    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @Hyperoptic 30โ€“45 mins on hold without connecting, emails ignored, tickets never closed. Customer service is non-existent. Yet auto-billing works flawlesslyโ€”even after disconnection. How do you justify running a business like this? Your business need some human in loop to survive

    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

    @diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they havenโ€™t got a scooby. Useless now Iโ€™m hearing potentially 48 hour outage

    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow
