@SimonMcCauley1 @HSBC_UK When you trust all of your money with these people, and then their site goes down, and you can’t even speak to anyone at the company, it becomes unacceptable. This is ridiculous. If you’re down for maintenance, you let your customers know before hand, period. This is ridiculous.
