Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK I’m now talking to an actual person in the app. You should have this as an immediate choice on chat. In fact it should be an immediate default when your chat bot can’t help.

  Hi, @HSBC_UK I'm hoping you can help. I tried calling to reactivate my frozen account, but the automated system asks for my telephone banking security number, which I don't have it with me. Could you please provide a phone number where I can speak to someone directly? Thanks.

  @HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds

  @HSBC_UK I recently held a credit card account which I have since closed and notified you about this yet you’ve since sent me a letter saying there are unread documents in my folder. But I can’t remember any of my log in details to view them. Can you help?
