@HSBC_UK why after a year of CV19 does your phone service ask people only to call if *urgent* as you are responding to Covid . If leadership can commit to office plans .. what about customer support plans .. will they ever return. Best publish how you define *urgent * banking .

@HSBC_UK They are stating this on their website : If you wish to send electronic bank statements from an online account you should also send a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic.

@HSBC @HsbcOman @HSBC_UK Have been trying literally all day, phone lines and contact centres for Oman have been down all day. Is there an issue? +968 24950601, 2,3,4,5,6,7. +968 800 70300. +968 80074666. +968 80072273 are just a few.. These are found on cr/dr cards and website.
