@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@ntrav99 @HSBC_UK I gave up waiting and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it's annoying to have to do but it's working now. Only call I had to do was to confirm and sort out the reset all security details because for some reason my password wasn't working. Thinking of changing banks now though.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I'm trying to transfer money from my ISA to my current account but I'm only being shown the option of transferring funds from my current account, and can't get through to an adviser on the chat. Can anyone help? I need the funds from my ISA to pay my tax bill.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK Invest Direct is a worthless broker. Time and again it takes months to get a share transfer done and every time, rather than help fix the communication issues between the 2 companies, they continue to try the same things which have not worked before.
