@HSBC_UK Hi, is it possible for two different people to use the same mobile banking app? I can’t see an option for person A to log out fully (and keep Digital Secure Key) and for person B to also use the app on the same phone to access *their* mobile banking setup.

@HSBC_UK I can’t get into my online accounts, my digital secure key is on a phone I don’t have anymore. Yes can only contact you if I log in - which I can’t 😭😭😭😭

@HSBC_UK Online banking services are still not working on my Android 11 phone. I have updated both Google Chrome and We view and opening the app does nothing no screen just an option to close or wait. Wait does not allow page to load. Will try to reinstall your app.

@HSBC_UK Sorry, I've dialled this number this morning but it asks for my account details but I'm not a customer. I dialled 0345 6040626 as a non-customer and they had no details for the Halifax branch. What can i do next please?

Hi @HSBCUKBusiness @HSBC_UK I keep receiving monthly reminder letters that my free banking period is ending soon. But it ended back in 2019. May I suggest you review who you send these letters to; there may be a chance to reduce waste, decrease costs and help the environment.
