@HSBC_UK I am sure you are not based in UK; cheap outsourced just lip service. Sitting somewhere else in world dealing with customers in UK is just a nightmare from customer perspective.I have spent 30 to 40 hours online with you guys;all waste of time. Very bad management at CEO Level.
