@HSBC_UK my mobile died. I had to use my old phone to set up the app on my new phone which I can’t do. I was able to generate a code via my email then asked to create another code via sms to a number which is inactive . Now I can’t log on to online banking due to this. Help!

@HSBC_UK Ok, so I think you’re saying that HSBC will accept the proceeds of cryptocurrency, but of course not crypto itself? So a customer could withdraw GBP from Coinbase to HSBC, for example, just fine but wouldn’t be able to deposit GBP into Coinbase using HSBC?

@HSBC_UK I contacted you yesterday with a basic enquiry regarding travel insurance. Took me an hour to get through having been cut off twice. Chap I spoke to was supposed to e-mail latest aspect travel policy but hasn’t done. I cannot face trying to call again. Can you help?
