@HSBC_UK please can you tell me why have you not honoured the 2.75% I signed up for when my account matured. I cannot get an answer from customer services...I know the rate has now reduced to 1% but existing customers should have received the 2.75.

@HSBC_UK Android version is 10 HSBC app is 2.37.0 I updated the webview after receiving a text from HSBC saying there were issues with app. I went on your Twitter and saw message from march 23rd "a fix that requires to update webview to version 89.0 etc" Do u mean chrome on my phone ?

@HSBC_UK how am I meant to access my child trust fund when I can’t even book an appointment even after restrictions are lessened? I turn 18 in a few weeks and yet I can’t access the funds and put it in a non-hsbc bank account because I need an appointment for it😐

@HSBC_UK Hiya, I have done both but I am afraid its still not working. I get "fingerprint recognised", a "please wait" that lasts 1/2 a second and then nothing . Maybe going to my local branch to have a look ? Thanks! M.

@HSBC_UK shocking customer services again.. Spend 30 mins on hold to speak to someone then get cut off! Time to start shopping around for another bank I think..@LloydsBank @Barclays are your customer services and call centres any better??
