Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @UKFtweets if any of your clients would like to talk to a SME banking with @HSBC_UK business banking for 15 years, quadrupled turnover in last 4 years but will no longer accept shody service ( 4 weeks into 48 hour call back promise of @HSBC_UK ) i"m here. Verified accounts only.

  Just experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.

  @HSBC_UK This is one of the worst banks I have dealt with, no customer care at all, avoid opening an account with them especially Business account
