Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

  • Gianluca_Leo LUCA (@Gianluca_Leo) reported from Barnet, England

@turna_music @Hyperoptic Had my installation pushed back twice weeks apart with unhelpful people on CS - just been the worst

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

  • thekuntz69 aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, England

So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

  • thekuntz69 aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, England

So will @HyperopticCS or @Hyperoptic update the residents of Beaufort park NW9 as to what’s actually happening with the outage or will they just ignore us again and slink off for the evening? I’m going for the latter.

  • Gianluca_Leo LUCA (@Gianluca_Leo) reported from Barnet, England

    FYI, never use @Hyperoptic

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic it’s been 5 days of no internet. The worst service I’ve ever experienced with an ISP.

  • kewchiiman 🇧🇷🇵🇹🇪🇸🇲🇦🇰🇼🇸🇦🇦🇱🇨🇭 (@kewchiiman) reported

Why is the internet not working its red on the router @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

  • TomXFD Tom (@TomXFD) reported

@Dannn0401 @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I would receive a text saying ‘outage’ & service would be fine, & then when there was an outage no comms at all. Cancelling has been a nightmare, I called & was unnecessarily passed between 3 agents, none of them did what I asked- simply cancel. Only reaffirms my decision.

  • BLKMimiLDN BLKMimiLDN (@BLKMimiLDN) reported

Slow 👏🏾 for the @Hyperoptic operative in the mini van who nearly ran into the back of me on old kent Rd GB++MVK Wasn't enough that the road is icy, you wanted 2 fiddle on whatever you had in your 🤚🏾 rather than being aware of what was going on around you like the red lights &🏍

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@kewchiiman @Hyperoptic Good morning! We're sorry to hear that you don't have a connection in your flat. :( We have reached out to you in the DM to investigate the issue.

  • mrjack86_ MrJack (@mrjack86_) reported

@Hyperoptic our internet has been down in SE1 since Friday. That’s 3 times in the last couple years where internet is not fixed for several days. I’ve now spent over £50 on 4G since Sunday and you’ve offered us £8 discount - I don’t want your money anyway, I want your internet!!

  • Uklawyer123 Mrlaw (@Uklawyer123) reported

@Hyperoptic Customers should be aware of the extortionate termination clauses esp when moving house and Hyperoptic doesn't provide the service in an area moving to..

  • lee_storey Lee Storey (@lee_storey) reported

@ashwinkumar05 @HyperopticCS I didn’t get any information from Hyperoptic but, according to a neighbour who spoke to them, an engineer turned up yesterday but they couldn’t get into the network cabinet.

  • Jessica36091162 Jessica (@Jessica36091162) reported

@thebionicbarbie @Hyperoptic No it’s still off, claiming an issue about power cable being cut?

  • decyph3r_OG Arsenio Cruz-Herrera (@decyph3r_OG) reported

@Hyperoptic internet in our area (CM8) is still down for 2 days now. Their reasoning: "we are still ttying to access the premise" is getting ridiculous now! How can you not "get access to the premise" for 2 days??!!! Its affecting is a LOT!
