@dehaworth @HSBC_UK So freaking annoying!! Can’t even access normal online web browser as @HSBC_UK have changed it to Digital Key ONLY which you need the APP for… you know, that APP that keeps crashing 😡 Almost like they don’t want you to access your own account 😡

Is anyone actually happy with @HSBC_UK still waiting for a pin number a month later, no ability to get telephone access etc. I would move my but oh yes they’ve locked it! Ridiculous

Well done, @HSBC_UK. Now into my 50th minute on a call to find out if my card has been fraudulently used. 50 mins, 4 different people, and I'm still none-the-wiser. Congrats on being terrible.
