@HSBC_UK Should there not be any assessment for equalities & access though? It is incredibly hard for many to travel to a completely different city to just get cash out from their bank account.

@HSBC_UK I don’t understand why this is an issue. After all we’ve chosen to install a non supported IOS so if applications don’t work it’s on us to roll back or wait until beta testing completes. I for one am happy HSBC app is secure and won’t allow it to run
