    @HSBC_UK 50 mins on hold with your call-centre so far. Unacceptable service. Totally understand if you have staffing issues. Don't understand why you can't offer a callback service.

    @HSBC_UK I got flagged by fraud for attempting to transfer money from my current to different current accounts. Told to go into HSBC to show ID. Have done this twice today but they have not been able to get through to fraud team, endlessly on hold. I can't access my account. Fix.

    @HSBC_UK The app isn't working. Telling me to connect to the Internet but my Internet isn't the issue. Have restarted the app and turned the Internet on and off.

    @HSBC_UK Please advise why you have not updated the Third Party Provider connections for the John Lewis Finance credit card, since you disconnected the service in 2018? This is a backward step in banking.

    dear @HSBC_UK, I'm going through your security reset process. Have to, because your security setup with mobile is in ruins, if I change phone. End up with "service not available" after 10step process 4 times. Routed to agent-> no availability. You are basically stealing my money!

    @HSBC_UK What on earth is going on with your fraud team? I've been cut off then had to queue again for over 25 minutes, chat can't help and you won't respond to emails for 2 days! You've blocked transactions I need paid but won't speak to me!
