-
Copious cups of tea (@Iron_B__) reportedReceived the most disgusting “service” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.
-
RIFFAAA. (@sherifafafahh) reported@Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported@SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
-
Max Richardson (@MaxRichSES) reported@Hyperoptic I am sick of chasing and chasing, to essentially be told that you taking money is my problem. I pre-empted this was going to happen so I initially called to check no fee was going to be taken. Then I got a pre-warning of an upcoming (wrong) bill.
-
Fraser (@JaroslawJachNo1) reported@Hyperoptic down again in the Romford area. But I look forward to them not keeping me updated in what is going on, or a HyperOptic agent replying asking me to check my area when I can just look at my router. Just before the weekend, just like last time. How ironic.

KusariNinja 🏴🏴 (@KusariNinja) reported@jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)
-
sad jester (@noopdles) reported@GeneticGenesis @Hyperoptic I know, I bet they're just overprovisioning the network and overselling. If you look at reddit there's plenty of recent posts with the same **** download speed issue.
-
Mer (@Choymer) reported@Hyperoptic Hi, from yesterday, suddenly I lost connection, turned off and on the router, today 17 min in a meeting call happened 5 times, I work from home and is impossible to work like this. Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2
