  @HSBC_UK I’ve now taken my case to the financial ombudsman because of the lack of customer service I’ve received plus the ridiculous amount of time it’s taken @HSBC_UK to do anything, absolutely awful customer service!!

  @HSBC_UK i have tired to set up the HSBC app on the Mobile i bought here but it comes up with an error everytime i try and enter ID such as bank info for the first step. I need access to My money as everything not nailed down was stolen

  @HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

  2/2 @HSBC_UK do you have any ideas,how you can sort out this mess ? Because as soon as I can access my account,I will be closing it down,due to sub standard customer service. Please let me know what I can do,so I can access my account
