Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it

  @HSBC_UK also, please revert back how to log onto the desktop site. I like to use it on mobile sometimes and Impossible to log in now as it needs the QR code from the app.

  @HSBC_UK Why oh why when I call your service, first of all your employee can’t even say my surname correctly and they can’t even deal with what I asked for. An absolute total waste of time dealing with offshore employees. Why can’t I speak to somebody from the United Kingdom?
