    @joccay @UrmstonDeb Ours has been off and on all night. At one point I did a speed test and I was connected to Hyperoptic getting 70mbps, then nothing. Seems intermittent rather than just broken. Hope it's working tomorrow or I'm in trouble ...

    @Hyperoptic Hyperoptic is a rubbish company unrecommended at all the worst service I waited for 3weeks for the service to start and they didn’t activate it as they caused damage in the window and drilled the wall and want to charge me for the return package,negative service.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS more messages than I care to count two tweets two DM's five days of outage no updates. Your customer service is beyond shocking worse than BT which is saying something. 0 out of 10. Might as well as take your equipment back for what it's Worth

    @HyperopticCS Hyperoptic confirmed that there was an outage caused by a hardware failure. To be quite honest, your network has been absolutely great ever since I became a customer several years ago. However, I’m noticing a trend of regular outages though your prices have been increasing YoY.

    @HyperopticCS Hi, im having issues with playing games online on the Xbox when the other players also have Hyperoptic broadband. It complains about NAT issues and its fine with others who do not have Hyperoptic broadband.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS your WiFi is absolutely useless! It seems to be down far too often at the moment which makes working from home very difficult! As soon as our contract is up we are moving😤

    Wow. £245 to cancel broadband with @Hyperoptic. I'd previously had a great service with them but now I would definitely not recommend. @HyperopticCS

    My @virginmedia broadband in SW London has been down for most of the past few days and it seems to be impossible to discover what’s going on. The uncertainty of knowing whether I can WFH or not over the weekend is infuriating. Does anyone out there have experience of Hyperoptic?
