Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.     @HSBC_UK I have complained 10x plus. You do nothing. You keep flogging me off and sending me to different operator each time. You are all talk. I have wasted hours calling and so much of my time. You will do nothing. Your customer service does nothing. I had enough of your bullshit.

    New HSBC customer… no card arrived. Can’t call @HSBC_UK as they ask for card no. Can’t chat to them as they want you to log into mobile banking, can’t register for that as no card…. Someone help! This is a shambles @HSBC_UK !!!!!

    @HSBC_UK you are holding my money which I want back! I switched banks and a refund was issued to my old account with you and I've contacted you several times and all you say is there's no trace of it - yet won't take the refund ID!! please someone help me!!
