This @HSBC_UK system is shocking- I’ve spent 6 weeks trying to get someone to help me gain access to my accounts -after losing the dongle thingy. It’s BLOWING MY MIND HOW RUBBISH THEY ARE - 2 hours today and no one cares I went to the brand and the staff don’t #TimeToMoveBanks

@HSBC_UK Hello, I tried to make a transaction to Alixpress and I got a message to answer with Y if it's me but I don't have money in the phone card to answer you Don't block my card

@HSBC_UK Best bit was the bit where the online bank on the desktop asks you for a security code, but not the one you've just created on the phone call, then activated on the mobile app. It's a new, specially generated one, and the first step to get it reads, "DON'T sign in to the app".

Dear @PostOffice it seems silly to order a cash depositing service at your branches and then decline to take all the money as it’s too much (£690)…. Also no @HSBC_UK easily accessible either. ****** system.

@HSBC_UK Ridiculous service. What happened to you guys? I can't access my money? I live in Australia and the phone support is telling me to visit a branch. Where is their common sense?

@DandG_UK @HSBC_UK I'm trying to register a Sony @PlayStationUK vr2 games console, and considering the global release date for them was the 23rd Feb 2023 I dont think thats the problem. The only criteria ive seen is that time limitation and cost between £50-2000.. Why no cover?

@HSBC_UK ...All to get a code to access the thing I *do* want, which is to use their online banking site on my desktop computer, not my phone, to check that they've transferred the balance, which was the whole point of setting up the card.
