@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK I've raised one already, believe me. It would help if the team that produces statements worked over the weekend, now I'm waiting until Tuesday 14th. My completion date is Friday 17th. It should not take 8 days, 5 phone calls and 6 different agents to close a Help to Buy ISA.

@greekktragedy Totally agree. It’s terrible!!! There’s nothing discreet about it - I would think the person three rows behind you on the bus could read how much you have in your account, the writing is so big!! Hate it @HSBC_UK
