    @HyperopticCS Well another morning passes with zero response from hyperoptic. Whoever everyone passes the problem too either is incompetent, over worked or needs help. Hyperoptic continues to demonstrate organisation ineptitude and customer disrespect.

    @virginmedia @richie_rich77 One of the reasons why I went with @Hyperoptic excellent service and customer care. See if its in your part of town. If Virgin are messing around cancel within the 14 day period.

    Thoughts on @Hyperoptic? That 900mbps up/down is very enticing! Is it as good as it sounds? Better than OpenReach fibre? Also: why is the monthly rolling contract *cheaper* than 12/24 month commitments?

    @Hyperoptic I have continuously tried reaching you to have your engineer remove his van from my driveway. My car is blocked in. I'm not a customer!!! It's been 3 hours. Your staff are unhelpful and quite frankly rude. A truly awful business!! Avoid at all costs.

    @Hyperoptic Unlike your customer service Take your money and do nothing. Rubbish response times, if they respond can only pass it to someone else or say what they can’t do. Incompetence all over. Same thing first time we tried, no improvement in 2 years

    @Hyperoptic are you down in Hertford? My internet has stopped and when trying to log in to my hyperoptic account to check service status, I can’t get past the login screen (just loads forever)

    So my landlord has sold my apartment and I have to move out... I just signed a new agreement with @Hyperoptic last month and now they want £500 to cancel it. May as well have gone to a casino and put it on red, what an absolute disgrace.

    Sick to the teeth of your broadband @virginmedia once again my connection has gone down resulting in being unable to access my goods portal. Goods are now gone, meaning I've lost out on money through resale. The min @Hyperoptic service this area & your monopoly is up, I'm gone!

    @HyperopticCS @IAmAGiantMonkey We’ve used our work holidays waiting around for Hyperoptic for there to be no resolution. I’m not letting this slip. I’ll be writing a very thorough complaint to you guys because this whole process has been a COMPLETE **** show. Are you guys running your company from a shed?!?!
