God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

@Hyperoptic I’m a new customer and I’m already looking at cancelling our account - your service has been super poor. Service due to start 18/07 - engineer’s been out, we’ve spoken to activation team several times - the account is awaiting the system team to change serial numbers

Hyperoptic sent me an email a few days ago to upgrade my wifi for an extra 5 pounds and get a contract of 1 year, and since then my internet has become extremely slow, lol.

@Hyperoptic horrendous wait 45 mins for an answer to talk about my contract due to it being £41 a month for renewal but £21 new customers. Spoke for 30 secs and call over lost customer.

@ShakkTV @ThreeUK only 2 options i have is 3 (£21/month for 150mbps down) and ee (£55/month for 100mbps down). otherwise i'd be with hyperoptic atm for full gigabit down and up

@Hyperoptic You are a Ferrari without wheels. Hyperoptic fibre is nice, but since you changed the customer service to Serbia, all is horrible. I have a problem with you and I think I will throw the router to the bin, it looks like you don't want customers. Worst customer service ever.

@Hyperoptic wants to charge £58.60 pm for bog-standard broadband. Nowhere on their website to change or cancel contract. I called them (after being on hold 20 mins!). They refused to cancel despite today being the last day of the contract. Have to pay £58.60 this month!

@Hyperoptic PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I had them come to install internet yesterday! Everything appears to be set up correctly yet I have no internet! Three hours and several technical engineers later no one can find what the problem is! No one has contacted me to fix it! Cowboy firm
