    @HSBC_UK hello, recently changed phone and now unable to access my bank acc. App says just needs username, memorable answer and password but then also asks for code from the digital secure key, which died a while back. Can I only order a new one by phone?

    @mistress_lu @HSBC_UK You're not alone - I can't open the app either since the update. I'd only just switched from a physical secure key to a digital secure key as well, and now no way to access my account.

    @HSBC_UK is there any particular reason your phone line is so slow? Been on hold for an agent now for 45 minutes to sort a secure key that would be just as easy to reset online if given the option! This is a joke

    @HSBC_UK hi there, my wife can't reset her password because the app says "something has gone wrong", therefore can't log in for live chat. And has been on hold for 45 minutes twice today without getting through
