Been on the phone to @HSBC_UK for well over an hour trying to sort out registering my mother's LPA. I can't believe how inefficient they are and what bloody awful hold music they have. If you are going to put someone on hold for half an hour at least play something decent.

@HSBC_UK I don’t understand why this is an issue. After all we’ve chosen to install a non supported IOS so if applications don’t work it’s on us to roll back or wait until beta testing completes. I for one am happy HSBC app is secure and won’t allow it to run

@HSBC_UK you are holding my money which I want back! I switched banks and a refund was issued to my old account with you and I've contacted you several times and all you say is there's no trace of it - yet won't take the refund ID!! please someone help me!!

@LordDeeDah @HSBC_UK I use Lloyds haven't had any issues yet but I am sure others will say different. I always find contacting the CEO with a polite but direct email works.

@HSBC_UK your service status says mobile banking app is working. But the app says "Service Unavailable". Can you update your service status with an accurate status and an ETA of when it will be working again?

Does anybody else have issues with technical difficulties using HSBC and the quality of their staff when you are trying to resolve these issues? The level of English is poor and they talk like robots with no feeling. I am an ex IT professional at HSBC. @HSBC_UK
