@Hyperoptic Thought it was good till Monday been down for 5 days in se1 London , can’t speak to manager, same dribble from 3 customer advisors absolute rubbish. Customer service a joke and repair of service non existent currently

@Hyperoptic is the worse provider. They don’t care about customers, when they see a person with disabilities left in a vulnerable situation with nothing and no one she can contact in an emergency plus it disarming her door alarm shows what they are

@Hyperoptic the "Hype" on the website doesn't appear to match the service on the ground. You were unable to activate the broadband service today because of errors in setting up the job. Nobody can say when this will be fixed and it's down to me to chase you! Why? @HyperopticCS

@HyperopticCS I’m also disappointed to be told I’m not eligible for automatic compensation as this was reported via Twitter DMs (linked to my Hyperoptic account) for an area wide issue. This means that most affected people will not be compensated if they reach out via Twitter.

@HyperopticCS @Eurovision Well your service hyperoptic isn’t worth 1 point ! Se1 no broadband for 5 days . No email to your customers letting them know just bad service and non existent repairs
