@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@AirForce_Carl @HSBC_UK No, it's a scam. Just look at the website address. There has been a massive increase in these just recently covering all the banks and also mobile phone providers.

@HSBC_UK I’m looking for an email address to contact HSBC with an account query. Cost of 0345 numbers can be expensive when having to hold etc. Tried on-line chat support but the advise I was given was - to phone the 0345 phone number.
