  @Hyperoptic easily the most shoddy internet provider in the UK. Random outages and when you try and contact them they just literally switch off their customer support. Can’t call them. Can’t live chat them. Can’t do anything.

  @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

  @Hyperoptic LS16 constantly dropping off all evening, didn't have a problem for 3 years and its been a nightmare for.the last week! Please sort it out.
