@DaveMCnowInKent @HSBC_UK I would just like to be able to log onto my account, keeps logging in then immediately logs out, almost every time I log in, trying to make a payment but just logs out. I’ll switching if you don’t sort your site out. This is an ongoing problem for months now!

@HSBC_UK @emmaballltd I can never get it to work & end up taking it into the branch! If you are closing so many branches the saving should be spent on improving your service, ie online & waiting time for phones

@xPrincess_Alice @HSBC_UK HSBC have the most complicated system, add to the fact that when you try to login it immediately logs you out several times before you manage to get logged in. I will be switch to another bank haven’t got time for this!

Sitting somewhere else in world dealing with customers in UK is just a nightmare from customer perspective.I have spent 30 to 40 hours online with you guys;all waste of time. Very bad management at CEO Level.
