    @Hyperoptic Team, I am a user and whenever there is an outage in my area (G312HB), you guys take ages to fix it. Last time when it went on Friday Morning, it got fixed on Monday Morning. Who the hell would take 3 days to fix an issue ??? Classic example of your POOR SERVICES !!!

    So will @HyperopticCS or @Hyperoptic update the residents of Beaufort park NW9 as to what’s actually happening with the outage or will they just ignore us again and slink off for the evening? I’m going for the latter.
