@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK mum just got a fraud alert to her phone. Checked it all out as genuine I believe. Called the number. "Are you phoning from bank?" in a foreign accident. Couldn't continue, but it all matched HSBC website as genuine. What do I do?!

3rd time I have used 3 different account to make a payment that has needed returning to my account. Well done Barclays and starling for returning the money within 24 hours. @HSBC_UK however we are 3 days in and you’re still choosing to hold my money. Regular problems with HSBC.

@HSBC_UK I think I have updated the iPhone and HSBC Business app stop working with new iPhone updates. All good after manual update of HSBC business app from App Store.
