    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

    @HSBC_UK pulling my hair out - you cant help me on line or on the phone, so you send me to branch who have no business specailist! Wages need to be paid on the 31st and i have no access to my account - 3 weeks this has been going on!

    @HSBC_UK In order to upgrade my basic bank account, will I need to visit a branch? I opened it when I was a student but now I'm in a stable job. It's just my local service branch is 10 miles away.

    @HSBC_UK Asking for a friend- how does a non customer get to do an online chat please? This is a potential new customer who has given up waiting on the phone line so is already thinking maybe HSBC wouldn't be a good choice. Has some questions before filling out application

    @HSBC_UK Victoria branch. No Premier service, no business service /managers / shop assistants whatever they call it? Music blaring out, interspersed with an announcement ' we will not tolerate offensive behaviour towards the staff' Empower the staff to make decisions or close

    @HSBC_UK What's the point of being a Premier Customer when this is what we get? And please sort out the division within your company, why so many departments and even your reps can't find the right person to transfer you to, getting beyond a joke now.
