aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandSo @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

❄️ Chill Lowther ❄️ (@willlowther) reported@TheSakeDiary It's entirely down to who is in your area. You need FTTP to get gig unless you're willing to pay 1000+ a month. Can you get hyperoptic or another community fibre where you live? (No Idea where you're based)

James Barber (@JamesJBarber) reportedDay 2. Power outage still not fixed @Hyperoptic. Can’t work from home anymore, can’t watch my favourite TV shows on my Apple TV. Seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription. Customer service has been so poor! Think twice before you sign up to #hyperoptic #outage #wifi

P H I L L I P ⚡️ (@PhillParkinson) reported@BJarkowski @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS This test was over ethernet, on WiFi I get about 700Mbps down and 600Mbps up. It isn't plugged into my main network yet which uses UniFi kit. I think even for WiFi use it's still worth it, especially for the symmetrical speeds.
