    @HSBC_UK It's been 2 weeks now, any update? That's way too long for such a critical issue affecting several customers. By now, it is clear that the problem is not being given the priority level it requires. Very disappointing.

    @HSBC_UK hi, is there an error with your iOS app? Face ID won’t work but it will work on every other app (and works to unlock my phone)?! I tried unlocking my phone with faceid and going straight to the HSBC app without moving, and it still wouldn’t let me log in!

    @dp__123 @HSBC_UK Me as well. I have just phoned up and HSBC told me that they have no idea when the app fix will be ready. They told me to walk into a branch and get a physical key device. a) I am going in tomorrow to do that b) I am switching all my savings to Starling Bank
