Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.     @HSBC_UK I've been a customer for 30+ years; in the last 10 I have been appalled at the craven disregard of HSBC for Chinese minorities & freedom loving Hong Kongers. Equality is the law in the UK, discrimination is illegal. Declared pronouns are idealogical/religious & 99.9% unnecessary
