@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

Morning @HSBC_UK. Is it possible to gain third-party access using an EPOA. I've tried the website, but the application form appears to be for POA requiring a registration code that I obviously don't have. The EPOA isn't registered. Thank you

@HSBC_UK the customer service for HSBC is appalling. Lost my commercial card mid December,great challenge to get through to anyone to report it, chaotic inconsistent advice from HSBC call centres, fraudulent transactions have now been charged to my account. V poor service

@HSBC_UK Business Banking - I have tried to resolve 5 International receipts for over a month inc 5-6 hours on calls. You keep rejecting the receipts (with no reasons). No Business banking managers exist & telephone banking have failed to resolve and are a waste of time. Help!

@hsbc_uk is a worst bank, suspended our business account since last 2 months for their own stupidity. we dont have access to funds, hence our business is suffering; may go burst, as struggling to make & receive payments and end up having bad credit ratings, what a sh*t service.

@HSBC_UK hello, I’m trying to close my account but I don’t have access to the online banking. I’ve tried printing out the form to send off but it’s printing with dark pages so you cannot see the information Can you send a copy please ?

@HSBC_UK have you tried dealing with yourself recently? It’s impossible to resolve the simplest of queries. Nobody is able to help, and the call centre put me on hold just before closing!

@HSBC_UK That’s the exact reason I was trying to call daily for over a week to no avail. Over 30 years banking with HSBC the service is now an all time low. Will be considering a total change not just for savings!!!

@HSBC_UK customer service front desk Luke at your Manchester Exchange Street Branch is not only unknowledgeable but also unable to find out an answer, only signpost to Experian. I’m still waiting to speak to a manager. Is this really HSBC customer service?

@HSBC_UK Over a week trying to contact Hsbc after exhausting all online chat avenues and help forums which all say I need to speak to an advisor to sought an issue stopping me opening an online saver account. After spending hours on hold decided to take out savings account elsewhere POOR
