    @HSBC_UK banging my head against a wall. Trying to make an online payment which is blocked saying to contact your bank. Bank refusing to help blaming merchant. Merchant saying contact bank. Bank say to use another payment method (don’t have one) 🤯🤯 please help…

    @HSBC_UK No worries. I did submit an online application and then later realised you can’t do it online if you’re an existing customer. Is there any way this application can be disregarded in order to prevent the credit search? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK That’s brilliant. I noticed that one the eligibility criteria, it says you must not be an existing customer with HSBC, however wanting to go from a basic HSBC account to an advanced. Is this still possible over the phone? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK stood in a long queue in Birmingham branch where apparently it takes an hour to speak to a member of staff to sort a problem we have had with our account for well over 12 months despite us trying to resolve it. Shockingly bad service.
