@Hyperoptic @PixarsLightyear I'm only tweeting to enter a prize draw and I'm not excited about Lightyear at all, it looks just an okay film, not good, not bad. #ReachHyperspeed I'm excited to be underwhelmed!

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO No disrespect but you are a media person. If your support team wanted to, they have our contact details and could easily make contact. Even Nina in the complaints team doesn't communicate what is happening. All we hear is "hopefully soon". Pathetic really.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I’d like to know where my broadband is? I was told 6-8 wks - but after 9 wks there’s still no sign of installation! No one answers emails or website queries & even talking to engineers in the street - they had no idea we were waiting for install! Poor!

@Hyperoptic Easily the worst broadband service in London. Installed the modem since a week and the internet isn't working since Day 1. I call every day and get false promises from the technical team. All I get is an invoice for their "services".

@Hyperoptic any reason my download speed would drop to 40mb? I'm on 150mb plan. The faster one you advertise. I'm getting streaming issues because multiple devices connect. This is why we chose you.

@Hillingdon @Hyperoptic Will this include a landline phone service? Many full fibre services don't, which means being forced to pay for a mobile phone separately. Elderly social housing residents in particular may still prefer the simplicity of a fixed landline.
