  • AndyC843 AndyC84 (@AndyC843) reported

@Zomia64 @nintendolife It’s not news though. It’s a survey from a site that sells broadband (HyperOptic, & no - I’ve never heard of them either) Find it pretty suspicious that NL have published this; paid promo without the site mentioning it perhaps?

  • frir Frido Ruth (@frir) reported

Really disappointed with @Hyperoptic. Stage 1 was installed super-quick, but we’re left with a half-done installation since 11th March! 7 emails to HO support resulted in nothing.

  • AndyC843 AndyC84 (@AndyC843) reported

@Zero_RVL @MarcBurrage @nintendolife Non gamers presumably… Just checked the link and it’s to HyperOptic, which is a broadband company I’ve never heard of. I think it’s a bit dodgy that Nintendo Life have published the article based on the above…Paid promo, without them saying so perhaps?

  • BibeyNathan Nathan Bibey (@BibeyNathan) reported

10 days and counting for a static IP to be assigned to my account. Numerous calls and messages but still no resolution. Apparently the advanced team are dealing with it, how advanced are they @Hyperoptic as they seem to be really struggling with this.
