  @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

  Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf

  Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

  Hyperoptic service outage for an entire day. No help from their online chat, and been queuing for 2 hours on their phone line. Not sure why they charge so much for such poor internet and customer service @Hyperoptic what’s going on?
