@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK as I cannot get hold of you other way, quick question - old physical secure key device stopped working. No access to online banking/mobile banking, but access to phone banking. Any way I can swap to a digital secure key from WITHIN phone banking? Thank you.

@HSBC_UK I think I’ve been scammed but unsure?? I had a message from Royal Mail telling me a package was attempted to be delivered yesterday and it took me to the Royal Mail website, but I can’t remember if I put my details in or not??? It’s such a blur, can you please check???

Well. 20mins on chat. 20 minutes on phone and counting, just to try and find out where my replacement card is. @HSBC_UK appalling service 😔 10 days without it so far And no,i can't use my local branch,as it's only open when I am in work. Oh and it doesn't have any tellers.

@PPF I previously tweeted about the fraudulent activity surrounding my fathers pension. 1. A letter stating a new @HSBC_UK bank account created in his name. 2. My dad not getting his pension funds for nearly 4 mnths 3. The inability to get this resolved. Will you now help?!?!?
