    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

    @HSBC_UK How can it be possible you have allowed every single UK @Google Pixel 6 /Pixel 6 Pro user to be without access to your bank for 4 weeks. Atrocious customer service and forward planning. Every other bank has managed to provide an app that works with the new Android.

    @HSBC_UK luckily it's not too much of a crisis for me as I have my American accounts I just hope it gets fixed soon 🤞 weird to think one problem and everyone is locked out. There need to be other alternative ways of access like biometrics

    @yogs_arora @HSBC_UK 3 weeks without any solution. I had no access until I picked up a physical key pad today at the branch. This deactivates any mobile app, which will then need to be reactivated once/if the app is fixed. Very frustrating and poor use of time @HSBC_UK plz fix

    @HSBC_UK premier call centre refusing to help with my compliant No one calls me back. Only 6 days until the Financial Ombudsman 8 weeks grace period is up!

    @WobblyRobbly @HSBC_UK Good luck getting any timeline. I have not had access for 3 weeks on mobile and the answer is the always the same from HSBC. "We are working on it" without any timeline for a fix @HSBC_UK you can do better than this

    @HSBC_UK I have now been holding for one hour, 49 minutes and 30 seconds and am FED-UP being told that my call is important to you and will be answered shortly. Utterly despicable customer service. All I want to do is change a direct debit and I can't do this on your app.

    @HSBC_UK, what's the reasoning for the new HSBC mobile app being so slow? I've been trying to use it for the last few days and it's absolutely awful. I'm using an s7 edge. Secondly, why am I not receiving refunds on my account until literal months after I request them??
