@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@Hyperoptic they are happy to take your money and provide a second rate service. I now wish that I did not renew my contract with Hyperoptic a sham of an organisation. My advise is do not register with them or open an account. @BritishTelecom where are you?

@itssunpi @virginmedia Check if you can get @Hyperoptic in your property. Should give you a better service. Sadly I've heard Virgin Media traffic manage like crazy
