    @HSBC_UK I spent over an hour on the phone last week explaining that I can't reinstall the HSBC app as my phone number is incorrect as it has the +44 prefix so I can't receive the text from HSBC to verify that its me. One week later this still isn't working. Can this be resolved?

    @HSBC_UK If this is correct, it follows of course that you lied when you said your developers are "working hard to try and find a fix", because the fix is not technical : it is to simply reverse this wrong headed decision. The worst is that you apparently did the same thing last year !

    Honestly amazed by the support @StarlingBank provides for iOS 16’s Betas and how they’re quick; Compared to @HSBC_UK who still prevent loading, take six months to update on a stable release never mind a beta; And who are inherently more business focused than consumer.

    @HSBC_UK is there any eta on your iOS 16 compatibility? Both the business and personal banking apps crash on launch. They are the only apps on my phone that are not working.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK Ezactly my point, a public beta is going to be buggy so expect things to go wrong. It was your choice to install the beta, and HSBC only needs to support the current (15) version.
