    Been on the phone to @HSBC_UK for well over an hour trying to sort out registering my mother's LPA. I can't believe how inefficient they are and what bloody awful hold music they have. If you are going to put someone on hold for half an hour at least play something decent.

    @Fanardd @HSBC_UK My account got same similar issue.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to @logskind on Instagram and they were so helpful and reliable. Am sure they can help you

    @HSBC_UK Lots of strange things happening with a number of HSBC functions. This is a little worrying as an HSBC customer. Looks like a visit to branch again to sort. Very disappointing for the World's Local Bank.
