@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money. @AppleSauceTraum @zeninternet I was using them at my old place, new place is using hyperoptic. Let me check about referral code. I probably would have signed up with zen again if hyperoptic wasn’t already installed here. I didn’t have any problems with them during my time.

@Hyperoptic - The UKs worst service. Don't subscribe unless you can afford to wait a month for installation as their engineers cancel last minute and customer service offers nothing other than waiting another week.
