    @HSBC_UK your mobile and phone line customer service is horrendous. I had tried the phone line several times@and after waiting 30-40 mins of holding have given up. The mobile app is no better, wait 15-20 mins to be picked up and each reply taking 5-10 min intervals. Just awful!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi - can you help me understand why some transactions are showing on online banking on the web but NOT in the mobile app please? Note I’m not disputing the txs but why are they not showing up in the mobile app?

    @HSBC_UK The new changes are utterly confusing. I'm very angry and dissatisfied by the inability to log in, where until yesterday there was no problem at all. The log in failed on both my laptop and my mobile. Is there any compensation for this bad service to long standing customers?

    @HSBC_UK the customer service is so frustrating. 1 hour on the phone to sort out a simple problem last week. Today the problem could not be resolved online and another problem was created by the person on the chat. I do not have the time or the energy to call today.
