Opened a support call and all i got was an exchange of emails for the past week. I would like my contract cancelled asap and never ever to use your services ever again! @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

@HyperopticCS folks, I am currently a customer of yours and I am moving to another place that also has a hyperoptic socket, to who I need to speak to / send an email to schedule the swap?

  • ianeharvey Ian Harvey 🇺🇦 (@ianeharvey) reported

@nikospolydorou @EddieBrand To be honest I believe they are all under staffed. I moved to Virgin from Hyperoptic 1Gb. I never had to call them, but I don't expect it would have been great if I had!

  • atwitty2 atwitty 🇺🇸 🇺🇦 (@atwitty2) reported

@PB79377877 @COdendahl @DmytroKuleba Not sure why you are being rude, I am quite hyperoptic thank you. No one said not a World problem. I think "more of" was the term used. Putin is a problem for something like: Ukraine>Poland>Europe>USA>Australia>Japan. China, NK, Iran---not so much. At least not yet, esp China.

  • SpeakerWarren Warren King (@SpeakerWarren) reported from Stratford, England

    Will never use @Hyperoptic again

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@CHAYHO1 @Hyperoptic @zeninternet We understand that it may not be the fastest solution, but it is our standard practice to send our routers via Royal Mail. This way we have engineers available to immediately help our customers if they have a connection problem, or if an installation is required!

  • DarrenP42694415 Darren Porter ChM FRCS (@DarrenP42694415) reported

@Hyperoptic Pity the service goes down once every three weeks
