Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @msparkled @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK agreed. Absolutely useless. A terrible product. With all their profits you'd think they would make a better effort at the app especially the cheque feature. More than once I've had to go to a post office as the app failed and the branches are closed.

  @HSBC_UK And its widely known in banking the HSBC has little interest in its UK retail operation - compare the services on offer with its dedicated account Chinese Communist Party for example and phone based access to cash machines in HK for all account holders….

  @HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds
