  @HSBC_UK It the online banking & Safeguarding team. online banking takes an average of 30 minutes wait & has been up to over an hour. Some of your customer service team have had problems with the Tech at home headsets not working properly, dropping calls because they can’t hear anything

  So, @HSBC_UK closed down a business account (over £80K) without as much as a call due to them misselling yrs ago. Takes about 10 days to move funds (not their own!) to another HSBC account, meanwhile profiteering from the interest. @TheFCA, do you think this is okay behaviour?

  @HSBC_UK my husband can’t use his card or make payments from his online business account. Has held for an hr on the phone and been cut off, twice. What’s the issue please?

  @HSBC_UK hello! Can you please help me. I’ve had an ongoing problem for about a month. I have spoken to representatives over the phone and on the HSBC app several times but despite being reassured everything would be resolved a week ago , I am still waiting. Please help 😭😭
