    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @simonlevans @HSBC_UK It was almost impossible to do what I wanted last time I was in a branch too. There were staff but none of them actually doing anything with customers. It’s such a weird setup now.

    @HSBC_UK I spoke to an advisor over a year ago closing my credit card account, was told it was closed so cut card up. Still receiving statements so rang again to be told account was closed. Continue to receive statements and no help on the phone as they ask for my card number?

    @HSBC_UK it’s a real shame, the price we pay to be a business customer, that all I can do in branch is pay my money into a machine. No cash exchange, don’t take crumpled notes, told to use post office but no slips available to help #frustrated

    Why does the @HSBC_UK business app take so long to update. The personal banking app has been working with ios16 for almost 2 weeks. But the business app… still not updated. And ios16 is now out of beta.

    @HSBC_UK so the third time been in a branch to “prove who I am with ID” and been told I need to wait 30 minutes as it’s busy and lunchtime. What sort of service is this?

    So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston
