@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK Even simple things like trying to log into the app after switching phones is impossible without calling your customer service. I just did it with Monzo and it took 1 minute via email link. COO should be fired!

@HSBC_UK See bless you for trying but 100% you won't be able to fix this. Literally nobody I've spoken to there can work out why your backend accounting system got so borked and can only tell me that my money is safu - I just can't have it.
