@HSBC_UK 4 and 05 mins with HSBC BBLS support. In arrears and trying to find a solution. HSBC telling me the company revenue to low to accept a payment plan. Turnover 2020 during pandemic used as your affordability base. Stay away from them. Useless.

@missnaomifaith @lotte_du @HSBC_UK I had the same problem last night which HSBC said wasn’t an issue at their end. I was using iPad and iPhone with no success but managed to get on using my work laptop. It’s working now.
