@HSBC_UK disgusted with the service I’ve received over the last week. So much conflicting advice. No one seems to know what they are doing. Just been on hold (again) for 15 minutes to be cut off by your staff. How do I speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing?

@HSBC_UK I have a problem. You locked my online-banking, because I couldn't remember the new passwort. I'm abroad and cannot call you for veryfing the automated password reset via phone, I have no money on my sim. I can also not chat with you, because for that I need to log on.

@HSBC_UK You need to focus more on your customer service. I'm having payment issues so decided to call customer service. After about half hour someone answers the call and then straight away it gets dropped and I don't get a call back. Being very honest the worst customer service bank has

@HSBC_UK waited for over 30 minutes on the phone,and gave up. then got told by the 'Faster' chatbot its a 6 hour wait. Tried again on Chatbot and it said it would put me through to 'a human friend' and no answer. How do you get a problem sorted at HSBC these days?

@HSBC_UK I have sold my house over 10 days ago and my solicitors uses your bank for this service. The service has been absolutely appalling as he has been chasing the account manager and your customer service to rectify the issue at your end. No one is getting back to him.

@darlocyndi @HSBC_UK You have my utmost sympathy! Dreadful customer service for an existing customer. I have existing business accounts, but so fed up waiting for promised and scheduled calls, agents that are obviously fielding multiple on line chats.
