@HSBC_UK been HSBC 37yrs but think it's time to try a better bank! SO many issues in last couple of weeks. Now cannot log on. Had a word code. Last week you changed it to nos. Won't accept my code. Cannot understand all the diff requests: Digital Secure Key? Security Code?WTF?

@HSBC_UK if you are going to have such a needlessly convoluted security process, please offer better help than “clear the cookies” or “try a different browser” for the many, many bugs in your process. Your subpar tech is holding up a house purchase.

Question @HSBC_UK If a customer of yours doesn’t have a smart phone, or any sort of mobile phone… and therefore no banking app or online banking… Does that mean they have no access to additional verification?

@HSBC_UK I am constantly having to delete and reload the mobile banking app as it keeps freezing every time I try to long on with biometrics. Even though I reset my password through an advisor I'm now being told it can't send me an SMS. I am fed up of calling to fix this.
