@HSBC_UK I’m concerned of fraud in my account but a real human can’t help I need to call, so on hold to speak to someone, the person on the phone can’t help/barely understands English have asked to speak to manager but can’t be transferred… is this how you deal with fraud?

@HSBC_UK Your website says, Android 7.0 and above is supported for mobile banking app. But with some tweaks/hacks, I'm able to open HSBC UK mobile app in Android 6.0 phone. I did this after you made me wait for more than 30 minutes and finally I got frustrated and dropped call

@HSBC_UK the switch over incentive is a trap to make be on hold to chase up money that was promised. People go elsewhere that are offering similar incentive without the hassle or terrible customer service. @AskNationwide @LloydsBank

@HSBC_UK What is wrong with your app? It won’t open on my iPhone and I’m over 10 mins waiting for a human to answer your phone. Soooo frustrating, I can’t log onto online banking even as need to have app to do that. Please help as I got a letter stating to contact HSBC urgently

@HSBC_UK your service is terrible, i was just asked to wait and 15 mins later when 8pm passed and the person i was speaking to hung up on me, youre service is activly bad, its not like you cant afford decent customer service, why do i have to put up with this all the time?
