    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK my mother in laws android app keeps crashing. When she clicks the icon it just goes on a white screen then closes. Is this a known issue, or do you have a solution?

    @HSBC_UK I take it this includes problems such as it disabling fingerprint recognition without warning? It kept asking for a Digital Secure Key which I couldn't remember - that's why I use fingerprint in the first place!

    @HSBC_UK The updated App is ugly and clunky, why on earth did you change it? More importantly, the App will not give me a login code for online banking. It just displays a dark grey bar. Online chat cut me off and currently waiting for your understaffed call centre to answer.

    @HSBC_UK Personal Steve. Anyway I finally managed to get in touch with your MY service support team after 3.5 hours of waiting which is super ridiculous given the fact HSBC is an international bank. Thanks for your response though Steve.

    @HSBC_UK Can someone from HQ assist your MY office? They’re not responding to product problems / queries via phone or chat message at all? Apparently some idiots decided to discontinue the online Mail service so customers don’t have any alternatives to contact HSBC MY office at all!!!!
