    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK Customer service is not able to verify me, so I need to go next Wednesday to the bank and verify myself in person. I can't use my app from Friday to Wednesday now. Well done! Time to change bank!

    How can a bank as big as @HSBC_UK be sooo incompetent and unhelpful to its customers!!! Waited 4x days for new bank card which is blocked and nobody can tell me why or unblock it. Now without access to my account for up to another 7x days while I wait for yet another card!!!

    @mrsgaius @enndemic @HSBC_UK Oh don’t bother today. The app support says it will take 10 hours 30 for someone to respond ha ha. I’m guessing the 2 people responding here is their entire customer service team in the U.K. perhaps globally judging by their shocking customer service

    Hey @HSBC_UK I’m trying to set up a direct debit for pay my credit card. Can’t do it on the app or the website. Been on hold to customer services for an hour. Chat bot says it going to be up to 10 hrs 30 mins before an agent can get back to me. What an absolute shambles

    @HSBC_UK does anyone ever answer your phones? Twice this week over 30 minutes on hold and no answer. Can’t solve issue online, your chat agent couldn’t solve + I can’t pop into my local branch as you closed it!

    I’m an @HSBC_UK advance customer for 14 years. HSBC did not write any statement about the issue yesterday. I have tried to Install again my app and as the app was not working I was not able to log in they suspended my mobile account.

    @kymsalmon @HSBC_UK To be standing there, middle of the self-checkouts, the customer assistant loudly asking if I can “actually afford to pay for my shopping?” In front of strangers? Yes, it’s an utterly humiliating experience. Invasive questions at the best of times, but in a cost of living crisis?
