    @Hyperoptic Would be great if someone #hyperoptic had not terminated my internet access for no reason on 23rd December without resolution! Full working day today still no resolution! So disappointed in poor service @Hyperoptic

    @Laing_D__ @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Yeah man, it's been down for a few days. They told my wife something different to be honest; they'd send they sent a team of engineers out yesterday but they couldn't fix the problem

    Hi @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic we are now 5 days without connection at KT20 5FR constantly being told "sorry you have to wait these things take time". No reason for the situation being given. Given that both myself and my wife work from home this has been a very bad experience.
