God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

@virginmedia This is why I’ve left the pathetic Virgin Media… lack of customer service or any care whatsoever. Strongly advise making a switch to @Hyperoptic if you’re looking for a reliable service provider.

@BrianGameyGamin @virginmedia I ditched them after 10 years of bad customer service I'm now with HyperOptic and I don't have anywhere near the outages I used to have. I've had 2 that I can think of in 16 months and one of them wasn't their fault.

every single time I get the email from @Hyperoptic and every single time I desperately open it hoping against hope and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am told "we ain't seeing you for a while sunshine" but I will still open that damn thing again
