@HyperopticCS In SW6 there’s also no internet since this morning. I’ve been trying to connect with the Customer Support team via the chat. However, your website automatically shuts down the chat message after waiting for more than 30mins in the queue. Overall, frustrating! @Hyperoptic

@HyperopticCS #Hyperoptic is rubbish. This shouldn’t happen. Their customer service is often unbelievably rude.
