@ArmaVALIANT @zoetargaryen @AskPS_UK Got to be hyperoptic as others are reporting the same thing. I’ve tried contacting their live chat but can’t get through, nightmare. Let me know if you find a fix

@ArmaVALIANT @zoetargaryen @AskPS_UK Which internet provider are you with? The reason I ask is, I can’t even login to the network via my pc or phone but when I activate 5G and turn off wifi, I can login to PSN via my phone so got a feeling it’s something to do with Hyperoptic

@Zomia64 @nintendolife It’s not news though. It’s a survey from a site that sells broadband (HyperOptic, & no - I’ve never heard of them either) Find it pretty suspicious that NL have published this; paid promo without the site mentioning it perhaps?

@Hyperoptic I requested a call back 2 hours ago and still radio silence. Awful customer service. Can someone contact me ASAP

@HyperopticCS @firaskamal @XeroNixxy The issue is not the PS servers, the only people who are experiencing the sign in issues are with Hyperoptic.

@HyperopticCS @ChppIl If the issue isn't on your end - how can it only be HyperOptic customers that can't connect to PSN servers?

@Piskopat54Yazar @firaskamal @AskPS_UK Don't suppose you've had any more luck with this? Me and my flatmate are unable to launch FFXIV's launcher on PC or Windows Updates without tethering to our phones, so seems like a Hyperoptic problem?
-
James Holyoake
(@JamesHVoices) reported
@HyperopticCS @ChppIl While I'm sure you have to say this, it's unfortunately highly likely that the problem is with @Hyperoptic. Most people have attempted tethering with phones and it works fine. Perhaps a little more investigation is needed your end.

@Hyperoptic Well, things are bad in Elsie Land when even the faithful Glenn Campbell is putting her on the spot.
