@HSBC_UK my husband is on to an Indian call centre and being asked ridiculous questions to reinstate the account. It is taking far too long! Sane questions over and over again. 40 minutes and still no help!!!!

Appalling treatment from @HSBC_UK ruining a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for 14 family members. HSBC still holding over $47k without explanation for a month. “Escalated” twice and I’ve formally complained. “1-2 working days more” they’ve said every other day for nearly 4 weeks.

@HSBC_UK My Personal Loan A/c doesn't appear in my online acctt in 'Move Money' or 'Pay / Trfr. (I wanted to trfr sm amt fm my acct to PLA). Yr team was indeed v helpful n courteous, bt cd nt solve the issue. The matter is being referred to yr IT team.
