Cut their holiday short to due to fraud for £23k catalogue of failures isa sold for £37k disgrace

    @HSBC_UK your mortgage service is an absolute shambles. I'm not really sure how you can get away with it. The online system is shocking - Have had to make 10+ phonecalls & get told something different every time. We have no idea where things are at - get with the times!
