    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic been trying to Contact you by email, calls, live support and no answer for 4 days, I have been almost 4 days with no wifi and i still couldnt reach you for a solution, I also tried DMing you on Twitter and nothing... this service is horrible

    @Hyperoptic ... it's more than an hour since I sent as requested via DM, post code and address. Still no formal reply. No indication when service will be restored. No WiFi since Thursday night, 11/8 @ValMRotherhithe

    @Hyperoptic I’d agree with all of that however your service has failed 4 times in less than 2 years and your MTTR (Mean time to recovery) is not acceptable. From experience it has been between 18 and 36 hours after a connection failure. You need to invest in better network resilience.

    Tried to order @Hyperoptic in June: repeat fail. Took them to 25July (+old ISP cut off) to realise need freehold say-so to install (granted 26July) +offer mobile WiFi (never received). Was just asked to "register order interest". In 11days I can rejoin old ISP as new customer

    @HyperopticCS Can you please advise WHAT you’re actually doing about this and WHEN. We require a consistent, definitive response and significantly improved customer service. ‘Thank you for your patience’ simply does not cut it after almost 2 weeks. #hyperoptic @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic has been down for about 4 days now at SE16 in London. This is a disaster for people working from home, and the worst thing is we didn't get any update from @HyperopticCS Too bad!

    @Hyperoptic I have been without internet since the 31st July and despite many hours wasted on the phone still not resolved. This is the worst broadband company I have used in 20 years! Avoid at all costs pay more and stick with other providers who at least try and fix the issue!

    Day 18 of an outage for entire postcode. Can’t provide any of us with a consistent update, can’t escalate to anyone. We’ve been lied to over and over again, spent a fortune on temporary data/solutions. Today I received my £56 bill. An utter disgrace. #hyperoptic @HyperopticCS
