  @bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency.   @Hyperoptic there is no Internet connectivity for more than 24hrs now! The response from the customer care is pointless! First person said few hours, second person said 20 minutes, third person said 7 minutes, forth person didn’t give any definite time, fifth person just hang up!
