David (@afootytop) reported@Hyperoptic I sit in my lounge, on the first floor of an apartment in W13 8JP and my Wi-Fi picks up 6 hyeroptic routers broadcasting, My postcode is not covered, neither are any of the neighbouring postcodes. Do you have dummy routers advertising a service not available?

Joe **** (@whatjoewrote) reportedI don't know who else needs to hear this, but after several months of silence, and occasional obfuscation, Hyperoptic have finally admitted that an install won't be happening in Edinburgh until October/November. Contrary to their bus advert claiming their service 'has landed'.

Diggles (he/him) (@Diggles595) reportedContacted @Hyperoptic last week about moving house last week, I was told everything was sorted and a new router was sent. I checked today the situation and none of it is done and now I’m getting the complete opposite message. Service may be worse than Virgin Media
