@Hyperoptic PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! 5 days after installation and still my broadband is not working! They mark it as active and switch you over so you’re left with nothing! No1 qualified to fix it!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Nahhhh @Hyperoptic how am I on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the phone cuts off because the customer service lines close at 9pm …. AN HOUR AND A HALF ARE U LYING

@Hyperoptic wants to charge £58.60 pm for bog-standard broadband. Nowhere on their website to change or cancel contract. I called them (after being on hold 20 mins!). They refused to cancel despite today being the last day of the contract. Have to pay £58.60 this month!
