@HSBC_UK is there a problem with online banking? I cannot make a payment (move money) to my credit card as it keeps saying payee bank has advised they are unable to accept payment? All accounts are HSBC. 😞🤔

@S_Cassley @HSBC_UK I had the same problem. Sent money to my brother yesterday evening and he still hasn't received it. Online chat with HSBC just asked me to wait till 9am and they will give me an update then.

@HSBC_UK I need to close my help to buy ISA. When I came home I rang the telephone banking service but apparently that has been locked out and the only way to reset is to go into a branch. All rather annoying when you live 30 mins via train away from the nearest branch.
