@HSBC_UK I have now been waiting 3 hours. This has been in dispute for over 6 months now and all I get is 'somebody is looking into it' and the latest 'they should have rang on 31st May' I have received NO help with this and I have been a customer since 1985. Dont know what to do

@MurrellThe @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin I don't see how we can't focus on all these issues. Again, commenting on someone's beliefs when you should only be able to speak for yourself. The people who make a big deal of it are homophobes, which create situations like this. Which needs us to fix the issue.
