Hyperoptic Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • PantsManUK Murray Crane 🌸 (@PantsManUK) reported

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic @hyperoptic cannot start offering service to "smaller properties" soon enough. I understand their business model, but that doesn't mean that I don't miss their rock solid service every single day under "current service provider" (no names, no dog pile, but they know who they are)

  • jackcavell jack cavell (@jackcavell) reported

not sure what’s happened to @Hyperoptic in the last month or so. but we can barely even watch netflix and they don’t seem to be helping the issue

  • tomaszrykala Tomasz Rykała (@tomaszrykala) reported

@Hyperoptic You're the best. Shame you aren't everywhere though. I miss you after moving out of the apartment in which I had you 150 mbps up/down <3

  • indraselva Selva (@indraselva) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS looks like you had changed some network policies that is blocking VPN? Is this what the reason why we're doing network maintenance? Why can't you be transparent when doing such changes?

  • jaytay1or Jay Taylor (@jaytay1or) reported

@thisisAlanTurk I would avoid Three like the plague, frankly. I had a terrible time with them. Download speeds were snail pace. Poor customer service. I’d try to get Hyperoptic or Community Fibre if I were you :)

  • slightly76 SlightlyAskew (@slightly76) reported

@robokarla @PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic Just kept complaining and getting engineers out. The engineers seem much more invested in solving the problems than the people on the phone so, so I think the key thing is to get an engineer stood in front of you

  • ironside Ironside (@ironside) reported

@HyperopticCS You don’t have my patience any longer. #hyperoptic #outage #review. Given what you’ve written above, the process taken to resolve this has been incompetent at best.

  • JitanEDM JitanEDM (@JitanEDM) reported

@BusSafetyRep Provisioning should take all of about 5 minutes by the ISP. It’s literally just sending an address to your router and registering it to receive connection to the internet. I have no idea why hyperoptic have a network team that takes forever to do this.

  • Roya1dor royaldor (@Roya1dor) reported

@Hyperoptic can you at the very least activate my service after 8 days of installation? please?

  • KFatima27 Kiran Fatima (@KFatima27) reported

@Hyperoptic The internet in my area is down again for the second time this year. Any time frame as to when we can expect it to be up and running again?
