    What a heap of crap @HSBC_UK has become, changing login details on new iPad and it crashed (might be our fault??) but absolutely no help from the ‘Delhi’ 😡 phone line. Now need to go to a branch 30 miles away to sort out. #switchcoming #tamping

    @HSBC_UK I spoke to SEVEN call handlers this morning; SEVEN. None able to resolve the issues re: my credit card. Enough is enough. Formal complaint coming...Ombudsman will be copied in. Appalling incompetence from a major bank. The stress for me is unbearable #badcustomerservice

    Looking at the @Cashplus Twitter feed, it appears that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

    Everyday I question why I still bank with @HSBC_UK… support is slow, always get things wrong, fail to understand queries, never seem to speak to each other in different departments, always chasing updates for my own applications… just painful and draining/tiresome dealing with

    @HSBC_UK what a useless customer service. Online payment declined again when funds account!! Last time I was promised this will never happen again. I spoke to robot where chat was ended without solving issue, chat with human still not resolved, phone call still not resolved!!!

    Banks used to value loyal customers - literally got off a phone with @HSBC_UK customer service and was told there is no benefit of my having a HCBC account - that hit a spot - now to shop around after 10 years
