    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @_aaroncater_ @HSBC_UK I did eventually log in. HSBC refuse to log complaints about their website in my experience. It is up to the user to do everything.

    @AbdulHai23 @HSBC_UK Yeah, I’ve got in this morning too! They refuse to let someone tell them that there is clearly a problem. Years behind other banks in every way!

    @HSBC_UK I'm in so much financial difficulties. I paid £6k for a 3k car due to poor credit rating. I'm having to take equity out of my house to pay for cost of living/ bills. I've started working after a 10 year hiatus looking after my elderly father and afraid I'm going to be ripped off
