Never Heard of Customer service (@HeardCustomer) reported@HSBC_UK Surely the thing to do would be to send a push notifications to Android users to let them know that there is an issue and that you are working on it. Just spent 15 MN on the phone listening to automated message about self serving on the app. You could have saved me that time.
