@HSBC_UK Alternatively if it’s not sorted in the next week I will rather close my accounts. I cannot be left without a business account that I can access remotely when travelling. How come every other bank is up and running but not HSBC?

@HSBC_UK But you still haven’t given me any options beyond ‘sit and wait.’ How am I supposed to access my account today to pay credit card bills? Transfer money? Even to simply check my bank balance? This is the bare minimum service you should be providing

@HSBC_UK Is there not some way to nominate saved payees which are not auto deleted? Perhaps there should be. Not that I would expect any action but I can't be the only customer in this position

The fraudulent @HSBC_UK bank where the money when is still active. @RevolutApp have no playbook to help shut it down. I sent it £1 today which goes through without warning - even worse. I had to pry before being told I need to delete account my end - why is this not told upfront?

@HSBC_UK I recently updated to developer iOS 16.0, the only app not working is my HSBC Banking app, is there reason why?

the pompey pope
(@thePompeyPope) reported
@HSBC_UK Why? For what reason? I have 2 payees to who I make occasional payments. One already disappeared. By the time I was able to contact them to get their details again it was all but too late to make the payment. This seems like something else to suit HSBC rather than the customer.

@HSBC_UK My point is that your developers had 5 weeks before the public beta to look at this. Issues are part of beta testing so I’d expect to see some: it’s just frustrating that you and @firstdirecthelp choose to actively block app access to your customers who are involved in testing.
