@MarkHeath45 Not sure where you are, but try hyperoptic. You can pay monthly so not tied into contract where you are stuck with a service that might ben not what you need. And the service is excellent.

@Hyperoptic REALLY??? Since the install no one has contacted me. I’ve had to contact numerous times wasting my time and everyone I speak to is unable to help! Nobody can tell me what’s going on! You’re happy to start charging me, yet I have no broadband! Scammers!

@Hyperoptic customer service is appalling. 50mins in a queue to discuss renewal options to then have the person answer say she’ll check something then hang up!!!! After 10yrs maybe time to move if this is service

@Rexsan_ @neilforbessoul @Hyperoptic They have gone home mate, stopped replying to my messages both public and private after 5 PM sharp, before 5 I had zero queue on their line now called back and been waiting like 30 mins on the phone. So much for that 24/7 support

@Hyperoptic So even though I let hyperoptic know that Im moving homes & already have a broadband provider in the new home, they still continue to charge me and slap me with a £600 “early termination fee”?? Knowing they spend 1/2 their time telling people their service is down?
