@HSBC_UK rejected by student credit card. Why? No help in branch - apparently everything done 'behind the scenes'. Website gives no real help - chance of speaking to a human being zero unless 'urgent'. Where is your casebycase service?

@HSBC_UK Still no response from your complaints team a week later. Still you have my funds and still I am being charged by HSBC for being in my overdraft. Charging me fees, for an issue created by HSBC not me the customer.

@HSBC_UK Wow, over 28 hours to get that reply, I'm in a different country other than the UK, tired the online chat feature through the app, direct message service on twitter and I have tried calling but can't actually get through to a human representative. Absolute shambles of a bank 😡
