@HSBC_UK @AsdaServiceTeam Not sure who to tag for this, I was trying to order on the app, and the payment confirmation where it gave an option of using Hsbc app or a one time passcode wouldn’t respond to my input. I eventually got it to work on the website.

@HSBC_UK Iphone 6 ios 12.5.5 when you click on the hsbc app it loads for about 10 seconds and crashes. please see alot of reviews on iphone app store with the same issue. Something needs to be done about this asap by the app developers

@HSBC_UK @BBCCiN Pretty much a challenge to get a letter for a rejected cheque from your Richmond branch, who told customer to go to another branch across London to get it. As long as customers are bending over backwards to make your business easier @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK 2.5 hours on hold to your mortgage team!! All I’m trying to do is read them a reference number you gave me on your website! And you wonder why your customer satisfaction scores are low. Absolute Joke! This would have taken 2 seconds on the @StarlingBank app.
