@HSBC_UK Let's say you're in an account page viewing your account transactions, when you hit back you get an error because the browser tries to take you back to the login flow.

@HSBC_UK I only wanted to get my balance from the automated service. I've tried again on a different phone and after answering all the security prompts all I get is an odd sound then nothing.

@HSBC_UK 28 years as a customer since you were Midlands bank. Shoddy treatment this week. 1hr 10 on the phone today. Formal complaint made. You’ll be in contact in 8 weeks. Not much to say Steve, although I can see why you’d prefer DM.

Urm, @HSBC_UK trying to activate the new balance transfer credit card you’ve sent me. Says activate via the app… App needs a telephone security number. (I don’t have one yet) Try to activate via the website, website needs a telephone security number… I still do t have one yet..

@pooka8677 @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @floryejas they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@HSBC_UK my old account was shut down, but there was money it in. I visited branch and they told me Id get a cheque in the post last year, it never came. cannot contact your normal channels as I need account details which no longer exist. Where is my money?

Over a minute of recorded information before I can even access my balance - mostly telling me it would be quicker to use the @HSBC_UK app. Well yes, I know that but its bloody broken isn't it.
