Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @StuartMansour @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin It doesn’t have any bearing on why we help someone, no one said that hence why a little common sense wouldn’t go amiss? Can’t you understand that sometimes targeted advertising is needed to help reach specific groups, especially those with such high levels of homelessness?

  @Cumbriapolice Whats the use of reporting a crime if you do nothing about it? Or take forever to get to it to allow fraudsters and banks like @HSBC_UK to get away with broken regulations. These delays sends a message to criminals that crime is ok.

  @tapdripping @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin They don't care, PR is to get more clients, more people to defraud the ones who can't afford the loss, then give you the boot and the unavailable customer service. Ignore their own voluntary code they signed, that was just pr too #nointegrity

  @HSBC_UK your app now crashes on iOS 15 (both Public Beta 2 and now 3), are you getting a fix out for this? My NatWest app has been fine.

  @laurichmeadows @HSBC_UK I had problems with @HSBC_UK and made a complaint which resolved it quite quickly
