@HSBC_UK What a let down on your services on business account applicatio with @HSBC_UK Lots of LIES and “not be able to help” from your customer service. I will never trust this bank again for anything. A massive complaint will be done to financial ombudsman. Shame on you

@HSBC_UK Hi Jack, All you keep saying is this is not HSBCs problem - I believe this is HSBCs problem as they were the team who misinformed me. You have also stated that only customers can complain - this is factually incorrect and against FCA guidelines.

@HSBC_UK I couldn`t cash out cheque as it says `A/C Payee Only` on it, but agent wasn`t helpful at all and told me to simply call company who issued a cheque. The company which issued a cheque assured there`s no issues from their side and I have to reach out the bank again ...

@HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

@HSBC_UK I have an issue with HSBC regarding my 85 year old mother and you not accepting a power of attorney. It's not so complicated, but before we go to the press I'm giving you the chance to have someone in a senior position at the bank to contact me, her daughter.

@HSBC_UK Am I able to go into a branch to dispute a payment in person? I’m struggling immensely to do with via the customer service line and I’m getting nowhere. They also told methey couldn’t dispute until 120 AFTER the payment, which is not correct? Thanks

Saddened and disappointed that @HSBC_UK feel it now necessary to charge account fees to small, not for profit educational emergency life support charities. This fee may be small to a big bank but to groups that rely on donations to operate, this is a blow.
