Very frustrated that @HSBC_UK completion team don’t want to tell us how long it’ll take to send us the confirmation of purchase price for our new house to our solicitors - not even a ballpark of how long it’ll be. Would be nice to have some idea of SLAs…! Can anyone help?

@HSBC_UK my UK corporate credit card is blocked and declined to use while I’m on business abroad. I’m stranded. Called the helpline nbr at the back of the card and after 15 min someone picked and said sorry this is not the number to call and hung up! Atrocious service!

My @HSBC_UK saga update: ironically called customer care departament sent me an email saying they are investigating and that they are sorry I am having issues with them. Still no attempt to contact me with some actual solutions.
