Hey @QuickBooksUK, my @HSBC_UK bank online feed is missing some accounts. They are telling me that Quickbooks don't support HSBC bank feeds anymore since 1 Aug 2021. How accurate is this, and if so, what communication to customers has been done?

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Hey, thanks for reaching out. I have actually resolved the issue; it appears that when you put a reference with brackets () it does not follow through but since removing it has now worked! Thanks again

@HSBC_UK @HSBC been in the phone again tonight for just over an hour, and once I eventually spoke with someone, I was on hold for half an hour. My god - why has this bank got my money. Not for much longer. Staggeringly bad customer service - AGAIN.
