Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK is really the worst bank experience I ever have… They are blocking your account for NO reasons and force you to go in person for a full ID check. Absolutely awful service. I will change bank, I can’t endure their garbage services. All my issues is their fault.

  @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.

  @HSBC_UK I've just spent the most frustrating and degrading 90 minutes trying to help reset my 91 year old father's telephone banking security number. You should be ashamed to treat a customer who has banked with Midland / HSBC for 50 years in such a manner.

  @ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far
