Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   I’m pretty sure none they have dealt with has ever set up a business themselves or put their neck on the line. The service and communication is appalling, everyone hiding behind online communication, @HSBC_UK it is very poor

  Worst experience with HSBC Bank. @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Extremely unprofessional handling of customer concerns. Instead of resolving the issue, the team seems to be relying on delaying tactics and providing no meaningful response. Very disappointing. #HSBC #CustomerService

  @HSBC_UK And its widely known in banking the HSBC has little interest in its UK retail operation - compare the services on offer with its dedicated account Chinese Communist Party for example and phone based access to cash machines in HK for all account holders….

  @HSBC_UK how ******** am i meant to deposit dollars if the only branch in Scotland with counter service is in Edinburgh? Travel 2hrs on a workday? What about employed people? Why isn’t it working on Saturday?

  @HSBC_UK your service is rubbish. Can only apply for an ISA by mobile phone app or going into a branch. This service should be accessible through online banking and phone banking. Useless bearing in mind number of branches closed
