It gets worse - my next call back came, they put me on hold then cut me off. I’m really losing the will. I just want to know why @HSBC_UK didn’t do what they said they were going to do to resolve the last issue I had to contact them about (which they said they’d done)

I can honestly say that @HSBC_UK is the worst bank service I have ever dealt with-even trying to close the account is a nightmare-they are still sitting on my money 4 weeks later, no idea when I will get MY money!

@HSBC_UK three weeks on App still malfunctioning. Hangs up mid transaction, says the transfer could not be processed when it clearly was as it shows on my statement, freezes mid-log in. Please sort it out
