  • chawlakapali Kapali (@chawlakapali) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

People don’t believe how often @Hyperoptic WIFI services fail… My mobile hotspot has used 17GB of data and I only use it for my work laptop in WIFI emergencies when WFH. I’ve been with them for 6 months. You do the math and tell me if that’s reasonable.

  • stringents Stringent (@stringents) reported

@hyperoptic Hi I am disappointed at my renewal options, considering I am a long time happy customer. New customers get treated to much better deals, and I have already asked if there is anything that can be done, or I will have to go elsewhere. I don't like the play around game, so consider this a last chance before I move my custom.

@Hyperoptic May I ask as potential new customer why I have been in a waiting queue for 30 minutes now on the phone! Not really filling me with confidence about switching provider.

  • 56788765m1 Ali (@56788765m1) reported

@Hyperoptic this is the worst fibre broadband in London. Their customer service is 0/10. They used to be excellent but now they their 1gb broadband is 100mbs at best and at peak times ceases to work at all. Any problems; getting through to someone for help is IMPOSSIBLE.

  • chrisgolds Christopher Golds (@chrisgolds) reported

@johnrahers @Hyperoptic Oh my goodness. That is so bad! What poor service. Doesn't sound good at all.

  • mancculturebear Manc Culture Bear (@mancculturebear) reported

@Hyperoptic @InGoodEspirito @Hyperoptic support team don’t support just pass you around departments, the kit is installed but for reasons unknown cannot get this activated even though the engineer has said it’s in resolve 2 so should be able to be activated. We are extremely frustrated no one will help!!!

At this rate, the @Hyperoptic hold music is going to make it to my Spotify wrapped. Absurdly poor. 5! FIVE! Days now with no internet having torn up my front steps to fit it and after all that, leaving it a mess with tonnes of exposed wires and wobbly flags.
