  @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

  Hello @HSBC_UK, my other half is reporting a case of #IdentityFraud and the incompetent of your Customer Call Center is astounding. He's been on a call for 25 mins only to be told that you Impersonation Team is closed over the weekend! Can someone get in touch to help us?

  @HSBC_UK The thing is my account is closed due to a overdraft around 18pounds. I was an international student, and I left UK with 0 balance in my bank card. I don’t know there is a overdraft until the account has been closed. I tried to call your telephone customer service 3 times.

  I hate technology... locked myself out of my @HSBC_UK account trying to set it up on new device... because it wouldn't recognise the QR code... I have about 3 billion different possible passwords because every site requires a different fxcking type!!!! 🙃

  @HSBC_UK My banking app keeps refusing to open, running on iOS 12.5.5. I've seen similar talk from other customers, but never experienced it myself, what exactly can I do to fix this, without having to get a physical security key?

  @HSBC_UK Have you changed the log in page on your banking App? Mine changed yesterday. My phone did some updates but this never happened before.
