    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK I haven't had a reply to my message. Does that mean I need to change banks? Even if I do that, how do I access my past banking info when it's online and I can't get access when I can't use the new (or old) app and can't contact you securely to get a new secure key?

    @HSBC_UK So I'm a HSBC Advance customer, and have been using HSBC for about 20 years now, and when I was growing up my mum was a Midland Bank customer back before they became part of HSBC. So please know that I'm a long term customer and I say this with all the love in the world...

    15 days and counting for checking a €1k transaction!!! @Wise are you joking??? And no, your online support didn't help at all! If this is not resolved in the next few days, you are going to court. Ask @HSBC_UK how they paid 10k in legal expenses ******* about the same thing.

    @HSBC_UK ...I would *really* prefer to not have to choose between "having access to app-based banking" and "having a security token that doesn't need charging at least once a day to keep working".

    @HSBC_UK the app on my partners phone said it needs updating, he has tried to update it but it says no data. We have uninstall it and tried to download again however it is not working? Is there a problem with the app at the moment ?
