Who remembers when @HSBC_UK @HSBC business were good? Two hours on hold on Monday. Two security checks. An apology that THEY have messed up and a promise, 'We'll sort it'. Today another message (including a treat) about the EXACT same issue. How much time do they think I have?

@HSBC_UK So very disappointed with the service from HSBC. Our Youth Theatre has had an account with you for 26 years. The last 18 months you have continually failed to help us update our account, so we are going to find another bank.
