Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   Just experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.

  @HSBC_UK I've spent three days trying to resolve a problem with HSBC. Perhaps you can help. Online bonus savings account. My understanding is that if I withdraw anything I lose the bonus part of the interest for that month. Is that right
