Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK I want to open an Advance account using the account switching service but at no point during the application process do you request my old bank details. Not sure therefore how you’re going to manage to switch it! Please can you explain how to do this?

  @HSBC_UK , I am Profoundly dyslexic. And I tried to make a claim Regarding holiday insurance. And I realised that there was so much paperwork Which I had to read and write and I realised and I realised that this service was not accessible to me With my disability

  @HSBC_UK 2 hrs in hell loop of business customer service trying to get my business debit card unblocked. They send me to card services who say they can’t deal with business cards and send me back to them. How can I get out this cycle and someone to please unblock my card!
