  @xPrincess_Alice @HSBC_UK HSBC have the most complicated system, add to the fact that when you try to login it immediately logs you out several times before you manage to get logged in. I will be switch to another bank haven’t got time for this!

  @DaveMCnowInKent @HSBC_UK I would just like to be able to log onto my account, keeps logging in then immediately logs out, almost every time I log in, trying to make a payment but just logs out. I’ll switching if you don’t sort your site out. This is an ongoing problem for months now!

  @HSBC_UK I've called the CS team on the number YOU provided on a letter to now be told I need to be put through to a different team. The advisor said I'd be put straight through as it's a direct number. I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours! Your service is a disgrace.

  @HSBC @HSBC_UK new app doesn't work, cant make payments. Your agent told me to login to Internet Banking, oh I need a code from the app, can you guess the next bit?!?!?! DUH, how about proper testing guys!!!

  @HSBC_UK hi is there an issue with the app? I can't make a new payment (keeps saying I've been signed out) and I can't generate a log in code to log in on a computer to try that way. It's just a black box without any numbers and sometimes doesn't ask for security credentials!!

  @HSBC_UK What is going on with your App Update EVERYONE is complaining. Login Security Code does not work and I can't access my account anymore. Come on how can you release an app this bad?
