Hyperoptic Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • exhalemoons ally (@exhalemoons) reported

. @Hyperoptic is literally the worst Wi-Fi service provider ever. I’ve been trying to activate my service whilst PAYING for it for over two weeks and you just leave me on hold every time I call you

  • tomgsalisbury Tom Salisbury (@tomgsalisbury) reported

@Hyperoptic - No service since 1705 in SE17. Can you confirm you are aware of the outage and that you're working to resolve it?

  • slightly76 SlightlyAskew (@slightly76) reported

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic We had a problem with signal to noise ratio for ages. Basically someone on my estate had crappy wiring. Whenever they went online it ****** everyone else in the area up. Tremendous fun.

  • jaemsnrg James (@jaemsnrg) reported

@Hyperoptic Guys, we've been waiting on an installation for 3 months now; engineer never pitched today. What is going on here?

  • robokarla karla 👁 (@robokarla) reported

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic hang on what the heck is "signal noise ratio outage" because that sounds suspiciously like why our wifi has been randomly dropping these past few months in certain areas of the house. the answer i was given was "too many wifis" which sounds kinda like this??

  • JitanEDM JitanEDM (@JitanEDM) reported

@Desborough9John @Hyperoptic These guys are the worst support, looks like they have only new people who have no clue what to report or log or do most of the time. I’m on day 18, engineer finally came yesterday and said someone had completely messed around with the wires in the central bit of the building.

  • demuDann Dann Parry (@demuDann) reported

Absolutely fuming. First @Hyperoptic doesn't cancel my account after I switch to @CommunityFibre, and now they're asking for £180 just so I can cancel a service I haven't used in months after I was reassured by CF there would be no charge. to do this in a cost of living crisis..

  • xZPRUntaojgAHOT Vivek (@xZPRUntaojgAHOT) reported

I made a huge mistake to subscribe and cancelled virgin media broadband Eversince I signed a contract and asked them to activate they have never activated the services, I can’t access the internet at all. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS they don’t care. Its been 12 days and no Internet

  • PantsManUK Murray Crane 🌸 (@PantsManUK) reported

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic @hyperoptic cannot start offering service to "smaller properties" soon enough. I understand their business model, but that doesn't mean that I don't miss their rock solid service every single day under "current service provider" (no names, no dog pile, but they know who they are)

  • jackcavell jack cavell (@jackcavell) reported

not sure what’s happened to @Hyperoptic in the last month or so. but we can barely even watch netflix and they don’t seem to be helping the issue
