    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

    @Liberation2005 @nicfrb @HSBC_UK On an iOS that launches next week. That was working until the app updated last week. That still isn’t working on older iOS versions. That some people can’t hang on the phone for a long time or visit a branch that’s closed. I’m complaining on behalf of these “emotional” people.

    @jez76uk @HSBC_UK Think the @HSBC_UK app team need to all be saying the same thing. At the moment everyone is saying different things. From an update this week from one reply to a few weeks from another reply. Each day is a different response. The app was working fine!

    @HSBC_UK there was an update to the app this morning version 2.39.4 I was hoping it would resolve the iOS 15 issue. Sadly not though! Still the same issue. What a joke! 😒

    @HSBC_UK Is the problem with verified by visa, or the merchant? I was using @UrbanOutfitters online page last night when it wouldn’t verify

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    When @HSBC_UK freeze your account for a review now at 7 days and nobody can tell you why or how long all I know is you've got my money and are refusing to let me access it! WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!!

    @HSBC_UK @chrissmith7979 iOS 15 is out next week. Will you fix by then as you will have a major problem on your hands if you don’t.
