These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AKP (@witless_duck) reported@Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.
