th Jan to HSBC. Can't access my account online as I still haven't received my telephone banking security number and you can't reset it within a certain time frame. Everything else received but not that number. So frustrating.

@HSBC_UK I can’t make transfer from my us currency account to my hsbc account in other countries since the app update. When I click transfer the currency account is not showing up. I can do it on older version of the app on other phone but not on my new phone and the website
