@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK is such an awful bank, the hv probably made more IT staff redundant, in their constant cost cutting! They actually no longer care about retail customers it seems!

  • BenMassey1 Ben Massey (@BenMassey1) reported

@enndemic @HSBC_UK very aware things can go wrong from time to time but for a global banking corporation to not update their customers for 2.5 hours with no way of contacting them as their service status/website says everything is fine and when they do respond the advice is “try again in a bit”Wow

  • Katdormar Kate (@Katdormar) reported

@HSBC_UK My app is still saying temporary unavailable service!!!

  • 2udo1 2udo (@2udo1) reported

@carl_lewis_91 @PoveyChris @HSBC_UK chances are the people doing the social media are the same as support, they would have been swamped with people both on social media and tickets to look at while also needing to put out a statement. you 100% would have complained if they actually apologised anyway
