@Hyperoptic no internet and no updates for over 6 hours in WC1X 9HF - simply “hopefully it works soon”. What is going on - give your customers transparency on issues and estimated time of fix. This is unacceptable

@theashrb But hyperoptic is utterly unreliable, I live just about a mile away from their headquarters in Hammersmith, and have monthly outage that can last up to 5 days.

If you are ever considering @Hyperoptic as your ISP, reconsider immediately. I signed up a month ago, my line drops 3-4 times a week and I have collectively spent 5-10 hours trying to connect and troubleshoot with their support team. Status today: no internet again.

@Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.
