    @HyperopticCS @hyperoptic No internet connection since a technician “serviced” our building. No one answers the phone, nothing useful from DMing on social media. Support chat can only send over a router to help check the problem in 3 days. Useless

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic My internet has been down for two weeks and you made us wait 7 days to send an engineer last Friday. Turns out Hyperoptic have lost the key to their own cabinet and are still trying to find it.

    @lottyburns @BT Hyperoptic are good. I'm really gutted that we couldn't move to them when we moved. We're with Vodafone and as a fellow millennial I've not found them too bad. Rung once in 2 years and that was because I accidentally switched the router off on the initial download 🤦

    @HyperopticCS After another unhelpful interaction via DM (I’m seeing a trend here). No resolution to the problem. Still waiting a week to get some help from a technician. #hyperoptic are useless

    @HyperopticCS I'm thinking about having a Sky Fibre Broadband connection installed to be able to use the internet while I wait for my Hyperoptic service to be fixed on the 20th of September. Can you confirm if I'll be able to use both services at the same time thereafter?

    @Hyperoptic trying to renew with you for the fourth year in a row with you but you can only seem to offer the same prices for existing customers? I DM’d and was told to go to webchat who told me this. Do you not value customer loyalty? #customerexperience #customerservice
