@HSBC_UK @Shelter I ve just heard that you are closing down your counter service in our area. As business we cannot run things online, we need to be physically in branch. Every week we have to get change, swap monies etc... It is ashame you leave us no choice but move to another bank :(

@L7_AFC @HSBC_UK I’ve too have found Coinbase’s CS absolute garbage - they take weeks to send a single reply. I can’t speak to Binance’s CS though as I’ve never had cause to use them (yet 🤞). Btw to answer your question it’s not everyone, it’s a subset of users (incl. me) and I don’t know why.

@HSBC_UK It's really impossible to connect HSBC business telephone support. Online chat team doesn't have any idea of things. 1 hour of waiting in call centre queue and in the middle they disconnect the call. HSBC needs to solve these issues

@GavGoulder @Broadbentius @HSBC_UK I have a monzo account. Their local banking is fine (their app is very good) but be aware that they don't offer a business service. If you're taking foreign payments it can be a pita. I use my nationwide acct for the most part b/c of that.
