@HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

@HSBC_UK Thank you. I can access my banking acc etc. Nothing strange with the app it self just since this am my card is not working, apple pay doesn’t work and no tap functions.
