    @HSBC_UK Thanks, however the mobile chat and phone line support were both frustratingly slow to respond and neither were able to help. Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, well, after another frustrating afternoon of trying to get hold of someone who could help online or via telephone banking I went into the Witney branch where the very lovely Sam calmly solved my issue. How will these things work when you shut 150 branches!?

    @HSBC_UK I’m a new customer trying to register for online banking. Just on hold for 40 mins as you have my mobile number wrong. Updated but it won’t be changed for 5 days. Still can’t access my newly switched current account.

    Tried opening an account with @HSBC_UK back in October. Still pending. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a bank.
