@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK keep getting error message on online banking app when putting in my digital secure key, tried logging in online on internet, and it asks for Secure code which I could not generate without using my app, can’t even transfer money now to pay for my credit card

@HSBC_UK Already have thanks. Your team decided to pass me through to a team that doesn’t exist on a weekend and your call routing still decided to take the call but just say you were very busy. Awful.
