    @HSBC_UK how can I make a complaint about a staff member at your Newbury branch? I had to wait over a week for a free appointment and then was greeted by a rude staff member who laughed at me and clearly had decided she wasn't going to help me before we even started.

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK Guys there has been an update on the HSBC app can someone let me know if it’s fixed the issue with iOS 15 as I don’t want to revert back again to iOS 14 if it’s not working! I’ve run it on a tester unit on iOS 15 but not all the way to bank login

    @HSBC_UK just updated app version 2.39.4 and the problem of it not opening has returned!!! (IOS 14.7.1)

    @diegor @Jennaxgriffin @HSBC_UK It was working on iOS 15 until the latest Beta update which breaks it again, they’ll likely release another fix but it may break again if Apple release another Beta update afterwards. Best bet is waiting a bit before jumping on the next Beta update!

    Hey @HSBC_UK when in branch asking why you need to see a copy of my recently deceased brother’s will you may want to tell your staff that referring me to an answer that another advisor had just given to the couple sitting in the booth next to me is not great customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, the mobile banking app keeps crashing at log in. I'm and Android user. I have reinstalled the app 3 times today with no joy. Can you please advise what is happening and when a fix is likely?
