    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

    @KJOx @HSBC_UK Did actually get through to someone on the phone. They’ve promised me a call tomorrow as they couldn’t help immediately. But sounds like HSBC will be ruining my first holiday in 3 years thanks to poor service and poor customer services. Have no words.

    @HSBC_UK Please help. It is regarding the entertainer offer (scam??). You have taken money from our account as “Cinema City” yet there is no @CostaCoffee e-voucher email and we have an error message “not allowed to access this application” for the official app.

    @HSBC_UK I am not able see Future dated payments and Standing Orders since last 1 week !!! Keep getting message"Unable to load your domestic accounts". Therefore cannot manage my account online or mobile ? This is shameful. Poor Quality. Have been customer for 20 years

    @HSBC_UK you are the worst. You lock me out of my mobile app while I'm on holiday. You do not let me resolve the issue on your website. You have kept me on hold on the phone for over half an hour. I now have to tell someone I can't pay them today.

    Tried calling HSBC over the last week, spent a total of 7 hours on the phone and still haven’t spoken to anyone. Tried the chat functionality, and it asked me to call 0345 7404 404, same thing. So, @HSBC_UK I declare your service broken. I can’t access your service! Advice?

    @HSBC_UK It’s been 2 weeks since I sent of my postal application to switch my child trust fund to HSBC. I am an existing customer. Have had no communication from you regarding this as of yet. Nothing in online banking or in the post. What should I do?
