@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@Hyperoptic I had a call with Stephen regarding the ongoing connectivity issues. Despite my having submitted sufficient evidence demonstrating repeated drop-offs to 1 Mbps?on a plan that promises 150 Mbps?he was unable or unwilling to acknowledge the problem. He appeared indifferent P1.

@Hyperoptic I’m a new customer and I’m already looking at cancelling our account - your service has been super poor. Service due to start 18/07 - engineer’s been out, we’ve spoken to activation team several times - the account is awaiting the system team to change serial numbers
