We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.

Mer (@Choymer) reported@Hyperoptic Hi, from yesterday, suddenly I lost connection, turned off and on the router, today 17 min in a meeting call happened 5 times, I work from home and is impossible to work like this. Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2
