🏳️🌈 Barrie (@jammach) reported@IainSankey @virginmedia I’m with @Hyperoptic who apart from one outage because of equipment failure have been very good. They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.

We’ve had to repeatedly call for updates, spend long periods on hold, and still have no clear explanation or resolution timeframe in W3 Area. Told engineers attended today but still no timeframe.

Ryan 🤠 (@Slimothy_James) reported@MRKCT_ @Hyperoptic Been having my speeds drop as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks now. Their support is useless and have been trying to gaslight me that it's an issue in the flat. Today they sent me an email saying it was fixed (funny how they never sent anyone to my flat) and now it's down again.

Ryan 🤠 (@Slimothy_James) reportedIntermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.
