@HSBC_UK Thanks for the reply but the retailer (@UberUKsupport ) isn't having issues, their system is designed to disallow removing card details. They aren't likely to get back to me as their customer service is questionable at best, non-existent at worst.

  • SamRandomNumber Sam Burns (@SamRandomNumber) reported

@HSBC_UK My secure key is broken. I can't log in to access online chat. Is there any way to get a new one that doesn't involve calling? I'd rather never have any money again than use the phone.

  • GraemeWFJack Graeme Jack (@GraemeWFJack) reported

@HSBC_UK your remortgage process is unbelievably energy sapping. Turns out that your system can’t deliver an online activation key by text (nothing), by post (nothing after 10 days), or through contact centre (30mins in). Help please!

  • nigeljw Nigel J W (@nigeljw) reported

@HSBC @HSBC_UK your silence is telling. I have never banked with an institution in the world that has as terrible customer service as you.

  • tyalaw11 Alun Davies (@tyalaw11) reported

@HSBC_UK The last conversation I had was with the Customer Solutions Team Was told it could be a form; they wern't sure a name could be removed, it may need to be referred to a or the account needs closing and a new one started. Only want to take a name off and 4 depts didn't know how

  • Yippers Amy (@Yippers) reported from Bristol, England

@HSBC_UK Yes after being on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes. I am a new customer; is this the standard wait time which I have to endure to get to an agent?

  • nippa77 Neil Simpson (@nippa77) reported

@HSBC_UK trying to help my mother out...her secure key has died without warning and we cannot access her bank account...telephone banking was a fail as they hung up on her! She suffers from dementia and is very confused and worried!
