@HSBC_UK Hi! At least 15 phonecalls to u since January, staff v helpful but I’m getting nowhere. Outstanding PPI claim; u want to give me money but despite me filling in relevant info (copy of passport) I’ve had no confirmation. V straightforward. U keep sending me letters! Help?

@HSBC_UK app IS A STEAMING PILE OF ****. Answer not recognised - Logs in fine on PC. Then tells me I need to change one, so do so, log back in: Says new one not right. Then locks me out, have to use another app to reset - That app sends me back to 1st app, as no longer used in UK

@HSBC_UK Hi, I spoke to a representative on the phone and she advised me I would have to go to the branch to open up a flexible savers account? I have a basic bank account and the hsbc website said I am not eligible. She also said no upgrades are taking place. Is this correct?

@HSBC_UK Banking is an essential service!! I don’t really see why being open on a Saturday for a few hours needs extra “monitoring” or consideration!? Other banks are open on Saturday

@HSBC_UK Having problems with the App started this morning. Logs on fine, I can see my balances but it logs me out when I tap on an account for transactions. Very frustrating, I can’t see when customers are paying me! Please fix!
