    @HSBC_UK Your customer service for credit card refund is shocking!! 4 months of constant calls, told it would take 48hrs to process... 4 weeks ago. Passed between departments. On hold for over an hour each time. Never able to get through to frauds team. Sick of it!

    @HSBC_UK You haven't read my messages. You've sent an automated reply. This is poor customer service. I'm stranded abroad. I can't pop into a branch. Calling you will cost £3 per minute. Please do better to come up with a human solution.

    @HSBC_UK They are stating this on their website : If you wish to send electronic bank statements from an online account you should also send a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic.

    @HSBC_UK trying to change my digital secure key to a new device but the activation codes via sms aren’t coming through. I tried to call technical support and was told they would get back to me but 50 mins later was hung up on.

    @HSBC_UK @alcatelmobileuk @GooglePlay app crashes on startup; fresh Alcatel 3L (2021) on Android 11. Thirty mins on phone for Telephone Banking Sec Number (not in post), time to get a card reader through the post in 5-10 working days. Not a great start to my new Advance account.

    @HSBC_UK really don't want my business. After five months of trying, from Australia and now UK, to open a joint premier bank account, I've now been told it's impossible. Worst customer service in the world in any industry.

    @HSBC_UK please can someone help! need to stop a switch - been holding on for 50 minutes on phone as i can't answer if i have an overdraft facility on an account that isn't open no one can talk to me - i want the switch stopped ! i dont have a telep security numb

    @ProfessorCrick2 @HSBC_UK Issue behind this is I have epilepsy and cannot have photo id... I've actually had a lot of issues, not just with banks, but even proxy cards (@imaginecurve) signing me up and then asking me to go get a passport and basically put myself in a seizure!
