@HSBC_UK I’ve called 4 or 5 times last week and my online banking is still locked out after 8 days. My app won’t log me on and computer says “Appears to be a problem”. How am I suppose to pay for my bills if I can access my account?

@HSBC_UK any update on your app for Android 12 working. I am still unable to log on to internet banking and was advised in store to wait for the app to become available rather than getting a physical key. I have had the new phone 2 weeks. Its ridiculous.

@HSBC_UK Business Banking. On hold for 1 hr 15 mins. Need urgent access to my money!! - but no one is answering the phone and online agents can't help. Tried calling several times previously for another important issue but no one ever answers. Disgraceful.

@HSBC_UK just gone to pay a cheque in on the banking app and it's saying it's too much and I have to visit a branch. Only issue is you have closed all the local branches! Any suggestions!

@albertbuye @HSBC_UK I'm also facing long wait times trying to resolve an issue (locked out of account). My account is a 'paid' account so I expect reasonable response times. I will be finding a new bank after this current issue is resolved. I feel HSBC have 'over digitised' their service.
