Look forward to the day my Twitter won’t solely be dedicated to trying to get hyperoptic to fix my wifi. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Not sure that day is going to come anytime soon. I should have stuck with @TalkTalk at least they could maintain a quality service.

@HyperopticCS @BettyShmem @Hyperoptic How about responding to DMs rather than posting memes? 19h without response, internet is down and your team refuses to come to fix it until Monday. Post few more memes maybe the internet will get fixed 😐

@virginmedia Yes I have. Each and every day. But that doesn’t help when there’s no warning there will be issues and I have work to do. Really poor, especially when Hyperoptic look like they’re coming to the area.

@HyperopticCS Can you please advise WHAT you’re actually doing about this and WHEN. We require a consistent, definitive response and significantly improved customer service. ‘Thank you for your patience’ simply does not cut it after almost 2 weeks. #hyperoptic @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic
