    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic CS12010207 you don't answer the phone and your robot doesn't speak or understand English, I have sent an email to support however I don't want a telecoms supplier that takes 48 hours to respond cancel the install booking for Friday 1st May

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment
