@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

What is going on with @Hyperoptic on NW2? They scheduled maintenance on August 13th. The internet went down for a few hours. At 6 AM, the internet came back on, but it was terrible, dropping all the time. Then, at 6 PM, we lost the signal, and they haven't fixed it yet.

Nahhhh @Hyperoptic how am I on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the phone cuts off because the customer service lines close at 9pm …. AN HOUR AND A HALF ARE U LYING

@Hyperoptic wants to charge £58.60 pm for bog-standard broadband. Nowhere on their website to change or cancel contract. I called them (after being on hold 20 mins!). They refused to cancel despite today being the last day of the contract. Have to pay £58.60 this month!

I am moving to a new apartment my landlord has sold the apartment I’m in. I rang @Hyperoptic to sort out my Broadband contract, unfortunately they don’t cover my new address but have agreed there will be no early Termination fee. 👍👍 great service highly recommended

@CityFibre I have been speaking to @VodafoneUK constantly. Apparently you sent an engineer out on Friday who found no issue!! 🤡 Almost 7 days now! Anyone able to confirm if @Hyperoptic are any better?
