@nikospolydorou @EddieBrand To be honest I believe they are all under staffed. I moved to Virgin from Hyperoptic 1Gb. I never had to call them, but I don't expect it would have been great if I had!

@PB79377877 @COdendahl @DmytroKuleba Not sure why you are being rude, I am quite hyperoptic thank you. No one said not a World problem. I think "more of" was the term used. Putin is a problem for something like: Ukraine>Poland>Europe>USA>Australia>Japan. China, NK, Iran---not so much. At least not yet, esp China.

@CHAYHO1 @Hyperoptic @zeninternet We understand that it may not be the fastest solution, but it is our standard practice to send our routers via Royal Mail. This way we have engineers available to immediately help our customers if they have a connection problem, or if an installation is required!
