  I know it doesn’t work this way but I have been a customer of @HSBC_UK for over 40 years (when it was simply Midland Bank) and have had, at times, three current accounts and a mortgage with them so why don’t I ever get invited to @QueensTennis as a guest?

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @UKFtweets if any of your clients would like to talk to a SME banking with @HSBC_UK business banking for 15 years, quadrupled turnover in last 4 years but will no longer accept shody service ( 4 weeks into 48 hour call back promise of @HSBC_UK ) i"m here. Verified accounts only.

  @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

  @HSBC_UK sort put your services ! Your app is diabolical and like a gamble if you can access your account or not ! Your login page has been frozen for days, and your photo ID krap is a joke ! ive had eye surgery ( im sick as hell ) and I cant even pay for eye drops !!!!!!!!!
