@HSBC_UK when is the app going to get a fix it's over a week since it started to crash from the so called bug fix. Let's get this issue sorted please.

  • eddieclarke96 Eddie Clarke 🐝 (@eddieclarke96) reported

@HSBC_UK @ylihao Nearly a week after issuing an update of the #hsbc uk mobile banking app that broke the app working with iOS 15 - and still nothing.

  • iPoof *iJabbed* (@iPoof) reported

@HSBC_UK The lady here says ios 12 is still not working and iOS 15 is released next week and you’ve just said a fix is “weeks” away. Last week was told a fix was coming this week??!

  • twtt3rtalks wannabe (@twtt3rtalks) reported

@HSBC_UK yes i am using the beta and it was working fine until the update this morning

  • taralfie Shazla (@taralfie) reported from Walsall Wood, England

Well absolutely disgraceful behaviour from you as a bank to close a 16 year olds account leaving her stranded with no access to her funds SHAME ON YOU and no explanation @HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness #dontbankwithhsbc #hsbcdisgrace

  • dripizzle Drizzle (@dripizzle) reported

@originalblez @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK Exactly, I cannot access my banking account at all.

  • originalblez Originalblez (@originalblez) reported

@HSBC_UK 4 apps updated today for me - Guess what - HSBC wasn’t one of them. When is the fix coming??

  • oisoli Soli (@oisoli) reported

@HSBC_UK It’s actually mad how slow this has been and your system is kinda broken cos you can’t bank on a browser without a code generated within the app. Massive amounts of improvements need to be made here. Useless

  • dripizzle Drizzle (@dripizzle) reported

@eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @ylihao Yeah, kind of important I would say.. especially given that the app is essentially needed to log in through a browser.

  • diegor Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.
