MCFC Latino (@MCFC__Latino) reported@StevenMcinerney @Hyperoptic Are you on 2.4 or 5 GHz network? Maybe you’re on 5 GHz and the laptop antenna doesn’t recognize the band, I’m not sure if the 2014 MacBooks have 5GHz connectivity, but the original PS4 doesn’t for example, and they both released in similar times, worth checking out, cheers

RomanS 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@RSPshout) reported.@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Your internet service has gone offline in London SE16 at 20:30 on Mon 10th, Tues 11th & tonight. Bang on 20:30, same time each evening. Dr Nick Hazel (@DrNickHazel) reportedDon't choose @Hyperoptic if you need a dependable service. For 2nd month in a row, I have maintenance resulting in loss of connectivity for 3 hours during the day. @HyperopticCS don't even refund their users for the inconvenience. They may be fast but unreliable. Not impressed.

Steven (@StevenMcinerney) reportedWe've got a new @Hyperoptic router as we've upgraded our internet from 150 to 500mb. Nicola's laptop can't connect to that new router. If we switch back to the old router, it connects, but with old speeds. She's got a 2014 macbook air. Has anyone had a similar problem before?
-
HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported@Kyleyuu We truly are sorry, Kyle. For that reason, we also provide monthly rolling. We do offer the possibility of transferring the service to your new location free of charge, so if you are moving somewhere serviceable by Hyperoptic, we'd gladly transfer your service there!
