Instructions on the website as you try to log on to your a/c have the confusing message "Don't log on to the app", pictures are blurred & don't say you must scroll.

Managed to lock myself out (sure I used the correct ID), and I'm being asked security ques that I don't ever recall giving answers for. App sends me to website to unlock, but then still get "account locked" not. Pretty inconvenient.

Close to just switching banks tomorrow to one that has a functioning system! Any #banks want to sell me the benefits of their accounts & apps that actually make my life easier?
