@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I finally talked to someone after waiting 50min! All this because of maintenance work in the building that clearly wasn't checked properly despite having been marked as completed. I know other residents who have the same issue... Not impressed, I have to say :/

@Hyperoptic @Daily_Express Yes, I wish I stayed with BT. Our internet’s been down since 5am (been over 7 hours now) and the sassy customer service lady snapped at me informing saying that you can solve an issue within 48 hours and she doesn’t care how long it’s been. I work from home….or trying to!
