    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Canโ€™t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldnโ€™t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they donโ€™t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™m now talking to an actual person in the app. You should have this as an immediate choice on chat. In fact it should be an immediate default when your chat bot canโ€™t help.

    @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

    @HSBC_UK please contact me re : poor customer service. Advisors having to " follow the script ", unable to speak on behalf of my 91 year old parent, no knowledge about how the only remaining local branch operates. A frustrating 40 minute call.

    @HSBC_UK I have a situation: I opened an account using your app (all online). All checks passed, but the account now has an incorrect name and no clear way to fix it. I've tried online support and visited your branch. How can I escalate this and get it resolved? It has already been few weeks any help is greatly appreciated

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.

    @HSBC_UK your app sucks. "your access to the app has been suspended on this device until you've taken action to restore it" and its telling me to delete the whole android system. yeah im just gonna switch banks see ya

    @HSBC_UK Do NOT use @HSBC. Their customer care is completely incompetent. Dealt with an agent who didn't understand a word I was saying and just blocked my account out of nowhere. Worst customer service ever. #BadService #HSBC
