Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK 2 hrs in hell loop of business customer service trying to get my business debit card unblocked. They send me to card services who say they can’t deal with business cards and send me back to them. How can I get out this cycle and someone to please unblock my card!

  Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n
