  @HSBC_UK it is quite remarkable how bad your service is! First - if you are going to freeze an account for inactivity have the courtesy to warn people before hand! Second - your complaints sheet fails in so many ways, there would be more complaints if we could!

  @HSBC_UK Seriously, why do you need my personally identifiable information to investigate understaffing at your call centres? Under #GDPR regulations you must state what this data will be used for, so how does my personal data help investigate your staff shortages? I'll wait.

  @HSBC_UK I don’t think there is a problem with my iPad, but your mobile app won’t load. As soon as I try to sign in it keeps switching off.

  Hi @HSBC_UK, I tried to log in my account 10 hrs ago from my mobile app, but it was rejected and "Something went wrong. Please try again later" was shown. It isn't fixed yet. It is appreciated if you'd confirm this is from your technical error and share the schedule to solve.
