Cancelling has been a nightmare, I called & was unnecessarily passed between 3 agents, none of them did what I asked- simply cancel. Only reaffirms my decision.

But when there was an outage they took all day to fix it and the communication is simply woeful. No advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
