After 3 frustrating days dealing with @Hyperoptic customer services, I finally got to talk to the amazing Aleksa N in Serbia. Not only was he able to fully explain the situation, he was clearly being honest, which was appreciated above all else 1/

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS more messages than I care to count two tweets two DM's five days of outage no updates. Your customer service is beyond shocking worse than BT which is saying something. 0 out of 10. Might as well as take your equipment back for what it's Worth

@JamesTurner37 @virginmedia My Hyperoptic is working fine. Thanks for asking. ;) Whilst not as wow as the company likes to claim, the service is still noticeably more reliable than Virgin or BT. Only one outage for me in three years, and it was sorted in 12 hours.)

Worst customer service experience ever from @Hyperoptic - and that's just trying to get it installed. And I thought BT was bad. Should I pull the plug now? @HyperopticCEO
