@thraxar @HSBC_UK Their message will say “we’re experiencing unusually high call volumes currently” when what they mean is “we don’t employ enough people.” Try not closing your branches. Appalling customer service from HSBC.

@VoortMartijn @HSBC_UK Of course. I never thought they'd give me a penny back as they're a bank and their purpose is making money as you say, but them doing that for me proves that them not being there to help and customer service being nonexistent just isn't true.

@HSBC_UK is there a tool online to calculate monthly mortgage repayments when my fix comes to an end, given different interest rate scenarios? Eg. I can insert 3%, 4%, 6% BoE rate and your tool would look at my account and tell me the repayments for each?
