@CindySughrue @Trustpilot @Hyperoptic Heya Cindy! While this is an unfortunate set of events leading to undesired experiences with some of the customers, it is certainly not a representation of the majority of our customer's experiences as the other 5 star reviews show. Our DMs are opened!

After 3 frustrating days dealing with @Hyperoptic customer services, I finally got to talk to the amazing Aleksa N in Serbia. Not only was he able to fully explain the situation, he was clearly being honest, which was appreciated above all else 1/

  • ViscountMonte Monte (@ViscountMonte) reported

@Hyperoptic A hyperoptic engineer visited to mend an intermittent internet today. This evening I now have zero internet, the 24/7 support line is not answering and the vm box is full…..!!

  • ViscountMonte Monte (@ViscountMonte) reported

@Ccynica @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Agreed, I sent them a DM as requested and just received a generic brush off with no ETA of resolution. Given the issue and experience the 24/7 support appears to be a myth.
