    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK your Android banking app hasn't worked since the May 13th update. It literally crashes seconds after opening, every single time. Are there any plans to fix it or are you just going to do your normal thing of blaming the customer?

    Hi @HSBC_UK am trying to help a relative claim compensation from Ryanair and their form is not accepting the IBAN & SWIFT/BIC combination on their statement. Is it okay to use the IBAN along with the more generic HSBC SWIFT code of HBUKGB4B (which is accepted by Ryanair)?

    @HSBC_UK Hello My name is Olusegun Remilekun, I am a clergyman and I am a customer with Gtbank in Nigeria. A friend sent money to me from Barbados since 26th of May 2022. Your bank HSBC was used as the intermediary bank. The money is till pending with your bank. Please why?

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately her mobility issues prevent her from getting to a branch. There is nowhere with any parking close enough. What is the alternative option please?

    @HSBC_UK Using the beneficiaries function on HSBCNet is so painful I’d rather stick red hot needles in my eyes. Have reverted back to copy/paste of bank details from a spreadsheet, even with the associated risk of error, as it’s about 100 times quicker and less rage-inducing.

    @HSBC_UK good morning. My father in law is 95 and banks work your bank all his life. He had moved in to a care home near us. I would like to move his bank account from his branch in London to local here to help him. How do I do it please??

    @HSBC_UK - have to say as a new customer your service is poor. I’ve tried setting up app, tried to log on online. Not received customer number after nearly a month, tried to call tried to go into branch never anyone to talk too. Better option is for me to withdraw and close acc

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’m afraid that HSBC customer care was so appalling that I changed banks. Ironically I only moved sideways to First Direct whose customer care is excellent and you get Β£150 moving fee x
