Front-line support has been patronising and useless and I haven't seen an email from the technician I spoke to in almost a week now. Got an email saying it was fixed when it wasn't. Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.
