    @HSBC_UK I was sent a new debit card in early Nov. My old debit card still works. The problem with the new card is the pin doesn't work on it. It's one of the new style cards designed with the alzheimer's society. Am I supposed to get a new pin with this card?

    @HSBC_UK The issue is not getting an answer , the issue is getting a resolution. And now I just learnt that the issue wasn’t the issue but another issue. I am appalled by the customer service of your teams behind their phones. Thankfully still some client focused members in your branches

    Really disappointed with the @HSBC_UK #mortgage service, they seem to be in complete disarray. It’s taken six weeks, and counting, to complete a simple task. And they still keep moving the goal posts. #badservice

    @HSBC_UK James or Rit - No I do not have the mobile app on my phone, and I do not wish to add yet another app to the phone if I can avoid it. Your website repeatedly says that the chat is available on the site. If this is a lie, please say so, otherwise please show me where.

    Yet again @HSBC_UK has failed to do its job. Want to use lasting power of attorney to ensure elderly mum’s funds pay for care home. Set up new ISA with gd int rates, HSBC refuses to transfer funds. Why? Go to branch, promised action in 24hrs. Nothing. What’s the problem HSBC?

    @HSBC_UK husband can not access his online banking. Coincidence of our new mortgages starting with you yesterday? Customer services were useless & mobile you have for him starts +77 not +44. Hoping he’s not been hacked!!! WTF is going on?
