@VelocityFibre can you confirm what router you supply and if we can use our own - hyperoptic customers get a really poor router I’ve been told. I’d like to be running WiFi 6e and most of my LAN devices support 2.5 - 10gb, so my own router would be nice..

  • TillMichael Michael Till (@TillMichael) reported

@Hyperoptic Turns out your pretty **** my broadband has now been down over 12hrs now in G20 area 😡

  • jarede Jared Evans (@jarede) reported

@Hyperoptic is your service down in the E9 area?

  • mikarv Michael Veale (@mikarv) reported

@oliviasolon @virginmedia virgin are a minefield, and it's not even fibre. pathetic upload rates (even if they say 1gbps download, it;s about 50mpbs upload max, at huge cost.) Pray you can get Hyperoptic (or CityFibre, Community Fibre). I can't, I use @aaisp which is the best possible on the BT network.

  • steve_race Steve Race (@steve_race) reported from Islington, England

@vmrampulla @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Sadly had hyperoptic in my old flat, which was great and neither they nor G-Network are yet available on my street 🙄🙄🙄

  • scuj1 John Scullion (@scuj1) reported

@UbuntuBhoy @Hyperoptic Just trying to get them. Been signed up for years and never heard anything. They only seem to install in areas once there's enough folk signed up and even then they (from what I've read) keep pushing back install dates.

  • Zac_akaWrong Wrong (@Zac_akaWrong) reported

@Hyperoptic @Trustpilot How much interest does there need to be so that you can start providing internet? Tired of slow speeds!

  • DontCallMeJon It's Jonathan (@DontCallMeJon) reported

Moved from house last week to flat. Don’t need a phone at the apartment and already have FTTP from @hyperoptic. Tried to cancel @BTCare . Told £550 cancel fee as I’m in contract till Sept 2022.

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@NcRayza Hello, Rayza. Please don't click on it, just close it down. We're not sure how can you turn it off completely since this is not something Hyperoptic organises. Also, check if your antivirus software is up to date and change any passwords that you think are at risk.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Your website says doesn't service my new apt, I call up and someone confirms my address is covered. I explain website states differently, he suggests it's user error (2 times). I reiterate it's not. He tries my address and it works, I reiterate for me...
