    @HSBC_UK I understand that but isingvthe app for years and the passcode was always the access. Suddenly you’re now asking for passwords instead of passcode. There’s been no notifications of this change coming.

    I don’t know what the point of @HSBC_UK mobile banking is when they tell you to reinstall your app, then you have to reset your password. Give a reference to call be on the phone only to be told it’s locked and I have to go into branch to fix it?? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @EiJake @HSBC_UK Wasting your time I’m afraid mate. It won’t work until at least end of august. They never let their app work on public betas, unlock pretty much every other bank in the world. Only option is login via the website or roll back to ios15.

    So, apparently my 86 year old just about mobile MIL will have to travel 20 miles to a @HSBC_UK just to make an appointment. It is impossible to contact them by phone as she is hard of hearing and they never answer. She cannot do it online! This is discrimination @paullewismoney

    @HSBC_UK well I see HSBC congratulating themselves about everything, yet their customer service is rubbish my 86 year old father sent an email asking for assistance over 2 weeks ago, I have sent in a customer complaint as has he and nothing...

    @paullewismoney @HSBC_UK The consequences of banks closing branches or converting branches to digital only are starting to be felt widely - I don't know how people who have no support manage

    @HSBC_UK Hi. My partner has been trying to register for online banking but due to a phone network issue, the verification codes didn't come through. It seems the phone issue is fixed but HSBC now says there have been too many code requests. How long until she can try again pls?

    @WaddlesLeftFoot @HSBC_UK Thanks Stu for your reply! Unfortunately I just cannot find my device to login via the website. Hsbc haven’t been great with any query I’ve ever had sadly.

    @HSBC_UK I've now done so. I do want to reiterate publicly how unhelpful the service provided over the phone has been. Having to resort to Twitter to get something sorted is not good even if it does ultimately help.
