    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @status_is_down 2 days without service - SW5 London. Terrible incident management by #hyperoptic No updates/comms whatsoever.

    @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or I’ll go on a campaign

    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.
