@LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK Agree this **** needs regulation. My misses-a teacher - spent 1.5 ringing government tax credit people yesterday. No answer,no contacts. She teaching in the day. Service ends at 1700. Useless...too much of this

@LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK Ah sorry bud. They’ve normally been decent with that recently. I had the same issues trying to get through so went down the app route and it was resolved fairly quickly. Disputed card payment.

@LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK At least it’s an 0345 number so their useless *** bank makes you pay for the service you can’t get. Interestingly you have to bank with them if you work for them, because as one of the supposedly biggest banks in the world they are incapable of making payments anywhere else.

@HSBC_UK so having tried to open a bank account late February and being told it can take up to 15days still waiting and your complaints team don’t even reach out. Poor service
