Abu Haneefa (@Abu_Haneefa2) reported@Hyperoptic have finally followed the herd and now have started to increase their prices on a yearly basis and by £3! And they won't even offer the prices online because I aint a new customer! How sad after 7 years of being with them.

GymBAE (@MakedaQoS) reportedPeople don’t believe how often @Hyperoptic WIFI services fail… My mobile hotspot has used 17GB of data and I only use it for my work laptop in WIFI emergencies when WFH. I’ve been with them for 6 months. You do the math and tell me if that’s reasonable.

HollyB (@hollygreaves1) reported@Hyperoptic @InGoodEspirito @Hyperoptic support team don’t support just pass you around departments, the kit is installed but for reasons unknown cannot get this activated even though the engineer has said it’s in resolve 2 so should be able to be activated. We are extremely frustrated no one will help!!!

K🪿 (@Defrauded_Youth) reported@Hyperoptic So no reward for customer loyalty then?!’ And a 2 tier system. This is such poor practice, not to mention unethical, and disadvantages vulnerable customers. I will take my business elsewhere, you are not competitive.

apelantis_acnh (@ashl3y_p) reported@Hyperoptic your customer accounts team just hung up the phone on me whilst discussing a refund for money that should never have been taken from my account. Shocking behaviour.

Roshan (@rbhalla_) reported@Hyperoptic why do my tickets requesting technical support get closed without an answer? It's been over 2 weeks and I'm struggling to get a response from support even with new tickets.
