@HSBC_UK why does it take you so long to answer the phone. And then after 39 minutes waiting and speaking to a very off hand operator called Monserrat she cuts me off. I am just trying to change an address and your useless website won’t allow me. You need more staff #useless

@HSBC_UK hi - I've sent a DM. I'm locked out of the mobile app and website. Because of numerous attempts after a 'system error'. Cannot reset my password without calling you and I've tried now for over a week. As it stands I can't access my account at all.
