@Hyperoptic is something happening to the website ? When i log onto my account it says “we’re currently assessing the next steps needed to activate your service” i’ve been on a monthly rolling since september 2024 and was logging it to make sure it’s still active and change my DD

I’m pissed @Hyperoptic ANOTHER OUTAGE @ SW9. Happen to us in August no internet for 5 days & now it’s the following month & another outage. 2 days without internet currently, my scheduled days of working from home ruined. Hyperoptic can **** off, I’m ready to switch providers

@Hyperoptic what am I paying for? No internet connection for 3 days. I called customer service and they said engineer will be coming on Thursday. So that’s 6 days without wifi/internet. I’m switching back to BT since this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. #hyperoptic
