    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK Invest Direct is a worthless broker. Time and again it takes months to get a share transfer done and every time, rather than help fix the communication issues between the 2 companies, they continue to try the same things which have not worked before.

    @HowzaDoo @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @lelaakxi to me and they help me recover my account back. He’s an expert.

    @HSBC_UK applied for an account and receieved a letter to open a basic account by phoning HSBC but they are not helpful. Can anybody help?

    Seems @HSBC_UK don't support anti money laundering regulations! For source of funds check they refuse to certify my identity despite my personal a/c with them of 35 years & my co. one of 15 years. Apparently policy, but @Barclays certifed my son, no problem. Time to change bank

    @HSBC_UK Hi! The HSBC Kinetic app doesn't seem to be working. The technical issues message is always popping up when I'm trying to upload my ID checks.
