Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.     @HSBC_UK Need to transfer funds from my HSBC Acct @ 15 High St. Bournemouth, to my Acct in Cebu, PH. Locked out and read New Secure Login being introduced, so little point getting it restored! Will try Phoning HSBC UK, via Viber Out.

    @HSBC_UK I am having a terrible time. HSBC HK rejected a payment last week. Due to an information update. The money was sent bank last Friday but it is still not in my account. It is showing as there but why it has not been credited I do not know !! I need this returned today!!

    @HSBC_UK have been on phone or webchat for 4 hours today trying to speak to someone who can actually help me re section 75 letter you sent me. Cut off after 2 hours on one occasion.
