@HSBC_UK @FreddieEagle3 Clearly got no idea what you’re talking about HSBC. iOS15 is a public beta right now. You guys need to fix the app as it’s the only banking app that won’t work.

@HSBC_UK The branch isHSBC Shipley. The staff were rigid, would not accept perfectly legitimate UCAS confirmation of uni course which also included his name & address. The cashier was totally unreasonable Halifax were polite professional, with great service. So glad he is not with HSBC.

So because @HSBC_UK have closed loads of branches and reduced opening hours due to covid they encourage you to do stuff online or over the phone. But then they insist on you having to go into branch because they don’t allow you to access basic services online.
