    @HSBC_UK to set up online/app banking, I get told on the phone to take photo ID into branch; branch staff sit me down with a phone and we make no progress. Totally shambolic customer service. Thoroughly regretting switching

    @HSBC_UK getting extremely fed up trying to speak to someone, about an ongoing issues with my credit card, that should of been fixed a month ago. I’m sick of waiting for 40mins on hold, I have a life, I have other things to do.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been a customer since having Midland account opened for me as a child. Had Premier acc over decade. Today I’m told by tel CS HSBC don’t speak directly to Premier customers anymore so can’t discuss my query about account but tell me they can send closure pack!😲🤯

    @HSBC_UK Why change access to the app without informing your customers? I need to move some money around and it’s almost impossible to gain access to my account. Frustrating!

    @RealRobM @HSBC_UK They claim they have to close branches because fewer of us are using them! And why is that? Because they have forced us to go online, have no counter staff, but do have valuable property assets. Their online chat service is an insult, and nobody answers the phone.

    @HSBC_UK just spent 2.5 hours on “Live Chat” (assistant took 10 minutes to type every one-paragraph response), and on the phone to fraud dept to get a card unblocked. Outstanding service👏🏽😡well done. Have moved pretty much everytjing to @RevolutApp their service is amazing.
