@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK Sadly I'm in Albania currently and the app isn't available here. Always relied on the security device to access the account on desktop, but the battery is dying and it now won't let me in... Oh dear.

Moved house, updated address on @transferwise biz account in 60sec online. Easy peasy. Not so for @hsbcukbusiness account: 2 letters, 2 chats, 3 calls, 1 email & 5wks later & still haven't managed it. @HSBC_UK shouldn't you take customer service & #KYC obligations more seriously?

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Have had the worst experience with @HSBC_UK mortgages. Completion delayed twice now because of their slow response and conflicting advice. The whole chain is now seriously at risk due to their delays. Terrible service! 😡😡😡
