@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu This bank is a joke. Avoid. Their customer call centre is atrocious. Called them three times today and was hung up on twice! They’re charging me for a credit card balance they haven’t even transferred over from previous provider. Appalling. #HSBC #CustomerService

@HSBC_UK I am trying to transfer some money externally but the mobile app reports that there is a technical issue with the account name checker and try later. I have tried over 4 hours but still the same. My wife has the same problem but error H50.

Really @HSBC_UK, been waiting over a month to get a 6 digit code sent to my mobile, so order a post activation code and your website doesn't even bloody load up past the damn username section... And don't tell me to phone help line as all them did was tell me to sit and wait!

@HSBC_UK Hi, do you allow customers to temporarily block debit cards? I "lost my cards this morning but have now got them back. In the meantime I phoned in to cancel the cards and order new ones. Being able to block a card for 24 hours would be good & allow me time to find them

I have a problem being able to contact @HSBC_UK tried their utterly useless chat function and also telephone banking. They won’t even reply to their own secure messages within my account. Anyone else had similar issues???
