    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

    @pinch_rebecca @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin I get it, Im saying its positive discrimination and counter productive. If you’re homeless, youre homeless and deserve equal access to any scheme.We’re in a time where theres less ‘social credit’ for Hsbc to help a straight white lad than a so called ‘minority’.That’s a problem

    @HSBC_UK hey there, applied for a credit card with you which was successful and just done the ID checks (which are pending) only weird thing is I have no confirmation emails at all or anything that shows my customer number so I can track progress. Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK I am trying to log on to the website, to complete a mortgage application (as per the instructions on the letter I was sent) This happens every single time I try to log on, and then I have to go through the reset & speak to someone to fix it. Surely there’s a simpler way???
