    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they don’t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @marcwalsh @Hyperoptic Yes, same. Drove me mad, now using a hotspot to do some work. There is no outage apparently in my area....
