Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.

  @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

  @flyinglawyer73 @tomhfh I can recall banks opening on Saturdays since at least 1992 (before then I didn't have an account I could access). The main exceptions were in the City (even shops there were closed Saturdays) plus some Central London ones. It used to be annoying when @HSBC_UK had...
