@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK I work in software engineering. I know how to test for issues and defects. This is what I used macOS Version 12.2.1 (Build 21D62) 12.2.1 x86_64. Tested yesterday evening and at time stamp I recontacted this morning.

Brilliant service @HSBC_UK. Sending a customer from the chat in the app after a 10min wait to telephone banking waiting for another 30min, only to then be send to the branch where I get told that there is an appointment slot in 1.5h.

@HSBC_UK That’s great and all, but Lloyds and AMEX aren’t making me do all this just to access my internet banking. Just saying. Other banks can do it, why can’t you? Genuine question. Please escalate to dev team as I can see other customers are getting equally frustrated!

@HSBC_UK I have started the process of withdrawing all my money, an extremely large amount from HSBC & transferring it to Barclays, due to their appalling customer service. Premium customers mean nothing to HSBC. They are now ignoring my tweets as they are useless. Julie?

.@HSBC_UK: You have to visit a branch for this service. Also @HSBC_UK: Your local branch no longer has counter service. The next available appointment at this branch an hour and a half away is in one month. 🙃🙃🙃

@HSBC_UK Waited ages to speak to someone about my son’s mobile app only to be told that he’ll have to wait 5 to 7 days before he can get back on it, just because his mobile number wasn’t registered! Can’t get online either-not great service!
