  @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic hyperoptic are by far the worst broadband provider in terms of both user experience and customer service i have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of, i would have doubled my already exorbitant subscription to get away from them

  @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with VODAPHONE, they were charging me Twenty quid for a maximum down speed of 10 MBps dsl, found company called hyperoptic, doing 1GB fibre for 25 pounds I was being ripped off scammed for nearly 2 years.

  @TheEternalJay @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Glad but also not...that it's not just me experiencing **** with Virgin. I didn't have any alternatives near where I was at the time 🫠 pretty sure it got me out on a warning list as unreliable due to internet for a while

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they don’t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them
