@Hillingdon @Hyperoptic Will this include a landline phone service? Many full fibre services don't, which means being forced to pay for a mobile phone separately. Elderly social housing residents in particular may still prefer the simplicity of a fixed landline.

@AbdulHai23 Hey there! Hyperoptic provides a landline phone line only through the router, or a SIP account if a virtual voip is being set up. After that, it's up to the customer which phone/software they'd like to use.
