  • concertina226 Mary-Ann Russon (@concertina226) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic No worries already in contact with you guys via phone. Having an issue accessing the cabinets for our building apparently but I’ve been told it’s being sorted.

@Hyperoptic But in 2022, i am still 23 days without my service now! Tweet that!

  • chrismhutton Chris Hutton (@chrismhutton) reported

@Hyperoptic do you use the open reach network or do you create your own? I wonder if there was any plans to come to our postcode area.

  • Taj_Ali1 Taj Ali (@Taj_Ali1) reported

Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs, priced at £10-£20 per month.

Day 38 since @Hyperoptic installed my modem. Still no service, no explanation and no forecast on when I will receive my service. Yet they are still advertising in my building. Stay tuned for daily updates until I have internet again.

  • concertina226 Mary-Ann Russon (@concertina226) reported

@HMLilibet @Hyperoptic Same, #Hyperoptic internet for our building is still down 7 hours later. We’ve been told the engineer doesn’t have the key to the cabinet needed :/ *sigh* #StormEunice #outage

@Hyperoptic do you have an outage in SW3 and if so how long before it’s fixed?

  • BeardyBassist Dan (@BeardyBassist) reported

@Grumpyrocker I've had FTTP outside the property for 2 years now, not allowed to hook into any of it because Openreach and Virgin won't service apartment buildings. Hyperoptic does, but I need to be able to get everyone in my building to sign up for them It's fricking annoying
