Just been into the @HSBC_UK branch in Wakefield. No staff in the banking hall to help. Left after waiting around 5 mins. Shocking fall in standards in a company I worked for for 16 years.

@santanderuk @HSBC_UK absolutely terrible service from both banks. A mix up with a balance transfer meant vote banks now have the same debt for me and are charging interest on it. Absolutely pathetic. And both point finger at each other. Good luck trying to get any help on phone.

@HSBC_UK Your mobile banking app is terrible Changes have been all bad Fast Balance (crucially without log on) has gone from the app The app itself is painfully slow It takes an unacceptable amount of time for the accounts page to load There was nothing wrong with the old app
