    @HSBC_UK I’ve been having problems with the app launching. It’s been like this for a few weeks. Son says it launches and others (like today) throw me straight out before logging in. What’s the issue? I’ve got urgent payments/transfers to make online.

    @HSBC_UK Stop with your virtue signalling, PR, CSR "no borders- we love the homeless" dribble and try to actually start providing decent banking services for your clients. Get your core business working before wasting your effort on vacuous PR initiatives that don't actually DO anything.

    @HSBC_UK are you having problems making payments today, trying to pay suppliers but keep being told exceeded daily limit when I haven’t, eventually going through after several attempts

    @HSBC_UK Just one comment Why has HSBC turned into the worst bank around for customer service . Evidenced by the official statistics board presented on the wall of our local branch as if its a boast.
