But the major broadband providers who have signed up, include BT, Hyperoptic, Sky, NOW Broadband, TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Zen EXPLAIN WHY Shell ENERGY have NOT

  @HyperopticCS @rupechat @Hyperoptic Can't YOU contact the engineer yourselves so that your customer doesn't stay without internet for any more days???? You seriously need to review your processes! YOU should be pro active and contact the engineer and demand him why it's taking forever for him to leave notes!

  @Hyperoptic, I recently cancelled my subscription to move elsewhere but it seems as though @CommunityFibre are incapable of providing me with a functional service. What’s the best deal you can offer me to come back? I still have the Hyperoptic router.
