@HSBC_UK Looks like it’s time to switch to a better bank (perhaps @BarclaysUK, not sure) that can provide reasonably good services. ~5 years with HSBC, first time needed customer service, struggling for last many weeks to get a stupid job done.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK I had an interview with Habiba Hussein and she was absolutely awful. She was rude, dismissive, and late. I joined a more prestigious bank, but you should address your employee and fix your culture. Mind you, I was recruited! Terrible bank

Looking to move banks, thought @HSBC_UK would be a good bet, but terrible customer service in branch. No help from condescending staff & shocking online experience. Tried to phone - no luck, no options for new customers & no online help. I will take my business elsewhere!

@HSBC_UK just wondering if your service is down? Trying to access my account on the mobile app and it is asking me to change my password, so I've tried changing the password but it is saying server error. So I tried the online website but that says I need to change the password.
