    Not sure what happened to customer service at @Hyperoptic but it's not improving. They used to be super fast at responding. I've been variously on hold for 30min.

    @eliseybell Which magazine just did a big feature on home broadband - TalkTalk did pretty bad. The top 4 were Zen, Vodafone, Hyperoptic and Now Broadband

    @ozzyxaxa @Hyperoptic you able to contact them to see if they can fix it ? might be just a clear line issue or could be a fault in the area maybe ? but iv never heard of that company so i dont know how they maintain their lines etc.
