@HyperopticCS Don't trust hyperoptic, they will mess up your service then not resolve it and avoid contact with you, they will send automated responses but will never deal with the issue, I've been a customer for a while and been treated really poorly by them, they have no shame at all

Our @Hyperoptic went off at the weekend, engineer arrived today and service was on from 11am-1730, off again, told no appointments until 19th.

Very disappointed in the service I am currently paying for with @Hyperoptic will for sure be changing my service provider. Do not recommend.

@complaint_ms @HyperopticCS I've had Hyperoptic for more than 5 years. No outage at all in the last 3 years but several planned outages in the first 6 months as the network grew. For reliability and speed I wouldn't change.
