@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

But instead they’ve just twitted me another phone number to call and spend another half an hour. UK has some really good examples of nice digital bank experience and I’m sorry the @firstdirect being part of the huge @HSBC_UK can’t provide any good service. #firstdirect

@HSBC_UK worst telephone banking. I phoned from abroad and managed to speak to a customer service advisor but then the call stopped and bounced back to the main menu. It happened 3 times to me today. Frustrating!

@HSBC_UK haven’t been able to get through to customer services by phone (45 min wait) or visit a branch. If I order a card to a branch, how long will they keep it for? I might be away for a few weeks. Thanks!

Hi @HSBC_UK my hsbc app has been suspended since Friday. I have called as requested (X4). I've not been able to get through to anyone who can activate my account + been on hold for over an hour. This is really poor service. Please advise, I urgently need access to my account.

Has anyone able to call HSBC customer service? It was pathetic and I have waited for 30 minutes and had to disconnect in frustration. This happened three times and wasted my 1.5 hr of my life. @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK Hi, well, after another frustrating afternoon of trying to get hold of someone who could help online or via telephone banking I went into the Witney branch where the very lovely Sam calmly solved my issue. How will these things work when you shut 150 branches!?
