-
Tom Pilla (@tpilla) reported@CryptoCap97 @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yep, I spoke to them at 1pm and asked the service rep a) how widespread it is; he said about 1,000 customers in west London (I’m in queen’s Park) and b) suggested that he connect with their social media team to start communicating about this an updating their users.

ZombieRodeo! (@ZombieRodeo) reported@Hyperoptic Any news on the internet outage at Brighton Marina… You said an engineer is on his way and will be in the area at 10:30am to fix it, it’s now 2pm and nothing, I haven’t seen a single engineer anywhere!

Andrea Robinson (@printsandjam) reportedLondon-based friends here, do If any of you use Community Fibre or Hyperoptic? If so, could you let me know how happy you are with it? Any problems with set up or service? All feedback much appreciated!
-
Lunens (@Lunens__) reportedgoddamn Hyperoptic in the UK just mogged Sky right off my internet subscription, cut 20 pounds off the cost of my internet, and are installing their magic fibre on a Sunday. that's service.
-
James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported@SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
-
Footimaster (@Footimaster) reported@TomStokesFC I found Virgin to be horrible Stokes and overpriced I had to switch I highly recommend Hyperoptic if they do your area much faster upload speeds, cheaper and overall better service
-
Janaka Abeywardhana (@janaka_a) reported@Hyperoptic for those implying it's pretty obvious that there was a big issue. not it isn't. - automated voice didn't tell me, rather asked a million questions - network status on website says no issues. a long queue doesn't tell me anything.
-
Drahnier_ (@JaffaReinhard) reported@Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

Kurt Robson (@KurtRobsonn) reportedGot through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf
