@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK what is wrong with the mobile app this weekend? It keeps saying ‘service unavailable’ since I added the digital secure pin’ and I have no access to do anything! Why did you force me to update to a new log in if you know your services do not work!

@HSBC_UK Surely the thing to do d be to send a notifications to Android users to let them know that there is an issue and that you are working on it. Just spent 15 MN on the phone listening to automated message about self serving on the app,culd v saved me that time. #badcustomerservice

@HSBC_UK after adding a new secure pin number to the mobile app, I'm now getting a service unavailable error when launching the app. I've tried clearing the cache and your site says the services are running normally. But for me, they're not.
