    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK I have been a customer for over 45 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can't get through on the phone and the live chat is hopeless. I'm off to Nat West!

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, however the mobile chat and phone line support were both frustratingly slow to respond and neither were able to help. Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

    @HSBC_UK I opened an account online for my 2 kids. Son gets his new card. Very excited. However the activate phone number doesn’t work and we now have to wait for a telephone passcode in the post to get it sorted. With Mail strikes we may get that next year? Terrible service!

    @HSBC_UK My account is suspended due to suspicious transaction which is okay,when I call customer service it takes 45 mins to reach an agent only to be kept on hold for next 30 mins. Have been trying you since yesterday afternoon, its frustrating, please help. #CustomerService
