    God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    @Hyperoptic Extremely poor installation & repair service. Cable left unsecured → chewed through. Engineer “fixed” with tape, then a junction box that fell off the wall. Business disrupted, extra costs for mobile data. Why should I stay? Compensation? #HyperopticFail

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
