    HSBC locked my mum’s bank account two years ago and I now have problems paying care home fees despite having POA. They don’t want to fix it despite somebody called Debbie Price phoning me. Try getting hold of someone is impossible . HSBC are callous and immoral @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK . Just the most woeful customer service I think I have ever experienced. 45 minutes to process a £60 credit into a current account by card. Mind-blowing bad UX. P.s, your contact number is listed as spam on new Samsung phones.

    @AmazonUK @HSBC_UK please help me to find the money that is with either Amazon or HSBC (compliant ref 21100743). HSBC have said they do t have the money. Amazon say the refund ref no shows HSBC accepted the money. #help #xmas

    Second time I’ve had long waits at @HSBC_UK HSBC customer helpline. 40 mins and still holding. At least they keep telling me How Important I am.

    @pcardno @HSBC_UK Pretty bad of @HSBC_UK (1) not to include a Red Flag Warning banner above the Amount field declaring the change; and (2) not understand your Twitter description of the issue and reply to you!; (3) at least pass the issue onto their IT dept.

    @HSBC_UK I can’t seem to make payments in my business account. It’s saying “no eligable accounts” is this a known problem? Cannot get through on the phone lines at all. Been trying all day.

    @HSBC_UK trying to get through to safeguarding team via phone and live chat for days now. Hours on hold and live chat keeps throwing me out of the queue. Mother in law can't access her pension, account blocked. How can I sort if I can't get through?! Living abroad so no branches

    On hold for 1 hour now, waiting for @HSBCUKBusiness @HSBC_UK to answer their phone. How are they allowed to provide such a poor level of customer service @financialombuds - yet regularly post record profits for their shareholders?

    Also been waiting for their online 'chat' facility to answer and which keeps timing out and sending me to the back of the queue. So essentially I can't talk to anyone. What a shambles of a service from @HSBC_UK.
