Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping.   @HSBC_UK you as a bank are a JOKE Simple banking queries you’re unable to resolve . There is a serious issue with your process. As a premier customer we are having no help from your customer services team , you messed up my ISA Transfer last year and now same issue with my wife

  @HSBC_UK It's impossible to do online payments for a week now. Called you and the customer rep said they couldn't see any issues. There are funds in the account. No fraud alert. What's going on?
