    @Hyperoptic the "Hype" on the website doesn't appear to match the service on the ground. You were unable to activate the broadband service today because of errors in setting up the job. Nobody can say when this will be fixed and it's down to me to chase you! Why? @HyperopticCS

    @InThisDancerie I use Hyperoptic and they're in your price bracket. I've been with them since December last year, got a pretty sweet deal of the first couple of months free, and the service has been reliable with only one brief outage that I can recall.

    I received an email that the engineer can not make it. I received a new appointment of 21st June for an engineer to visit me between 1500-1700 Hours, Today is the 21st June and I had no engineer visit me, at 17:15 I stated calling the Hyperoptic customer services

    @JoshJonesLFC Day 6 still no internet in se1 . Direct debit taken tho ? Paying for no service ! Hyperoptic are the problem !
