Tell you what @HSBC_UK the idea of paying a cheque in via the app is a great idea. The execution of it it is awful, the camera just cycles through a list of error messages, and then when you do manage to get it to accept the images “something” goes wrong, and won’t it accept.

Hey @santanderukhelp @BarclaysUKHelp @HSBC_UK hypothetical q? Can I lend my bank acct to org in foreign country who can't work here in order for them to do work here and pay people? Giving them full access to move money into UK? Espec if they say they'll do stuff for free for me

@HSBC_UK I’m Aeshah I’ve faced problems with transferring money from HSBC to Saudi bank. Today, I took out 567£ and transferred it to Saudi, it withdrew from HSBC, but it didn’t reach the Saudi. I contacted the Saudi bank and they asked me to bring the IT number!! From where ?

@HSBC_UK is that a broken link you sent me? So basically I have to sort out online banking to transfer the funds over? All due respect, we've not been given that information properly (no correspondences or anything), this asks the question also why this rule has been changed?

@HSBC_UK disgusting customer service from HSBC. My dad has been with HSBC for over 60 years but they are making it impossible to open a joint account with my mum. This has been going on for 6 months. Customer service don’t help.

@HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis HSBC customer service is an absolute disgrace. My wife been on hold for 50+ mins, trying to deal with fraud on her cc account. Not spoken to a human yet. I'm sure a missed payment will get noticed!
