@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@onetweetbeyond @HSBC_UK I just logged in but it was still pretty broken, lots of features like next day transactions unavailable, reloading screens so at least they are on the case and hopefully everything restored soon

@HSBC_UK @fluffymitten I would expect an organisation like yourselves would have your Online services status page updated accordingly. In addition to the business banking logging in issues, you seem to having issues with your live chat as well, I keep getting errors when I try chat.
