Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK Hi, I’ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but can’t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? I’m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but I’m not sure.

  @NaomiLWood @HSBC_UK That is so annoying. Had a similar problem recently.The frustration is so real and practically physical as one gets more and more stressed. Good luck.
