    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Don’t you get absolutely fed up with this phenomena of waiting for paint to dry when you ring anyone in an official capacity? Gov offices, banks, insurance, utilities, GPs (sorry but you know what I mean), when did we decide that the customer deserves no respect at all?

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Yes there's a lot of organisations have just not sorted out their call centres following covid. I spent 1 hour 55 minutes queuing before Jet2 answered my call....then I got cutoff after 5 mins. They did call back but the fact is the service of so many organisations is shocking!

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Starling took 4 hours to open my account on a Saturday. Card arrived 5 days later, I ordered myself an alternative credit card and have an AMEX business. Move on, leave crap service behind

    @EnglishDNA1 @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK We have had awful service from Santander. Constantly block cards and payments... A nightmare . We are in process of moving away from them.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I was cut off after 1hr and 13 mins, response to my complaint..... "technical issue". I haven't voted with my feet .....yet. Rest assured I will if it happens again.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I love how HSBC does all the lovey-dover ESG stuff. It's almost cringy. They never tire of telling us to "see beyond borders", and maybe I agree, but they're less enthusiastic about such mundane things as answering the telephone or providing customer service. I wonder why?

    Today I will mostly be spending hours talking to @HSBC_UK about where the transfer out of my account is. The last time they transferred money out but didn’t deliver it was @RevdRach which was much easier to fix.

    @MessedUpMusic @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK NOOOOO! This is why we are ditching Santander, they are a dollop in this regard and have caused us no end of hassle by constantly blocking our cards and turning down payments. You get better conversations with a brick wall. Avoid at all costs!
