    Oi @Hyperoptic can we actually get some transparency on the major outage in NW London? This is not just a small issue anymore. I’d like to know if I should expect internet by tomorrow or if I need to make other work arrangements. Can you actually update your customers?

    @MartinSLewis Sky broadband wouldn’t budge for slow speeds very expensive so went Hyperoptic’s for less than half the price and much faster

    Hey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic - broadband down for over 30 minutes and your customer care unreachable. Downdetector also showing multiple reports, is there an known outage?
