  @HSBC_UK I’m now talking to an actual person in the app. You should have this as an immediate choice on chat. In fact it should be an immediate default when your chat bot can’t help.

  @HSBC_UK what is going on re your ISAs. It’s been 3 months since I did an internal ISA transfer and nothing has been done. A formal complaint has got me nowhere and can’t even get a timescale. Absolutely shocking customer service.

  And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!

  @HSBC_UK This answer shows you actually take no notice of concerns. I need no help, I was trying to help your customer who had been scammed. Not a single helpful protocol enabled by your fraud call centre.

  @HSBC_UK I need to use the mobile site to login to check my investdirect account but it takes me about six ******* times to finally log in. Before I used to get to the approval stage and it would automatically open up my dashboard but on no you had to ruin it.

  @HSBC_UK Hello. I am currently in the UK. I cannot log into my mobile app because SMS codes are not arriving at my Kazakhstan phone number. Can you help me reset my access or change the number?
