    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!๐Ÿ˜ก 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think thatโ€™s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoeverโ€ฆ Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.
