So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

@HyperopticCS I've been a hyperoptic customer for 8 years now and now that i have to move, you want to charge me an activation fee + a more expensive deal for a slower package. Appalling service!

@Hyperoptic 2 weeks for installing wifi. I'm not even living in the middle of the woods or something. Never got back the calls or emails. Didn't able to wait for 2 weeks, now still counting.

@Hyperoptic Switching to Hyperoptic is as easy: 1. Subscribe to the service 2. wait for the installation 3. repeat step 2 for the foreseeable future.

@Hyperoptic The most annoying things about moving house include having a bad decision choosing wifi provider, and waiting for 2 weeks (still counting) to get it installed

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticBuild @HyperopticCS I have dropped an email regarding your Automatic Compensation (req id 1776755). Please check and revert. And at least do this in time and better than your internet service

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS thinking it is okay to not fix an issue caused by your faulty cables for 9 days when wifi is pretty much essential is embarrassing

@GeeMcWhizz @ron_mould @StFilansDream Of course. You highlighted another area that makes it even more unfair is that it seems only BT gets tax payers cash, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear, VM etc as they don't have nationwide coverage don't get bungs. BT inherited their network from the GPO. Tebbit has a lot to answer for.
