    @HSBC_UK If you read the origin tweet, it’s nothing to do with me. I’m merely highlighting the appalling attitude of banks to the elderly, digitally illiterate or deprived. Address the bigger issue and employ real people in real buildings in local communities.

    @HSBC_UK Spend 20 minutes on hold, then put through to the wrong department, then on hold for another 20 minutes; annoying to not be able to speak to customer services because their work from home telephone line has such a bad echo on it I have to hang up and start ALL OVER AGAIN

    @HSBC_UK literally lost the will to live trying to sort online banking from Jersey with a POA for my aunt. Jersey branch can’t help with UK accounts but they can pay a cheque in. Oh and they can’t ring me back, meanwhile my aunt is being robbed weekly. No rush.

    @HSBC_UK Absolutely awful in app chat. Tried to ask about app notification problems but the automated options being offered weren’t covering the subject but repeatedly kept returning to the same subject choices over and over again. No possible way to actually to you a human!!!

    @HSBC_UK Applied for a credit card, approved, didn't click to accept the agreement. Want to continue the application but no one in the call centre understands the issue. Takes 45 minutes to get through. How can I speak to someone in your credit card team please to complete it?

    @HSBC_UK Why are you misleading with your bank charges? According to Phone banking, the charges shown on your Website are out of date. The page does not mention that ANY international transfer to HSBC has a £5 charge applied, even if it's a SEPA Euro payment! Listed as free.
