    @HSBC_UK Covid has been around for 19 + months. Why has an international bank like yours not found a way to make banking work for new customers? Hiring more staff to service new and existing clients could be a solution to your problem.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, my online banking app crashes when I open open (unexpectedly quits before the login screen). I have an iphone 6 running 12.5.4, I've tried reinstalling, rebooting the phone etc. Can't log into my bank account which is annoying

    @HSBC_UK is there a problem with your app? It constantly crashes on my iPad using iOS 12.5.4 following your update to version 2.39.1 I have cleared all cookies etc and deleted the app and reinstalled, but still no joy!

    @HSBC_UK Reporting a transfer issue which you should he aware of already, money has left my HSBC account but not reached the destination account. Can you sort this out ASAP please.
