@domineeektwitch If you can get Hyperoptic, go with them. I get 1GB down and 1GB up and it has never gone down for me (touchwood). I did have BT Infinity 300MB previously and the service was great, but they charge far too much.

@HyperopticCS You don't care about your customers even they work from home. So I never recommend hyperoptic to anyone.

Day 38 since @Hyperoptic installed my modem. Still no service, no explanation and no forecast on when I will receive my service. Yet they are still advertising in my building. Stay tuned for daily updates until I have internet again.

@Hyperoptic 5 Weeks since you installed my modem and still no service. Over 20 emails, countless phone calls and no real response. Ive been waiting at least 3 weeks for your area delivery manager to reply to an email. Why advertise a service if you can’t offer it. Abysmal.

Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs, priced at £10-£20 per month.
