    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @Marina_Lamot @HSBC_UK Wasting your time. The customer service is poor. Only 5 hours been trying to get hold of them. And still no answer.

    @HSBC_UK The iPad app still crashes when I try and open it. Can you help me access my bank account please? The iPhone app still seems to work but asks me for a digital secure key code which of course I can’t get from the iPad. Frustrated as not worked for nearly 3 days now.

    @HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

    @HSBC_UK I emailed 2 days ago, tweeted yesterday. No reply, no acknowledgement. No access to company account 2+ weeks, can’t get through on the phone. All I want is for someone to do what should have been done in the first place: deactivate an old, dead security token.

    Hey @HSBC_UK, would you mind giving me a call to fix repeating fraud on my credit card please? Called 3 times and each time either agent hangs up or I am referred to another number. Frankly the poorest customer service, seems fraudsters are pampered, clients forgotten.
