@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@ebz_tweetz @HSBC_UK It is down for me too. I can log on and transfer between accounts but I can’t make a payment as the payees won’t load and it says there is an error. Down detector is reporting problems too.

@HSBC_UK having issues with the App. Tried to make a payment to an existing payee earlier and it said couldn't connect to servers. Tried again just now and now my payees won't load... just comes up with an error message. What's going on? Thanks.

Considering the tweet storm @HSBC_UK would it not be advisable to actually *tell* us there’s a problem with your mobile banking facility and tell us when we can expect an update? There’s about 3 hours worth of reports that I can see. #hsbc
