Brogan (@Brogan_P) reported@HSBC_UK You have to be the worst bank I've ever used. Despite the amount of money I have invested, the service you provide is dreadful. Now you've suspended mobile banking for no reason. I am done with your substandard insulting service.

-
Joe Langley (@langlineer) reported@HSBC_UK I’m a long term customer and I’ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that can’t. Some things only in branch, but can’t get a branch appt for months.
-
Lynn Hamer (@evilbluebird) reported2/2 @HSBC_UK do you have any ideas, how you can sort out this mess ? Because as soon as I can access my account,I will be closing it down, due to sub standard customer service. Please let me know what I can do,so I can access my account
-
Dungeons And Joypads (@DungeonsJoypads) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark? Because virtuous rainbow flags and middle fingers to Elon Musk are more important than protecting your own online identity? How very noble. Absolutely dog **** bank.

Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

Steven H (@Sinbad2000) reported@HSBC_UK why does the chat option give me error 1007 on my app? And why don't I have the option to view statements on my mortgage account?
