@iamrofe @MontseCano I guess I'm lucky because it's never taken me weeks to get Internet installed. Possibly depends on the infrastructure in the building (I've only lived in apartment blocks) and the company you use. Currently with Hyperoptic and they've been fantastic, wouldn't switch from them.

@babagana_ @Hyperoptic We are aware of a widespread issue affecting multiple areas and our customers, and we have been informed it is due to a third-party data center failure. We are actively working on resolving this as soon as possible, and we are thankful for your patience!

I am seriously doubting the competence of this company, and ability to deliver on anything when you need to call support 3 times to postpone an installation and each time they have no clue about the previous booking. Such a waste of my time. @Hyperoptic #hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic Totally agree, my provider adds a small amount every few years, claiming that they are improving the service. In all reality my speed has not really changed in the last 7 years. There fastest available package is still unavailable in my area. I don’t see any progress.

@tony_j_hunter @VirginMediaIE @Hyperoptic Yeah, but apparently you can just sign up again, and then cancel your other account to get the new deal It's so dumb, but that's what they told me to do

@ShireEddie @Hyperoptic I third this: really bad attitude and rude phone conversation earlier today. That's a fact.

@hutch__man In our road we have two full-fibre networks, Community and G-Network, and a third on the way, Hyperoptic. We also have Virgin Media but BT can only provide FTTC. Meanwhile, other places can barely get ADSL. Ridiculous barely regulated shambles @Ofcom

@FriendlyGuyTTV @virginmedia I had endless issues with virgin media, so glad I'm able to get @Hyperoptic in my new place, just waiting on the install.
