@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK No. I did all this yesterday. I'm not **** it again. Stop making me run round in circles. As it happens, I deleted your app and reinstalled so can access now. But these shoddy levels of service are pushing me further and further towards closing my account.

My dad has had awful service from @HSBC_UK and absolutely no attempts to put it right, making a 72 year old fill out more forms and making it harder for him, all he wants to do is open an account. Now he will travel 40 miles round trip to go to a branch of a bank that care
