  @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

  @HSBC_UK I found a hsbc cheque on my driveway, I've tried calling the bank its not going through to anyone. Is there anyway you can help me return this cheque to the right person?

  @msparkled @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK agreed. Absolutely useless. A terrible product. With all their profits you'd think they would make a better effort at the app especially the cheque feature. More than once I've had to go to a post office as the app failed and the branches are closed.

  @HSBC_UK hi guys. Is it possible to get a custom bank statement generated? A support agent told me yesterday that it was possible, but now another one is saying it isn’t. It’s 2026 & other banks do this - especially since it’s for a business loan application.

  @HSBC_UK please traine ur employess on the customer service putting people who cant understand english language and he just blocking bank account it doesnt make sense they dont even know reson of calling they just block my bank account ? Is it way of sense u shame on banking.
