@HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK customer service what a joke can't speak to the complaints team as they have no phone, but the complaints team can call me back when they are ready using what a tin can and piece of string oh no they will call on the phone!!!!!

Its been nearly 3 weeks opening my new account. I still cant log in to my online banking because i ve not received phone banking number. I called last week and they cancelled old number and issued me a new one which is still not arrived. Absolutely shocking start with @HSBC_UK.

@HSBC_UK Your service has gone from worst ever to a joke! Trying to close my account (due to bad service) and can't get through on the phone, no surprise there! hanging on the chat and nobody available. HSBC used to be so professional! What's happened to you?

@HSBC_UK After using HSBC on-line banking for many years I am now locked out on any device - iPad, and my laptop. All give "GSA System error" I cleared all cookies and page caches but it makes no difference. Why and how to resolve?
