    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @Hyperoptic why are Google services no longer working on your network? Everything was great until 3 days ago, now I can't even check Gmail, connect nest devices or use Google services and apps on your network. Get it sorted. And before you ask... Yes I've reset everything already

    @Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic It's amazing how consistently awful telcos are (most anyway). You'd think that given all the negative feedback, one of them would step up and try to get it right.

    @Hyperoptic really disappointed with the services provided. It’s been 4 days and no one is able to activate my broadband connection. Customer care is clueless about the whole issue.

    @Hyperoptic told 3 weeks ago it would take 15 mins to set up wifi, 3 weeks later still not been able to- called 5 times today after chat said it was the only way to set up and unable to get through - sent an email to support 5 days ago no response - pls help to set up wifi

    @Hyperoptic absolutely pointless. Service not working. Sat on hold 50 mins listening to music trying to resolve. You people know it’s 2021, right? And this shouldn’t happen anymore..! Why on earth didn’t I just go with @BTCare @BTGroup
