Sitting somewhere else in world dealing with customers in UK is just a nightmare from customer perspective.I have spent 30 to 40 hours online with you guys;all waste of time. Very bad management at CEO Level.

@yartsie123 @HSBC_UK Perhaps not. But as more high street banks close, it will be just a matter of time before the system is taken down. Then what? As much as I find online banking a godsend, it's still vulnerable to those who wish to cause havoc. Let's hope not!

@HSBC_UK I have been on the phone for over two hours yesterday and over an hour today and no one is answering. I still cannot access my accounts and no one is helping! The links you sent don’t even help! I need to speak to someone immediately! This is ridiculous!!
