  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

  • Gianluca_Leo LUCA (@Gianluca_Leo) reported from Barnet, England

@turna_music @Hyperoptic Had my installation pushed back twice weeks apart with unhelpful people on CS - just been the worst

  • thekuntz69 aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, England

So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

  • thekuntz69 aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, England

Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

  • kalpavrukshcap Abhishek Acharya (@kalpavrukshcap) reported

@SuspiciousPleb @JKempEnergy Interesting. I thought the London fiber market was super competitive, i.e. extremely lucrative for consumers. I know Hyperoptic focus primarily on Multi dwelling units. Communityfiber/G.Network any better among the altnets?

  • JuniorBiggs Junior Biggs (@JuniorBiggs) reported

@Hyperoptic They are not called hype for nothing, reliable consistent fast all you need in a broadband service provider #10YearsOfHyperoptic

  • jayfromp Jay (@jayfromp) reported

@Hyperoptic is 24h how long your customer service is on till or how long you have to wait before someone answers the phone?

  • CoachKybet Coach Kybet (@CoachKybet) reported

@RhaelCasts I have Hyperoptic currently, I have to leave them because they're not available in the area im moving to, its pain trust me, currently get like 1gbps for around ~£45 but its never gone down on me once in 2 years, virgin ~£62 same thing but ill lose my mind if it drops at bad time

  • Toffe3m4n Nick Broadhurst (@Toffe3m4n) reported from Liverpool, England

@Hyperoptic Afternoon. Broadband service has been down for the last 10-15 minutes in Liverpool - are there issues currently?

  • D_Bakeeee Dylan (@D_Bakeeee) reported

@Hyperoptic I switched because of the insane speeds, and reliable service. I stayed for the top tier customer service! #10YearsOfHyperoptic

  • JKempEnergy John Kemp (@JKempEnergy) reported

@oiltraderlondon There are a small number of inner urban blackspots - too urban to qualify for subsidies for broadband rollout - but with antiquated infrastructure NONE of the providers have bothered to upgrade. BT, Virgin, Hyperoptic etc have ALL failed to offer better service in the blackspots

  • tgpockets tom sutcliffe (@tgpockets) reported

@KeviSkillz I have hyperoptic in Manchester too, they offered gigabit up/down for £35 a month as a new customer

  • LisboaDomus LD Apartments (@LisboaDomus) reported

@Hyperoptic my internet is still down for more than 2 days now can you please provide an update by when the issue will be fixed ?

  • per_hansen Per Hansen (@per_hansen) reported

@Hyperoptic I'm with these guys and it's been really good so far. They know how to run an IP network, downtime has been minimal (usually only their transparent caches) and performance is great. Upgrades have been easy and I have never had to contact them about a fault.
