Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

    @HSBC_UK New sercure key great 👍 now I can’t access my banking now set the app on iPhone been told by agent on phone I have wait for another sercure key or go to a branch again so frustrating that this current sercure key won’t work help

    What is going on with @HSBC_UK ? 55 minutes hanging on only to speak to someone who doesn't have same access as someone in a branch - but NO - she has to put me on hold again!! and PHONE SOMEONE. Now she's telling me the lines are busy!!!

    @HSBC_UK Why don’t you empower your branches to do simple tasks? Took 90 mins to call from home. Told to go to a branch. Now sat in the branch on hold to the same call centre! 44 minutes so far. Appalling service.

    @HSBC_UK the service you’re offering at the moment is totally disgraceful waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and before you blame covid that’s not an excuse for rubbish service

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK How are you still in business? 45 minutes on hold on the phone so far for a BUSINESS customer. Always "sorry", excuses etc. but the service is terrible.
