  In @HSBC_UK Maidstone. Lady in front of me was Italian and trying to deposit large amount of cash on behalf of her mother. Not exaggerating, money laundering etc, must have been explained to her 20 times she needed ID etc Are @HSBC_UK staff allowed to tell customers to **** off.

  @HSBC_UK what a useless customer service. Online payment declined again when funds account!! Last time I was promised this will never happen again. I spoke to robot where chat was ended without solving issue, chat with human still not resolved, phone call still not resolved!!!

  @HSBC_UK Thank you for your reply. I've emailed a copy of the Closure request and the details you requested to that email address. HSBC telephone banking will not give me access to anyone because it doesn't recognise my account / Date of Birth 😠. Is there a tel number I can call???

  @HSBC_UK STOLE MY MONEY. I requested Direct Debit Indemnity on Monday, 3rd April 2023. I have been asked to wait 5 working days for the refund. It's 11th April today, 8 days over due to bank holiday weekend. FINANCIAL ABUSER is @HSBC_UK
