-
Twiggy (@heyimtwiggy) reported@EKOcasts @Hyperoptic hyperoptic are by far the worst broadband provider in terms of both user experience and customer service i have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of, i would have doubled my already exorbitant subscription to get away from them
-
Leo 🏴☠️ (@leostera) reported@evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)
-
Sam (@samuelxls) reported@TomThornhill_2 @hopper70 @Hyperoptic Down in Redhill... Surrey.
-
Jonathan Sacerdoti (@jonsac) reportedAfter 9 or 10 hours of no service, and no customer service, no helpline, no online info about the mass outage, and no attempt to fix or communicate at all, @Hyperoptic now has a phone line open at least, where it tells you there's no problem in your area, and puts you in a 20 plus person queue. This is pathetic.

Mo (@iPazooki) reportedThink twice before signing with @Hyperoptic . Unresponsive customer support and zero respect for clients. When moving home, they charge full termination fees even if THEY can’t provide service at your new address. Terrible experience. Stay away! 🚫 #Broadband #Hyperoptic
-
Ash 🏴🇨🇼 (@theashrb) reported@real_amos @GuthixMoney This is the thing, they all appear to be amazing for the first year or two then they go to **** 😭 this is what happened to me with Hyperoptic
-
mayhem in my veins 🇵🇸 (@___g_a_g_a) reported@c932x @Hyperoptic Mine too! I've been on hold for an hour and 30 mins. Got through to customer service and they said they'll transfer me right away on hold again
-
Dan🥷 (@_DanJbh) reported@Simon_Coates @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Pay £20 a month for Hyperoptic and I get 1gb up and down.
-
Kieron Charles (@MRKCT_) reportedSolid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

Alex 🌐 (@ajr_codes) reportedHey @Hyperoptic your service to me in London has gone down multiple times this week, with no issues reported online. It's been fine for the past 4 years. What's going on? You used to be so good.
