@HSBC_UK Business banking. 1hr37 on the phone to get an answer. I know we are operating in a pandemic but this is no longer new and companies should have resilience in place to deal with this by now. You are a service company and customers are your lifeblood, treat us accordingly!

@HSBC_UK Really disappointing as the bot is more than useless. I’m a Prem customer trying to fund my SIPP through my debit card as the platform permits. However for 15K and 10K deposits although authenticated the payments failed, remained pending on my account and were then refunded.
