Constantly disappointed by the appalling customer service of @HSBC_UK Business Banking. The phone wait times are always an hour, no one calls back when promised, and it seems impossible to open a new bank account. There’s no excuse for such terrible support.

@HSBC_UK any update on your app for Android 12 working. I am still unable to log on to internet banking and was advised in store to wait for the app to become available rather than getting a physical key. I have had the new phone 2 weeks. Its ridiculous.

@AmexUK @AskAmexUK Hi Amex, I need to make urgent changes to my account and I’ve been on hold for a grand total of 2 hours 30 minutes today. This is absolutely shambolic service, My card renews in December and this has cemented my decision to move my credit card to @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK what a joke… if they didn’t have my money. 20min wait time, no one calls back on the callback service and the live chat kicks you out whilst you wait for someone to respond… bring back actual banks

@HSBC_UK you have treated my elderly parents (ex staff) abysmally, you give false info and rude service. Heartless soulless organisation shame on you. After 63 years they’re now moving their life savings and current accounts to @Metro_Bank #agediscrimination #badcustomerservice

@HSBC_UK Absolutely terrible service on offer in a rural area where the next branch that offers a cash service is a 36 mile round trip from my home

@HSBC_UK What is the problem with the online service? No info on my account is visible after I've logged in several times. I just need to download a statement!
