@HSBC_UK Ok. I’ll give it a try although it’s worth stressing that 03457 662255 is the number I have been ringing and getting nowhere. So unless you can reassure me that the problems have been resolved on that number it’s not really worth the time, effort and expense to use that again.

@HSBC_UK as a new customer to hsbc the initial service has been terrible. Agent on the phone was going to help before I was disconnected during a transfer. Called back and second agent said he won’t do anything and to wait for Royal Mail 👎

@HSBC_UK HSBC mobile app at its worst. Made some changes recently, Yesterday morning tried to login mobile app.. it says update software.. Update button click says device is not compatible..I am totally stuck. cant login online banking because need code from app

@HSBC_UK my 73 year old, dyslexic mother can’t get her credit card limit increased. She can’t do internet banking & 2 branches have said they can’t help. She’s a Premier customer and is being discriminated against because of learning difficulties #poorcustomerservice

Dear @HSBC_UK - every time I mention the app notification issue, I’m asked if my notifications are turned on. I’ve been asked this several times now and the answer each and every time is ‘Yes, they are always on.’ If they weren’t, I’d understand why they’re not coming through.

@HSBC_UK There are clearly problems in your systems if you don’t have any issues reported at the moment. I have experience issues - and reported them through different channels: speaking to someone this morning, via the chat system (although frankly that is useless) and to you.

@HSBC_UK They do. The thing I don’t understand is over the last 2 years I’ve had 6 current accounts with other banks with no problem whatsoever.
