Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @CleansedTweets @pchindle @HSBC_UK Both myself and my mother have uk bank accounts and they have our address in Spain,never an issue,it should be same situation for yourself, if you have a home address in uk again they shouldnt be closing your account,it’s not illegal to travel and be out of the country for years

  @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.
