@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK iphone app keeps crashing so can’t use it for digital key. Can’t log in online without it and certainly don’t wait to sit on hold for an hour. How else can I log in or get by this issue?

@HSBC_UK So the line of code where you force yours and @firstdirect apps to crash every year on a new iOS version could easily be resolved to help your customers - better yet, why don’t you offer those running iOS 16 the chance to install a TestFlight build of your app that works

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK Agreed. This might be the final thing that makes me switch banks. I’ve been contemplating it for a while and I know of numerous banks who don’t have issues with iOS betas.

@HSBC_UK Thanks, I’ve sent a DM but had the reply that you can’t help with mortgages. I’ve also wasted another 35 minutes waiting for Integrar Services to answer the phone this morning. Remarkable that I’m in such a long queue given I called them as soon as their lines opened at 9am
