Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @jckchn88 @HSBC_UK Hi, spent 50 mins on hold to be told every UK customer received this in error and there is no issue with your cards. The woman told me I was ok to unfreeze my card. Hope that helps #HSBC #ApplePay

  @HSBC_UK please contact me re : poor customer service. Advisors having to " follow the script ", unable to speak on behalf of my 91 year old parent, no knowledge about how the only remaining local branch operates. A frustrating 40 minute call.
