Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.

  Worst experience with HSBC Bank. @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Extremely unprofessional handling of customer concerns. Instead of resolving the issue, the team seems to be relying on delaying tactics and providing no meaningful response. Very disappointing. #HSBC #CustomerService

  @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it
