    @Hyperoptic I raised issue of loss of service Friday last week in morning. Sunday still no resolution so raised complaint. Now it's still not fixed and no one is replying to me since Monday. Not one update. Stay away from this company you will pay and not get service for 5 day+

    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within β€˜48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf

    @Hyperoptic your cancellation service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it literally makes me feel sick. Ive submitted a request to cancel. Ive had no callback after 6 weeks. I call your tel line and i'm left on hold for 45 Minutes, Making it from 8th to 7th in the Queue.
