@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK The iPad app still crashes when I try and open it. Can you help me access my bank account please? The iPhone app still seems to work but asks me for a digital secure key code which of course I can’t get from the iPad. Frustrated as not worked for nearly 3 days now.

Hi @HSBC_UK the process for gaining access to an account under an LPA needs looking at! I’m getting messed around so badly by your staff inconsistently interpreting your own process! This is getting to the point I’m considering whether to continue with you!

@HSBC_UK Tried to replace my business secure key today, 1h 25m and still no resolution, would you use a service that makes money out of you but makes you wait 1h 25m if you could go elsewhere ? banking system is not fit for purpose

Sod's law: I waited 75 minutes for a call back after opting for one rather than wait on hold for an @HSBC_UK customer agent earlier. The minute I nipped to the loo, the phone rang. Of course it did. Luckily, literally by the seat of my pants, I managed to answer it....

@HSBC_UK Now been on hold for 3hrs 40 mins waiting for help with business interned banking. I’ve spoken to 6 different people this week and no one seems capable of helping.

@Carti_Mandua @HSBC_UK If you use an anti-virus software package it could be down to a clash. I had the same sort of problem with Lloyds Bank. I had to disable the banking protection element of my software. Hope that helps.
