    @virginmedia broadband down again, third time in a month 🥵 Speeds are up but reliability down on this premium service, both apparently coincident with the arrival of a new router. Out of contract, considering #Hyperoptic now.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yup. Tech support just told me ‘a specialist will attend the site at 6pm’. I had to call and push them to tell me that.
