@HSBC_UK Sorry to be another complaint about waiting times to speak to an advisor....Perhaps if the first operative hadn't spent 35mins trying to reset & give access to the WRONG account, I wouldn't have been cut off when your offices shut 30 mins later.

@HSBC_UK switched phones last night:if I knew how hard it was going to be to use the APP on it I wouldn’t have bothered. I’m locked out despite entering the correct number; having to create a new login; currently on hold and struggling with my patience as I’ve been hung up on!

Why are @HSBC_UK phone lines always soooo busy… are people actually answering the phone? Because ive honestly wasted hours of my life. I even went into brach to try and sort this issue but they said i have to call 😭😭😭

@HSBC_UK Grrrr...just spent 35 minutes on hold to report that my account has been frozen by error...and still no answer!!!! The HSBC Business service has deteriorated significantly in the last few months. Disastrous!

@HSBC_UK I was on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes to speak to an advisor so that i could arrange a meeting for 3 weeks time. This seems like the job for a simple webform with a customer callback if necessary
