    Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

    So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

    @turna_music @Hyperoptic Had my installation pushed back twice weeks apart with unhelpful people on CS - just been the worst

    @DinzedFPS That sucks. May as well register interest. Other than Hyperoptic everyone else is pretty on par with each other. I’m with Sky now, had BT in the past, not great tbh.

    From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

    @DinzedFPS Hyperoptic are the way forward if they cover your area. I used to get 900mb download and 450 ish upload back at my flat. Unfortunately don’t cover me where I am now though. Great customer service and never had any issues.

    @virginmedia I’ll also leave it to you to do the right thing. I’ve got @Hyperoptic offering me a deal and I’m tempted to change broadband suppler if this is how you treat a customer of 10 years.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS How do you expect me to work from home when your internet service breaks in my flat and the soonest you can send an engineer out is in 2 weeks. Terrible service and infrastructure, would definitely not recommended #hyperoptic
