It used to be a decent service but as an existing customer for the last month I am stuck with intermittent broadband service and none at Hyperoptic customer service even care to pick the phone so I can’t even cancel.

NetherSchot (@NetherSchot) reported@BobKindred @TinpotJ That's not how they put broadband (optic fibre) in. They would be micro-trenching that, which doesn't break paving (might cut through sections though obviously). Just ask CityFibre, HyperOptic or others. What you see here is car damage.

I attended an online funeral on 6th so the timing of the service fault was awful. Really didn't need to be let down so badly right now. Fed up with your company's slow response - now planning to leave.

While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

Sky was giving me 15-17 mbps for £29 a month and the connection was terrible. Didn’t even want to come out and fix the issues I had with dropping out etc. Was the best move I made by coming over too these guys
