Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

  @HSBC_UK I’m furious with HSBC! I requested a switch from my Santander a/c to HSBC, what a big mistake! I cannot speak to anyone because they didn’t bother to send me Security Banking ID or a pin for my card! I cannot access my account and the call agent won’t verify me!!

  @HSBC_UK This is getting beyond a joke. I need access to the bank account today. We are owed money by the parents who I can not bill as don’t have access as to how much the owe. I need to pay wages I need to pay rent and other bills. Please explain how I do this without access

  @HSBC_UK @grover_liam It's not just this bank, many bank branches have closed over the years and the ones that are left many are directing customers to self service machines and suggesting the Post Office for transactions.

  Tried to change my name at @HSBC_UK. Website says just bring in your marriage certificate! I get there and they need photo ID too. Bank card won’t do. WASTE OF MY TIME. Surely the website should state that clearly. #HSBC #misinformation
