@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@MechanicBritish @HSBC_UK @Shelter I doubt it, I've been through a lot more than you'd believe, and still going through more. Flats don't get "taken over" you just call the police and have them thrown out, and if you really had been through all that **** you'd know better than to posture the way you have.
