@mattfrei @virginmedia I would suggest switching to Hyperoptic if possible where you live and you don't have to worry about these issues ever again.

Hi @Hyperoptic, I've had your "service" for over a year. Except it's never worked. I complain and get shuffled around from customer service to engineering, and then the ticket just gets closed. You take my money every month, but I don't have any internet from @Hyperoptic. Help!

Whole day of work wasted today thanks to @Hyperoptic engineer refusing to do the work he was booked in to do. Despite all the other engineers in my neighbours’ flats doing it correctly. Help please @Hyperoptic, not impressed losing a day’s money for this terrible service.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic You weren’t able to provide it any earlier as the infrastructure wasn’t in pace with your sales team. I never take to twitter but all my emails haven’t got me very far and ignoring what I’ve requested recently repeatedly has just been the last straw
