    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK Is the iOS 12 problem fixed yet. If not, when ? I’m really finding this so inconvenient. We are persuaded to do online and mobile banking and then we are stuck when it doesn’t work. My nearest branch is 20 miles away and I have mobility issues.

    @HSBC_UK @MrASingh @gratitudeinart Why don’t you team up with some people who can answer the phone on your business banking phone line? Maybe that might be an idea? Was kept on hold for 1hr 40 mins and then the bloke was “short” with me. As a bank you are a disgrace in terms of customer service. Businesses beware!

    @HSBC_UK unable to help 98 yr old father in law access his mobile banking even with secure code sent through the post as he can’t remember security number, and account locked. Spend an hour on the phone holding, no good. I am his assistant for this type of thing, Please help.

    @HSBC_UK having been on hold for nearly 2 hours (so far), your recording has told me my “call is important” to you approx 220 times. At some point I feel like she’s going break down and confess that it isn’t.

    @HSBC_UK What on earth is going on with your call centres?!?! I cannot get through to anyone?! Yesterday I spent 2 hours on hold. Cannot activate my bank account, no access to my money?! Today I need to chase an error on my mortgage 35 mins on hold and I can’t wait any longer
