    Opened a support call and all i got was an exchange of emails for the past week. I would like my contract cancelled asap and never ever to use your services ever again! @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

    Almost 5 years after I stopped being @Hyperoptic client, they’re sending me email I’m due to refund £2 something. When I cancelled contract with them I contacted them and CS said they won’t refund it because “no”. Good product, clown customer service.

    @HighMarshalDave Hyperoptic, they also have a deal just now where in the last 9 months of your old contract you can get it free which is wild, basically just to tie you down before the contract end!
