God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS 4 hour outage. No updates from Hyperoptic. An outage of this length without an update to customers is unacceptable. Your outgoing message about outage was recorded in an echo chamber and is inaudible. 1/2

@ofcom please can you investigate hyperoptic broadband @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic . They leave their customers without broadband for days and weeks without any explanation or fix. Their customer service is atrocious. A simple search on Twitter will show you just how bad they are

@Dingdong429 @Hyperoptic You still have probs? We are connected to south Glasgow but are 8miles away. We have nothing either. Don’t use a hyperoptic router so they won’t help. My google mesh says it has internet but nothing on the house is working.

At some point an engineer arrived to set up the physical infrastructure at my new flat. Very nice and competent. But he was here for 3 hours, and he spent most of that time on the phone with a @Hyperoptic call centre trying to get a signal through the cable he'd just put in.

dear @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS do you see a time when the service will work? It's either not working at all, or getting a 2-4MB upload speed, which is becoming a regular thing.
