    @HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds

    And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!

    @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

    Just experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.
