Deeply regret switching to @Hyperoptic broadband. Just had to upgrade my package to get a decent signal and instead @Hyperoptic have managed to disconnect me completely and can’t to attempt to fix it because their tech staff don’t work on the weekend . Its 24/7 promise is a lie

Hi @Hyperoptic this is to inform you that I have already cancelled your trial within 3 months which was confirmed number of times by your customer service and sales when he signed contract over the phone.

@WhichUK No, my broadband provider (@Hyperoptic) are brilliant and guarantee a fixed price for the whole term of each (2 year) contract. They even allow existing customers to take up new-customer offers mid-contract (subject to a new 2 year contract). Recommended.
