God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

@HighMarshalDave Hyperoptic, they also have a deal just now where in the last 9 months of your old contract you can get it free which is wild, basically just to tie you down before the contract end!

Finally had the fibre connected to my new house, just need @Hyperoptic customer service to enable the line. modem is showing link up so hopefully wont be long!!

@MartinSLewis Been a customer of Hyperoptic for nearly 4 years, and have just now been put on a Fair Fibre Plan of 150mb, for people on low income/benefits. This means forever.

@WhichUK No, my broadband provider (@Hyperoptic) are brilliant and guarantee a fixed price for the whole term of each (2 year) contract. They even allow existing customers to take up new-customer offers mid-contract (subject to a new 2 year contract). Recommended.

We have been waiting today for the 4TH ENGINEER to turn up from @OpenreachHelp only for them to AGAIN not turn up. I don't get why @SkyUK find it so difficult to get us help... Its been 2 weeks! Not happy for a first time customer. Cancelling and switching to @Hyperoptic
