@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK I had trouble using my card at the shop today, we tried several times and when we changed till, it worked. Is that likely to be an issue with the shops machine, rather than my card?

@HSBC_UK you have by far the worst telephone banking service. I have made 2 calls each lasting over 30 mins. And both times you have cut me off. Total rubbish

Why is it that I have to wait 43 minutes to speak with @HSBC_UK customer support this morning, when I can pick up the phone and speak to a human at @AmexUK within 30 seconds?

@HSBC_UK What has happened to business internet banking customer service? Couldn't be any less helpful, advised me to get an ex director of my company to sign into my bank account to resolve an issue. Now I'm completely locked out and everytime I call get met with rude/dumb staff

@HSBC_UK Do you use your online banking ? You need 10,000 different codes and passwords for each platform e.g. app vs website but you don’t have all actions on all platforms. All i want is to request a pin reminder for my debit card but got to jump through hoops

@HSBC_UK @HSBC I'm waiting for more than 2 hours in a call to talk to customer care for upgrading my account from basic to advanced current account, still my call is on hold, kinldy provide me the service. We also have work to do can't wait 24hours to talk to customer care.

Queue for the one counter in service at @HSBC_UK Billericay is almost out the door at 11am on a Thursday morning, yet they deem it appropriate to close the branch come September. Utter madness

@HSBC_UK honest to god i feel like driving into a tree talking to your customer service staff, they all come up with different excuses! It takes 30 minutes to get through and it no better off after an hours call. Nearly £150 apparently lost within HSBC, Sort it out.
