@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK Yes mine is being declined. If this is a known issue then why don’t any of your staff know how to help? I’ve tried calling messaging and they got me to contact the retailer who say there’s no issue their side. Help

@HSBC_UK Oh very nice. To advisor just picked up, breathed down the telephone and then hung up. Perfect customer service @HSBC_UK . That's a completely wasted 30 minutes of my life. #CustomerService
