  @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   I know it doesn’t work this way but I have been a customer of @HSBC_UK for over 40 years (when it was simply Midland Bank) and have had, at times, three current accounts and a mortgage with them so why don’t I ever get invited to @QueensTennis as a guest?

  @HSBC_UK please traine ur employess on the customer service putting people who cant understand english language and he just blocking bank account it doesnt make sense they dont even know reson of calling they just block my bank account ? Is it way of sense u shame on banking.

  @HSBC_UK I am having problems registering with on line banking for my credit card it just keeps saying sorry we can't continue with your application. When I then try and sign up it won't send an activation code to my phone

  @HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

  @HSBC_UK plz help . I have lost my card and am trying to log into online banking to get a new one issued but can’t remember my details - to reset it asks for details I don’t have (sort code etc - which are on my card!) plz help me get some way of accessing my account

  @AmazonHelp @HSBC_UK cannot make any purchases now on amazon with hsbc card. HSBC say its vendor issue. Amazon say its bank issue. What a joke. Never had this problem into now. Guess I gotta join for another bank.
