Seriously @HSBC_UK you get me to do a callback to save being on hold, take 30 mins to call back only to put me on hold for 46 mins (and still counting). Very poor customer service, I’ll start looking for business accounts elsewhere

Okay @HSBC_UK you’ve broken me. At an hour and 24 minutes and still not had my call answered I give up. This is awful customer service but I guess that’s how you make £4.8b in profit during 2021 eh?
