@HSBC @HSBC_UK absolutely disgraceful. Complaint made after failing to make foreign payment. Dealt with the complaint before speaking to the customer using incorrect facts, then closed the case before speaking with the us. Cannot speak with the agent who dealt with the complaint

I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄
