Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK Im sorry. But unless you are a checkmark account, I have no reason to believe you are not another scam account trying to access my information. Fix up HSBC. You must be able to afford it! Ask the mexican cartels that you were laundering money for to help you out.

  @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

  @HSBC_UK You really are going to the dogs. Recently e have had several problems with our service. This evening I wanted to edit a payee and could not manage the change so thought I’d email securely but oh no that facility has been removed. Use chat! Will look into alternatives

  @HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.
