    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK what on earth is going on with your phone banking today? Got a notification when I tried to log into phone banking this morning saying something about not being able to log in due to confidentiality now been on hold for 2 hrs.

    @HSBC_UK Now at 35 min and no reply, have to hang up. I've banked with you for over 30 years but this shoddy service is making me consider leaving.

    @HSBC_UK I was on hold for half hour on Friday so no thank you. The staff in B’ham branch said they don’t book them. Will be emailing customer care as pretty disappointed in the service

    @HSBC_UK Well after being on hold for 1hr 22 minutes I was supposed to be past through to the correct department only to get a automated message then be cut off. I’m really not impressed at all the service lately is shocking! I was calling regarding a complaint I’ve already lodged😡

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK Why does it also take one of your advisers 30 minutes to find out a direct debit can take until 3-30 to be taken from an account? Such awful service.

    @NaturallyWells @HSBC @HSBC_UK They responded on Twitter to ask them to contact them, which I immediately did and they said they could not help me. Arguably the most useless 'customer service' EVER!
