    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK Hi in 2017 I was a customer at HSBC as an international student. And I withdrew from my course in 2018 but continued to use my HSBC card/account. It expired last year in October and now I’m back as an international student and looking to apply for an account

    @HSBC_UK 12 minutes on hold to your bank to try and get help@to get into your app. I reckon it has wasted about 5 hours of your staff and my time in the last two years. It’s worse than Fort Knox to get into. Going to an easier to work with bank. This is a rubbish experience.

    @HSBC_UK We did but it wasn’t a lot of help to be honest. We’re trying to pay our mortgage off which is over the 25000 fee. However as the mortgage figure only lasts for 24 hours we can’t do that. We also can’t get into a branch as we are self isolating. Absolutely infuriating
