@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK Morning! FYI your mobile app doesn’t appear to work on iOS15. This is something your app team should be looking into and feeding back to Apple if there are issues if that’s not already happening. Sadly I have to use iOS15 for work, so am currently stuck :(

Really starting to lose my cool with @HSBC_UK it is impossible to speak to someone about why the money taken out of my account back in may by a fraudster still hasn’t been refunded!
