    @HSBC_UK and now because the bot couldn’t understand our query . The service has suddenly gone down . If this is a real person on the end they are closing chats as they don’t know how to answer questions

    @HSBC_UK Your systems are rediculously bad. Just needed to change to a new deal after a previous deal ends. Been trying for 3 months and I'm sick of it. Would also help if you hadn't mixed by data up with another customer's! I'm taking my business elewhere!!

    @HSBC_UK Are there any known issues with internet banking? Unable to access anything (accounts, payments etc) as keeps saying unable to connect to servers. No issues with household internet....

    @HSBC_UK When I log into the App - it says “you’ve been logged out” return to log in screen - log in again and back to the same screen. Any idea?

    @HSBC_UK how do I make a money transfer? Locked out of the app awaiting a code through the post. Lines are closed too. Can’t login on the website either because need the app running for a security code.
