@Mistywoman1 @HSBC_UK Have just discovered a variant of this problem; it (eventually) read the front, but rejected the back as "unreadable". That's because the back of an HMRC cheque is blank.

Why did I choose to join @HSBC_UK? Their contact us page only lets you contact them if you’re logged into banking but if your problem is with the fact they haven’t sent the necessary things required to log in you’re stuck in limbo! Horrendous CX. Let’s hope don’t miss payments

Love the biometrics on @HSBC_UK app - but when it randomly decides I have to log in again, how does it expect me to remember passwords etc from 3 years ago??? My fingerprint hasn't changed! That's the whole idea surely???
