Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @stephenpratley @HSBC_UK The fact the HSBC biz app still has no notifications and their card has no Apple Pay support tells you everything about their care for customers. They don’t give a ****.

  @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
