    God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic for those implying it's pretty obvious that there was a big issue. not it isn't. - automated voice didn't tell me, rather asked a million questions - network status on website says no issues. a long queue doesn't tell me anything.

    @Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

    Waited four days for my hyperoptic router only for it to arrive and there’s a fault somewhere in my flat and can’t get an engineer till next week. Wouldn’t have been the worst thing but O2 has next to no signal so I’m basically stuck in the stone ages in this flat.

    @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
