@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK Hi, this as not helped at all, HSBC just need to see what the issue is with the app. I have found many friends and family are having same or similar issues HSBC need to just sort it asap.

@HSBC_UK Hi. Stuck in a catch 22 of your support. Waiting for new (first) card to arrive to then setup / activate online accounts. Seems to have gone missing but can only report via online account. What’s to do!?!

@HSBC_UK wow I escalate a complaint, which I was compensated, due to it being a continuous problem, then to find I nearly missed my credit card payment again as got told the 16th, it wasn't 😡 and to top it off I'm still not receiving the statements in the post #incompetent
