@HSBC_UK I think you didn’t read my message correctly. I have a problem with a transaction and I ve been trying to contact an agent for OVER AN HOUR on all your platforms, mobile app, web browser and on the phone. FROM ABROAD! And this reply is equally unhelpful. 😡😡😡

@HSBC_UK Yes, that’s the issue. There is obviously a real data security risk being created by HSBC in operating in that way. Surely it would be better to have confirmations made online, to avoid your colleagues exposing their family members to confidential data?

@HSBC_UK It wasn’t an enquiry, it was a grumble. I have to approve payments via your fraud team, who are working from home. My point was that this is not secure at all. I am giving confidential information to someone overseas, sitting in a room with other people around.

@HSBC_UK you have locked me out of your new updated mobile app despite me answering the DSK correctly over and over, and answering the security questions correctly, and now I’m supposed to write you a physical letter to get access back?! It’s 2022& it’s a digital app, isn’t it?
