  .@GWRHelp @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC - First Great Western say they cannot process refunds to passengers' HSBC cards -and have to issue cheques instead. This is really inconvenient, for obvious reasons. Please can you advise why you can't accept these refunds? And suggest a fix- thank you

  @HSBC_UK That’s exactly the blind stupidity I’m talking about. Premier is supposed to be exactly that - but no , make your “valued customers” call international numbers instead of providing a direct contact. Unhelpful and and example of how endemic bad customer service is in HSBC.

  @HSBC_UK Sent forms to close my business account two months ago. Had NO correspondence since. No confirmation. Nothing. Poor service was my experience throughout the 4 years.
