    @Hyperoptic Their engineer come here, install and then say there is low power and that I would have to call support and request another engineer. When I did, they told me the next engineer could come only on 21 Oct.

    @Hyperoptic I have lost my internet service after you suggested I switched to your Total Wi-Fi service and now you can’t tell me when this will be resolved. I have been on the phone with your CS team and every time I get a different answer. Are other users having similar issues

    @FaustFury @SkyUK If I were you, I'd check to see if Hyperoptic deliver services in your area. Much better than sky. Nearly 7 years and only once had an outage involving my router traffic. Been on 1Gb full duplex for a few years now. For a decent price as well

    @lomadia Yeah I’ve tried on my main pc, editing pc. Even rigged up a 2 pc setup to see if that helped but still the same issue. Ok I’ll ask if Hyperoptic can run a traceroute
