Jonathan Edwards (@Jonster) reported@HSBC_UK Jay gave me the direct number in case they didn't call me back. I left it for three days in case they were busy, so rang last Monday. That's when the apparent technical issue occurred. I then rang your complaints department who told me I'd hear from HSBC by Monday (yesterday).
