10 weeks since to my escalation, 4 weeks since my follow up, zero response from @Hyperoptic! Service live in the block for over 12 weeks, with only a couple of apartments installed. Is this tweet enough to get a response, or is posting a review on @Trustpilot? #fibrebroadband

@hyperoptic I miss your high quality internet connection. How come you have such brilliant connection and customer support when @bt_uk struggle so? Perhaps you can give them a few tips?

@Hyperoptic No internet from inception of contract July 8th. 3 sets of engineers 3 weeks of incompetence. The worst experience. Left hand not communicating with right. A "support" centre doing anything but. Just rubbish.

@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic It's amazing how consistently awful telcos are (most anyway). You'd think that given all the negative feedback, one of them would step up and try to get it right.
