  @ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far

  @Donnabrazier @HSBC_UK Happened to me twice now you make a few deposits then block you from anymore. PayPal bypasses this but it’s a pain in the ***. After a week or so got to deposit again blocked again today this is why I’m scrolling Twitter to see if this is happening to anybody else

  Desperate measures but has anyone had to deal with @HSBC_UK ? Their app is the appalling, unless their strategy was to make it the most anti-user friendly app, then give them an award! I just wanted to make a payment. *******! #HSBC #uxdesign
