@HSBC_UK how can you register for online banking, when you haven't been sent a Telephone Banking Security Number and YOUR Helpline, asks for numbers from it before it will help you?

  • sqr00t Solomon Yu (@sqr00t) reported

@HSBC_UK It doesn't make sense to me as this sudden new payee and large transaction that is outside of customer usage norms should automatically raise red flags in risk management/fraud prevention for any account.

it's been HOURS and HOURS that I'm waiting in line on the phone!! Can I get someone please to help me please ????? @HSBC_UK

  • TellyAndFilmFan . (@TellyAndFilmFan) reported

@HSBC_UK No. You can't help via social media. But, how about you open your branches on a Saturday like almost all the other banks? It's awful walking past all the open banks and seeing yours, just yours, closed on a Saturday. "Together, we thrive. Just not on Saturdays - sod you!"

@joecousins89 @heather_c_c Every competent manager knows those working on the ground will know more about how the business is operating more than those at the top. Perhaps @HSBC_UK head office should be informed they have an underperforming manager.

  • khan41420287 khan (@khan41420287) reported

@HSBC_UK I need help with my bankcard....address changed ... haven't received it....HSBC is just being impossible...call centers dktn help either..never update things on time..

@ArgosHelpers @HSBC_UK You are denying the issue and PayPal have told me you need to release the funds for anything to happen. Exactly the same as when you did it with my debit card previously.
