    Another week where @Hyperoptic have broken my IPv6 having only just gotten it working. Third time. This time just a week after fixing it last time. How I long for the days where I could choose which ISP I use.

    Almost 3 hours without Internet. I work remotely and I am completely isolated from my company. @Hyperoptic at Manchester has been great so far but this is really bad.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😡

    @mikecurryphotos The router is required for transmitting the connection into a wireless signal, while there is only one Hyperoptic socket per premise, the router allows for up to 4 LAN-connected devices. 1/2

    @ianvisits @Hyperoptic Moved into a new house - Hperoptic and BT both installed. Went with BT as Hyperoptic had poor reviews- BT online within days and delivers 900 mb and customer service excellent. But more expensive

    @jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

    @Benjjjyy @TalkTalk My mum's never had a good experience with them and has always had issues with their service and customer service. I personally recommend hyperoptic as a new provider I've had them for 2 years and only lost service once and they let me know ahead of time I'd lose it.
