@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

@PullUpCarti @HyperopticCS I have hyperoptic to my house. Beware that when the service is down, their response times are abysmal. Right now, the service to my estate has been down for around 4 hours. ETA for engineer to site is 7.30pm! Prime time Friday...

@Hyperoptic is there no internet! I tried logging into the account using my cellular data via mobile phone. To obtain a network status, it won't let me into my account. #networkstauts

@InThisDancerie I use Hyperoptic and they're in your price bracket. I've been with them since December last year, got a pretty sweet deal of the first couple of months free, and the service has been reliable with only one brief outage that I can recall.

@HyperopticCS No they are not, they are not being helpful at all and you are keep repeating the same thing, I want to see results not your fake promises, especially to a customer who's been with you for so long, I am truly fed up of hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic the "Hype" on the website doesn't appear to match the service on the ground. You were unable to activate the broadband service today because of errors in setting up the job. Nobody can say when this will be fixed and it's down to me to chase you! Why? @HyperopticCS

Very disappointed in the service I am currently paying for with @Hyperoptic will for sure be changing my service provider. Do not recommend.

@FreakyFwoof Hahaha, no, it's just VDSL for now. What makes it decent is that it's not virgin and it works properly. Getting about 75 down, 20 up, pings to servers in the same country range from 5-10MS. That'll do til Hyperoptic gets here.

@ixdStudio @Hyperoptic The whole point of NPS is that people gauge their responses truthfully per their 1-10 rating, with the “meaning” of that rating interpreted later. If I gave you 2 options to pick from and one was red, one green, it’s implied that green is correct. However - also, yes, NPS is crap
