Honestly, screw these companies advertising "superfast internet" when it's below 100Mbps. Superfast = 250Mbps MIN. I've had 60 down for a decade, at least. Places like @Hyperoptic and @CityFibre could be making huge wins right now if they could get rolled out quicker.

  • GoatApocalypse Nick (@GoatApocalypse) reported

@HyperopticCS Hi there, having problems logging into Microsoft apps today - works fine if I hotspot off my phone but not if I'm on Hyperoptic broadband. Any ideas?

@littleroshroom @virginmedia That’s awful! I’m so sorry to hear. We switched to hyperoptic at our last move. So much better - hope they fix

@gingertrvlguru @strutcakes @virginmedia I tried to get virgin network extended to my building… too difficult. Had Hyperoptic install FTTP (over Openreach) and get 900mg

every single time I get the email from @Hyperoptic and every single time I desperately open it hoping against hope and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am told "we ain't seeing you for a while sunshine" but I will still open that damn thing again

  • joekemon20 Joe (@joekemon20) reported

@Hyperoptic hello. My service is down in the L1 area. Do you have any idea what the problem is and if it will persist? If it’s going to be an ongoing issue I will need to make arrangements to work elsewhere you see, else I will lose out on a day(s) pay. Thank you

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS My internet has been down since 03:50 Wednesday morning. That’s more than 2 days. When can I expect it to be back up? I have a job to do and uni work to hand in. Using my mobile data just isn’t cutting it.
