@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Technician been trying to fix the issue since 11:30 YESTERDAY and it's been more than 24h and still no internet in SE22. Spoke 4 times with customer service and all they're good for is hanging up the phone when they don't know what to say. SORT IT OUT!

I’ve never had internet issues before plusnet took over but I’m not allowed to leave, even though I lose internet connection dozens of times a day, @Hyperoptic I have to wait a couple of months till I’m out of contract but can I officially put the transfer request in now?

@BJarkowski @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS This test was over ethernet, on WiFi I get about 700Mbps down and 600Mbps up. It isn't plugged into my main network yet which uses UniFi kit. I think even for WiFi use it's still worth it, especially for the symmetrical speeds.
