    One of the Worst Things on social media is the adverts from ISPs who say “we’ve arrived!” only to find via their postcode checker that they have not, in fact, arrived. @virginmedia @CommunityFibre @Hyperoptic are all culprits of this.

    @Hyperoptic Dudes! How am I meant to watch Married at First Sight Australia if my internet is down. This is likely to be a breach of my human rights. Please fix the problem!

    Any Hyperoptic customers who upgraded their service lose IPV6 connectivity on their own kit? Using Unifi Dream machine and all was fine until service upgraded to 500MBPs. Have opened case but want to resolve on my own if I can.

    @HyperopticCS @craig99mac Now 2 weeks since botched installation, which means still can't open my fusebox, still have messed up hole in wall, still have broken mirror & dust/filler not cleaned up, nowhere near speed promised for £. Still no proper response. Next step will be to contact @Ofcom #hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic Not for me 👍🏻 took 3 months and 4 visits & still never managed to do it. Was forced to cancel.
