    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.     @HSBC_UK spent most of the day trying to call your team, 45-60 minute wait times only for your systems to hang up every time with no fix!? Credit card approved but no terms sent out? Really unacceptable

    @HSBC_UK currently in Plymouth branch trying to pay Money into a bank ? No counter service , both machines broken for paying in , 1 machine has been out for weeks ?This is not service . Response would be lovely and maybe a call from yourselves to the branch manager

    @HSBC_UK Waiting to speak to someone on HSBC advance telephone banking line for +25 minutes! Is anyone working today? Your telephone banking used to be great, always huge wait times these days. I use the app, but this needs a conversation + you’ve closed the local branch 🤯

    @HSBC_UK Please stop using internal names for PDF documents and adopt a customer centric approach. doc-cdd-pr-pf-gb-en-66xxx.pdf [redacted] is nonsense and doesn't even identify as originating from HSBC. Having what could be a counter in the name, it is also leaking (your) info.

    @HSBC_UK one of your employees cancelled my Debit Card and not Credit Card (requested replacement)by mistake.Leaving me without access to my money for up to 7 days. Walked 20 minutes to get food shopping only for it to be declined. This is awful, I wish to make a formal complaint
