    God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @Hyperoptic our service has been disrupted since Saturday. @Ofcom regulations state compensation is due if not resumed within 2 working days. Your “support” tells me they conveniently found a ‘new fault’ as of end of 2nd working day and you are restarting the clock. #ScamAlert
