Alan Bullion PhD (@alanbullion2) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@1988Harrington @Barclays @HSBC_UK I don’t think any of them want to employ actual staff anymore sadly. It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.

Lam (@Kaishou) reported@HSBC_UK So I wasted money getting to my closest hsbc. It also doesn't help that before this I was told by your live chat that I can go through your online verification which I've done but your customer service has no acknowledgement of such a thing being done.

Peter Croden (@Peter_Croden) reported@StevieeeWx @HSBC_UK If you are pushing customers down a certain route to open a new account you make sure it’s right ffs

Torkild Smith (@torksmith) reportedI got an issue with @HSBC_UK. Normally when money is due to leave the account, it is placed in 'pending' and you can see that. But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account

Mo (@HitchinSquare) reported@HSBC_UK I wasted my times before and never get any reply and you are also failed to provide any help so that clearly indicate that HSBC does not want customers to logged complaints and thats why there is no option available on the rubbish website. No wonder your are the worst bank!!

Christine Mcgeorge (@ChristineM5051) reported@HSBC_UK I've spent three days trying to resolve a problem with HSBC. Perhaps you can help. Online bonus savings account. My understanding is that if I withdraw anything I lose the bonus part of the interest for that month. Is that right

Richard Vernalls (@rvernallsPA) reported@JaneRockHouse @Apple @HSBC_UK Sorry to hear this Jane, sounds awful, and soul-destroying when companies are failing to protect consumers. I’m not sure if it would have assisted, in this case, but I would advise use of the SIM PIN (“Settings” -> ”MobileData” -> “SIM PIN”) as an extra layer of security.
