@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I love how HSBC does all the lovey-dover ESG stuff. It's almost cringy. They never tire of telling us to "see beyond borders", and maybe I agree, but they're less enthusiastic about such mundane things as answering the telephone or providing customer service. I wonder why?

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Maybe they should start a service where you make a telephone appointment. Not a specific time, just sometime during the day. If, for some reason you can’t answer when the phone rings you have to call them back for another telephone appointment?

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Yes there's a lot of organisations have just not sorted out their call centres following covid. I spent 1 hour 55 minutes queuing before Jet2 answered my call....then I got cutoff after 5 mins. They did call back but the fact is the service of so many organisations is shocking!
