Another week where @Hyperoptic have broken my IPv6 having only just gotten it working. Third time. This time just a week after fixing it last time. How I long for the days where I could choose which ISP I use.

Hi @Hyperoptic, I've had your "service" for over a year. Except it's never worked. I complain and get shuffled around from customer service to engineering, and then the ticket just gets closed. You take my money every month, but I don't have any internet from @Hyperoptic. Help!

@mikecurryphotos The router is required for transmitting the connection into a wireless signal, while there is only one Hyperoptic socket per premise, the router allows for up to 4 LAN-connected devices. 1/2

@Hyperoptic Can you please avoid maintenance work during working hours? As you might be aware a lot of people work from home these days, and loss of network on weekdays between the working hours is a very big inconvenience. Reading RG1.

I’m waiting for the final mess to sort itself with @Hyperoptic - but let’s just say - it’s been pretty dire since 11 Feb & I still don’t have WiFi which given everything I’ve had going on over that time has been awful. Be VERY wary of signing up too fast to them.
