Doesn't seem like they pass information between departments very well!

Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2

I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?

On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30β40 minutes just to be told it canβt be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying
