@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic it’s been 5 days of no internet. The worst service I’ve ever experienced with an ISP.

  • gaurav_sr13 Gaurav (@gaurav_sr13) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Your team has no time to update on call or on support ticket. Already fed up with this kind of attitude. You are happy to send me bill even before starting the services, but have no time to make it up and running. I cannot chase any more.

  • ActionAllen Sam Allen (@ActionAllen) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Any idea how long the outage in Reading is going to last? The Service Status portal doesn't give any information

  • Chavapa_99 T-bag (@Chavapa_99) reported

@virginmedia it actually baffles me how you are still active as a company. Your service is terrible, your customers are leaving and now that @Hyperoptic and @CommunityFibre are here, I am just counting the days they are available in my area. Virgin Do Better!

  • Uklawyer123 Mrlaw (@Uklawyer123) reported

@Hyperoptic Customers should be aware of the extortionate termination clauses esp when moving house and Hyperoptic doesn't provide the service in an area moving to..

@ashwinkumar05 @HyperopticCS I didn’t get any information from Hyperoptic but, according to a neighbour who spoke to them, an engineer turned up yesterday but they couldn’t get into the network cabinet.

  • gaurav_sr13 Gaurav (@gaurav_sr13) reported

@HyperopticCS @HyperopticCEO It seems the support shift got over for today after 7:45 pm , so no response my direct messages. I will keep this thread alive till my issue is not resolved. #hyperoptic #nobroadband

  • ashwinkumar05 Ashwin Kumar Srinivasan (@ashwinkumar05) reported

@HyperopticCS @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic less than 24 hours after a 2 day no service. Internet has gone down again this is so bad.

  • eljefecarlito Carlos (@eljefecarlito) reported

No one use @Plusnet, they told me it would take a month to fix my internet connection and that there was nothing they can do. Coincidentally, the day after I enabled @Hyperoptic, Plusnet engineers finally come and fix the issue. Scummy business practices
