  • Gloriwulf A Lee (@Gloriwulf) reported

@HSBC_UK Why have you changed the mobile app login choice from an 8 character alphanumeric code to a six digit numeric one? It may be easier to remember but is much less secure

  • MandyPR Mandy Smith (@MandyPR) reported

@HSBC_UK Hi Avril every time I’ve gone to use the app this week it says “Something gone wrong” including this morning which was really frustrating, however working again now so hopefully that continues 🤞

  • Mrs_B_The_AP MrsBtheAP (@Mrs_B_The_AP) reported

@HSBC_UK your customer services is a joke. 48 minutes on the phone to activate a credit card. Still not activated & your customer services representative just hung up on me because I asked to speak to a manager! This is how new customers are treated?

  • Tiffany60891961 Tiffany (@Tiffany60891961) reported

@HSBC_UK Hi, I still can’t log in to either of the HSBC online things. I tried the website with no other tabs on and it says ‘System Error.’ The app says the ‘service is temporarily unavailable.’ I actually can’t believe that this has been going on for a week or more.

@HSBC_UK upgraded to a new phone this week. I suggest a prompt in the HSBC app to be triggered when it is being transferred to a new device to alert that HSBC login on new device needs to be done while both the old is still active.

@Pollysymondson @HSBC_UK You go for it Polly! I've been with HSBC for over 20 years but it's this kind of stunt that makes me consider moving to a challenger bank that is founded on ethical customer service principles.

  • strangerbabble sarah (@strangerbabble) reported

@HSBC_UK It’s down again. “Service temporarily unavailable” is the message I’m repeatedly seeing.
