    @HSBC_UK Good morning. It would have been nice to have had some warning that you were completely changing the Mobile app. I would like to report an issue. 'Fast Balance' has completely disappeared. This was the one feature that I used. As I refuse to set up Digital Secure Key.

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK You're online banking isn't working today - unable to transfer money on the mobile app and generating a code to log in online on my PC just produces a blank... Tried the mobile app chat but it logs me out due to inactivity because no operators are available.....

    @HSBC_UK Well 4 calls each over 25 minutes. Cut off 3 times no answer. Cannot reset like website says. Update was a waste of time as obviously not tested fully. Am very close to taking my accounts elsewhere. No customer care. Why should I stay with hsbc to be treated abysmally.

    @HSBC_UK My daughter has a new phone and can’t log in to the HSBC mobile banking app, because it says she can’t be logged in on more than one device. The screen on her old phone is broken so she can’t de-register it. How can she log in on the new phone?

    @HSBC_UK Thanks. I've tried that too. Unfortunately the options on that number are just the same and the queue is the same. I tried using the call back service. Useless. Still need to be put through elsewhere and still get cut off. Not sure what else I can do!

    @JohnWyndhamRich @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @stainlessamama they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅
