These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever

Hyperoptic do static for an extra charge. But you cannot get a block of 8. Also support is consumer. Custom router with port settings their end and troubleshoot is a **** show.

But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

shraban (@shrabs) reported@Hyperoptic Worst ever customer care, I have been trying to connect to customer care and in position 1 for last 1 hour but no one is picking up. When you are with them they are are and once you come out of the service, they won’t respond and keep you waiting.
