  @HSBC_UK Having ordered a new secure key (the old one got deactivated for no good reason and couldn't be reactivated) I'm now told that it can take up to 7 working days to get to me. Leaving me 11 days without being able to access my account. I think it's time to switch bank.

  @HSBC_UK I am a Premier account holder, have had my phone and wallet stolen in Portugal, service offered by Aviva is woeful, unable to get through, told that coverage is actually much lower than advertised, with a month wait. Stranded here for a week more no phone bank cards etc

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK new customer and trying to activate my card but having a nightmare, wont accept photo i.d, only 2 hsbc banks near one is 4.5ml other is 12 miles away, and both are Temporarily closed
