Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   HSBC Apple Pay. Possibly all(?) HSBC UK customers have woken to an email from them confirming registration of their card on to Apple Pay. Contact centre on +30 minute wait times as concerned customers phone in. I’m told the comms were sent in error. @HSBC_UK

  @HSBC_UK what a useless customer service. Online payment declined again when funds account!! Last time I was promised this will never happen again. I spoke to robot where chat was ended without solving issue, chat with human still not resolved, phone call still not resolved!!!

  @HSBC_UK 2 hrs in hell loop of business customer service trying to get my business debit card unblocked. They send me to card services who say they can’t deal with business cards and send me back to them. How can I get out this cycle and someone to please unblock my card!

  Desperate measures but has anyone had to deal with @HSBC_UK ? Their app is the appalling, unless their strategy was to make it the most anti-user friendly app, then give them an award! I just wanted to make a payment. *******! #HSBC #uxdesign
