Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK sort put your services ! Your app is diabolical and like a gamble if you can access your account or not ! Your login page has been frozen for days, and your photo ID krap is a joke ! ive had eye surgery ( im sick as hell ) and I cant even pay for eye drops !!!!!!!!!

  @HSBC_UK @uk_task_ I have learned yesterday HSBC or the CEO don't care about customers. I lost my mother whish I am still feeling the pain. I have problems putting my mother to rest. No compassion to help me. When asked the service representative if he's laughing at he continued the cold play book

  @HSBC_UK I have been trying for an hour and a half this morning to make a payment on behalf of my mother, for whom I have power-of-attorney, and your operator has now hung up on me. This is terrible service, it can’t be this hard to make a pyt.

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  @HSBC_UK Hi myself my wife and kids are all on the correct version on different devices, and it shows the licence error for all of us when trying to to play in a cheque.

  @HSBC_UK you were informed 6 weeks ago that my father had passed away, however you keep calling my mum asking to speak to him. What is your vulnerable customer policy. Disgusting behaviour!
