@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK It was just on an application form asking for branch as well as sort code, account no etc. But I don’t think it’s compulsory to put branch. The branch I opened my account with has since closed down anyway

@HSBC_UK Hi there, I am trying to login to my mobile banking app since I have a new phone and have been logged out. I have tried sending 4 or 5 activation codes to my mobile number and have not received any text messages with a code? Please help.

@Auroradobro @HSBC_UK See if they respond to your tweets tomorrow. If they don't repay your loyalty with some basic customer service then would seriously consider, at least when you can, changing banks.

@HSBC_UK Hi, it looks really for the public to look like you’re helping people but it only reenforces the poor customer service once I send a DM and it gets totally ignored. Not sure how you can be the same group @firstdirect , ridiculous.

I was very disappointed today with @HSBC_UK for keeping me on the phone for 4 hours and continually asking me same security question which I had already answered. I regret opening a business account @HSBC_UK . Today was a horrible experience. 4 hours of my working time wasted!!!

Super rude phone call with @HSBC_UK business team, not polite, and then when they'd decided they didn't want to answer any more questions just hung up. Great idea to outsource your support to another country.
