    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK @darraclough I bought the Pixel 6 pro and have had to use phone banking the past couple weeks. Not only can I not use the app but I'm locked out the website due to not being able to generate security codes.

    @HSBC_UK Sorry for the delay, same issue, I updated to iOS 15.1 and now the app won’t open, just goes back to Home Screen on phone. App is the updated one as far as I’m aware

    @dessiegallagher @HSBC_UK I briefly got through 15 minutes ago but was then put back on hold so they could find a business banking adviser to help me. I had though that by calling the business banking advice line, one of them might have answered in the first place.
