If anyone is thinking of opening a business bank account stay well away from @HSBC_UK their customer service is beyond shocking. A quick scan of Twitter will show how long people have been on hold too their telephone banking. 2 years & they are still blaming covid! What a joke.

@HSBC_UK Thanks, I recharged the battery, but it's not allowing me to reset anything. It asks me to again generate a code on my DSK, but when I try to log in to the DSK on my old device it says I've started the transfer process for my DSK on a new device & must now use the new device!

What is happening at @HSBC_UK !! Trying to speak to someone and left holding for an hour yesterday and no response and on the line now for 56 minutes and still having to listen to the ghastly music and the recorded voice telling me my call is important!! Appalling service……

Dealing with @HSBC_UK at the moment is like being in Tartarus. I have spent over 10hrs on hold/trying to speak to someone. When you do they tell you a) they can’t help b) send a letter or c)use online chat. When I pick c) I then get directed back to to call the number

What an absolute farce @HSBC_UK, just joined as a customer, want a telephone banking security code and told I have to phone and speak to someone to request it - why, given I can activate card automatically? Tried multiple times, on hold for a while and then just cut off 💩 Awful
