@HSBC_UK I'm 18. How am I supposed to build any worthwhile credit score? I've never even taken a loan or had a credit card before. Also I rang customer service and all they do is tell me what I already know. Twice. I have substantial savings, and no debts.

To open an account on UK. Recvd no help. Once I reached UK,after follow ups was connected to someone from @HSBC_UK but was told we have to visit the branch then can open it and he can't expedite the process.Visited the branch today and was told it would take a further 15-20 days

@HSBC_UK beyond disappointed with the service from HSBC currently. Applied to open a student account in August and you STILL haven’t sent everything. Have dm’d you. Please get this sorted or you will likely lose several long standing accounts.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been locked out of my digital banking services due to too many failed log in attempts. Gone to reset online - got to the part where it wants to generate a security code via the app…but I don’t have that option as un/reinstalled the app other day when it was bugging
