    @HSBC_UK Asked to set a pin to access banking app. Service is available and has been for the last couple of hours. I cant access my banking information from the app. Has the pin updated caused issues?

    @HSBC_UK i tried logging in to your mobile app and asked me to set up Digital secure pin which I did. I tried setting up face ID but then it says “ SERVICE UNAVAILABLE “ is your system down?

    @HSBC_UK Hi, mobile banking app asked me to set a new 6 digit pin to login and now can't login as saying service temporarily unavailable 😒

    @HSBC_UK just tried to log into my banking app, told to set up six digit code and now the app service is ‘unavailable’. What’s going on? #annoying

    @HSBC_UK log into the app for it to ask me to create a new pin code to then get service unavailable. If you're going to make changes at least make sure it works.

    @HSBC_UK what an absolutely useless customer service platform you have, impossible to speak to a live operator, appalling phone wait times & automated online help that repeats the same information without a solution … guess I have to get in my car and go into a branch 😡
