@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK Dear HSBC UK team, I have been trying hard to reach out your dispute team on 03455873402 (I have an existing dispute which looks like is being considered for section 75C) and nobody ever picks up the call. I have waited hours and hours. As if there is no one to help !!

@The_JamesJordan Don’t go with @HSBC_UK they have shut majority of their f2f banks. They have **** my nearest 3. Yorkshire Building society do, we opened an account for our 2yr old with them. So far we have no complaints.

I Just had a thought for @HSBC_UK customers, if they have the mobile app- could there be a way for them to use their funds via the app to make purchases while a new card is on its way- i mean it would help if there was a way.

@HSBC_UK opened HSBC current account back last November, did all the eligible criteria needed and I am certainly a new customer. I am yet to receive my £200 switching bonus you promise. The messaging on the app is awful and everyone I get disconnects after one message and no help
