Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Each time your engineers just come for five minutes, don't do anything and without saying what's wrong just leave and your customer support can't tell me what's wrong. Embarrassing honestly.
