  Every few months @HSBC_UK block my bank cards from #crypto exchanges which I have to painstakingly fix by calling their call centre in India. The same HSBC is eternally happy for me to blow hundreds each month on wine clubs, restaurants, pubs etc. Alcohol good Investing bad.

  Man, I’m so disappointed with @HSBC_UK I had my life savings with them, and I entered my details into a phishing website that looked exactly the same as the real one. I was planning to by my first house, but that’s not going to happen now. Thanks HSBC, it’s your fault.

  @HSBC_UK Clearly the worse bank. Every other bank opens accounts in minutes. After a week still nothing. I won’t waste my time on a complaint I’ll just close the account if you ever manage to open it that is. Your abysmal customer service rating is well deserved!

  @HSBC_UK Why since Thursday am I now can’t use my Debit card online on many websites? So annoying. I have rung you and there is no block or fraud on the card and it still works in shops. You say it’s the merchants error but they are able to take my credit card to place a order?

  Hi .@HSBC_UK is there a chance of extending the opening hours for Saturdays? For the third Saturday in a row, your branch is full of customers and there’s a 1.5 hour wait for existing customers at 10:00am and the branch opens at 9:30am. #help
