@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@j4cobsmith @HSBC_UK Really bad this morning, I’m a disabled woman with Speach issues, rep just didn’t want to take my call at all and asked if I had a son or someone who could take the call or call back later, told him I wasn’t mentally feeble & when asked to speak to supervisor he hung up after 30m

@HSBC_UK shocking customer service levels this morning!! Money sent between accounts picked up by fraud team, did all necessary security checks on the phone (c.1 hour) for the money to then be returned half hour later when I was told it was been sent!! 🤬 angry doesn’t cover it!!

@HSBC_UK Hi. Recently got a credit card with yourselves. I've had the card through, but not the pin. I can't set up an online account without an existing telephone banking pin, which I don't have. I want to do a balance transfer. Can you help? Thanks.
