@mikereedwt The experience has been bad nonstop. Both tech and customer service. I had no alternative the first five years. Hyperoptic was a significant improvement. Moving to a new home with supposedly good sky service led me to believe we past the worst. But so far it’s been just as bad.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS what a let down. Told my fibre would be ready and waiting when I moved in. I move in, it's dead. First available technician appointment on 15th. #brandfail. I will have to go with another provider.
