@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK We live outside the UK, and have used online banking with secure key. I tried to change to the app but it was so long ago that I set up online banking that I couldn't remember my password. Now I can't log in to do anything, and I want to close the account. HELP PLEASE

@HSBC_UK what is going on? No one on an iPhone 6 iOS12 can access their bank account. I've also tried iPad iOS14.7.1 What good is it if you can't use a web browser either without it? Re-downloading the app isn't working, restarting isn't working! What are we supposed to do?

@HSBC_UK I know where the branches are, it's just incredibly difficult and a real nuisance to get to the nearest one. Can't understand why you close so many branches when there is obv still a need to access them for things like this. Can I close my account without having to go in branch?
