    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

    @HSBC_UK Well 4 calls each over 25 minutes. Cut off 3 times no answer. Cannot reset like website says. Update was a waste of time as obviously not tested fully. Am very close to taking my accounts elsewhere. No customer care. Why should I stay with hsbc to be treated abysmally.

    @HSBC_UK i need to make urgent transfer have been waiting an hour on the phone and then spoken to two agents and they transferred me back to the switchboard ???? Appalling customer service. Still unable to do anything

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK Have tried to use your online and mobile apps. Feedback - they are terrible. Your mobile app will not send me an activation code and yes I have called to update my number.

    @HSBC_UK your new app update has destroyed my phone. It was working perfectly fine until your new update. Now its blackscreen and a factory reset, which isnt working. The app has cased a fatal error on my S7. I have been wrestling with it for 6 hours now. Absolutely disgusted

    @alixm87 @HSBC_UK I have exactly the same problem. It's farcical. Since when do you allow an app update to lock everyone out of their account.

    @HSBC_UK Nope at this point I’m leaving your bank. The 5£ extra charge you’ve began tacking onto already egregiously inaccurate exchange rates and horrible customer support is the last straw

    @HSBC_UK Your customer service is abysmal if you can actually speak to humans they all tell you something different. They don't do what they promise and you have so many customer complaints that it takes 5 working days for it to be answered.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC seriously poor service. Was thinking of switching to you but this is definitely not happening. You don’t respond to letters. You don’t respond to phone calls and now you ignore requests for help on here.
