  Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

  So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

  @jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
