(FFS I used to work in support. Do they think it never occurred to turn it off and on again?)

Bertie (@bertiehallums) reported@Batteryhq @Hyperoptic Depends. Currently a user. But if VM or BT 900mb were available, we'd switch in a heartbeat. The number of serious outages we get with Hyperoptic is just unacceptable. However, when it works, it's a good service.
