    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @Donnabrazier @HSBC_UK Happened to me twice now you make a few deposits then block you from anymore. PayPal bypasses this but it’s a pain in the ***. After a week or so got to deposit again blocked again today this is why I’m scrolling Twitter to see if this is happening to anybody else

    @HSBC_UK I ordered a new credit card that still hasn’t arrived. When I call your helpline, they ask for the card number which I obviously don’t have yet. Can you please help.

    @HSBC_UK I am a long term customer that will be switching. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Website, phone service and branch service are all inconsistent in multiple areas. Simply can't get some things done. Number of branches is awful. Can't get appt in branch.

    @AmazonHelp @HSBC_UK cannot make any purchases now on amazon with hsbc card. HSBC say its vendor issue. Amazon say its bank issue. What a joke. Never had this problem into now. Guess I gotta join for another bank.

    @w_r_b_1971 @HSBC_UK I've had an awful experience with them today as well their standards is appalling and declining quickly. The agent was so rude, spoke at a speed that I couldn't not gather what they was saying and they were getting annoyed at me!! This is not customer service
