@Hillingdon @Hyperoptic Will this include a landline phone service? Many full fibre services don't, which means being forced to pay for a mobile phone separately. Elderly social housing residents in particular may still prefer the simplicity of a fixed landline.

@Hyperoptic Easily the worst broadband service in London. Installed the modem since a week and the internet isn't working since Day 1. I call every day and get false promises from the technical team. All I get is an invoice for their "services".

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Yah, it’s been 40+ days since I logged that ticket with your complaints team. And I’m still waiting!! Failure to deliver the service require change of luck what an irony!! Hope you have defined “Luck” factor in your t&c’s.

@Hyperoptic is the worse provider. They don’t care about customers, when they see a person with disabilities left in a vulnerable situation with nothing and no one she can contact in an emergency plus it disarming her door alarm shows what they are
