@HSBC_UK Ref. 10860020. You've sat on 9k for 4 months! Money usually transfers within a week at absolute most. You've caused anxiety, created little ability to buy food & pay bills. His carer has pawned the little she has to help, because YOU can't do your job properly. 😡😡

@HSBC_UK - Why is your app crashing after I upgraded to ios15.1? I'm effectively locked out of online banking and of course, I no longer have a High St branch anywhere near - when can we expect a fix?

Dear @HSBC_UK is it normal that 1 month ago I ordered a secure key and still nothing received (I live abroad)? Spent 1 hr last month to sort it; on hold again, I gave up. Cannot access account in meantime. This is too painful. if only you understood the word 'customer service'.

  • Andyb56 Andyb56 (@Andyb56) reported

@HSBC_UK I know the first time we've used the branch and tbh it's a downgrade for a city the size of Wakefield not to have counter service!
