  • IbzSayed S.E.C (@IbzSayed) reported

@superninja106 @Tobjizzle Ur on a mad one if you really think that. Anyone providing fibre optic (virgin, hyperoptic, bt), has very stable Internet. Very rarely do their services go down

  • mikeyplondon Mikey P (@mikeyplondon) reported

@shazzah_harm @bt_uk @hex I have Hyperoptic for a fast fibre connection. They're not bad. There's also Community Fibre. Although depends if both or either service your area. I avoid the big ones like BT and Virgin like the plague.

  • Haroldsaxon7 Harold Saxon (@Haroldsaxon7) reported

@virginmedia 2 weeks on and still no internet. Being fobbed off saying that there's work on my building today and the install will be done after, yet the building management have nothing booked in and there no VM van to be seen. What an absolute joke. I should cancel and go @Hyperoptic

  • IHeartNY85 Cat (@IHeartNY85) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic mine and my neighbour’s internet has gone down in E3 - when is it going to be restored?

  • dannyboyfriar Daniel Friar (@dannyboyfriar) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Our new connection doesn’t work at all with the password you’ve provided and you’re not answering calls or online chat. How can we get support?

  • lauzaki lauzaki (@lauzaki) reported

@Hyperoptic It's down at the moment, help line not answering, no update on twitter

  • UbuntuBhoy Gary Weldon (@UbuntuBhoy) reported

@tommo_68 @Hyperoptic To be fair my Virgin contact bounced from £28 to £47 when the term ended, I think that's pretty much standard practice. Customer service I will soon find out I guess

  • lauzaki lauzaki (@lauzaki) reported

@ashic @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Got an email only 1h before they shut down the internet for 2 hours for ”planned" engineering work. Not sure I would call it awesome...

  • tommo_68 Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported

@Hyperoptic Not good customer services when the system goes down & u lose Internet for 3.5 days as the can't access the property to fix it. Make sure they have 24-7 access before signing up.

  • scuj1 John Scullion (@scuj1) reported

@UbuntuBhoy @Hyperoptic Thinking of upgrading from 75 to 900 with EE but for some reason I'd lose the landline. I'm not bothered but folks are. My connection just now is garbage, I just can't be arsed sitting on the phone telling me to do what I've done a million times already!
