@HSBC_UK made a balance transfer request on 7th October. Balance transfer value request debited to HSBC card balance but no payment made to 3rd party credit card. No help from HSBC.

I'd love @HSBC_UK to actually help me with this problem I've had for well over a week now. On the phone again being told that it's easy to bank online, but they won't unlock my account or let me complain or let me do anything. As badly run as our government, maybe.

@HSBC_UK really great start HSBC. Just got cut off after being on the phone for 15 mins with a problem that the branch was going to sort. I haven’t even opened an account yet. I am not prepared to spend time waiting to get cut off again

@HSBC_UK Hi was just wondering if that involves harassing customers to reduce their overdraft by half - meaning they have to put aside extra per month - in my case £300 to get it down to the level you want or face it having withdrawn suddenly altogether ?

@HSBC_UK you’ve taken nearly £8k from my partners account but the money isn’t in the intended account and now you can’t tell her where the money is…who can find this out for her? Your customer service team aren’t being helpful, they were supposed to call her today and didn’t!
