@swedenilson @CastroLivin @HSBC_UK I was also locked out and support wasn’t helpful until someone referred #effectivetools1 on Instagram or you can still reach him on WhatsApp +1(832)910-7262 who restored my account in less than 30 minutes, his an expert & trustworthy.

@StarshipRobots @HSBC_UK Starship your app currently does not support HSBC’s new security measures (asking for authorisation with every transaction) meaning HSBC customers cannot order from you. Yiu may lose alot of customers from this!!

@HSBC_UK I've been without #InternetBanking since 29th March - due to a problem created by #HSBC in the update to the #MobileBanking app The issue was passed to IT, with no Ref No, other than the complaint I raised, due to lack of communication Even your phone lines are dreadful

Switched bank account to @HSBC_UK after seeing an offer to get £150 but manually moved over my salary and DD's as I didn't want to close my old account and now they won't pay the £150 as I didn't use the switching service. Seems a tad unfair @MartinSLewis
