@HSBC_UK I cannot log into my app from Kenya. Why is this - I keep getting “there was a problem connecting to the servers”. As soon as I use a VPN via UK I can log in.” Makes zero sense for travellers so please fix this

@HSBC_UK this morning my 74 yr old friend has tried to deposit £800+ cash into a charity account at the bank. She received no help whatsoever and finished up having to leave the bank with two large shopping bags of cash and use the post office. We’ll done HSBC

@HSBC_UK Been trying to open a new joint account with my wife for over a year now without any success. We are both existing customers. Each time, phone or branch tells us something different. looking at closing all accounts due to this extremely poor service.
