Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   The only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.

  @HSBC_UK push notifications for the app are no longer working I’ve tried switching them off and back on again Still not working Frustrating not to know and keep an eye when money is going on and out

  @stephenpratley @HSBC_UK The fact the HSBC biz app still has no notifications and their card has no Apple Pay support tells you everything about their care for customers. They don’t give a ****.

  @CleansedTweets @pchindle @HSBC_UK Both myself and my mother have uk bank accounts and they have our address in Spain,never an issue,it should be same situation for yourself, if you have a home address in uk again they shouldnt be closing your account,it’s not illegal to travel and be out of the country for years

  @HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.
