Xeu (@Xeu_uk) reported@Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?

Mart Murphy (@martmurphy22) reported@Sudonte_ Awful. Moved from #hyperoptic and absolutely dismal from @skybroadband and @skytv via their puck streaming which only works half the time. Can't wait to change.

Lucy Ⓥ 🌱 (@lulu_veganx) reportedStill no service but Hyperoptic are in the area so I am hoping this will be resolved today. This is now day 7. Groundhog Day @Hyperoptic @donedgley1 @mariucha77

Tahmedur Rahman (@Tahmedur123) reported@_Shareen267 Hyperoptic, consistently fast and strong speed constantly, even when there is lots of devices on at once, been with them for 2 years now not a single complaint.

ells🦋 (@ells_afc) reported@TomThornhill_2 @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Sorry do you mean not far from me? Mine is still down I’ve had issues all week with them after almost 48hours of no service. I’ve been given nearly 3 months free service.

Keith Underhill (@keithunder) reported@hyperoptic, your business technical support is rubbish and an embarrassment to me. We were supposed to be down for 3 hours Thursday afternoon. 14 hours later, nothing. No one bothered to tell me when our connection will be restored. Apparently there is a simple fix.

M. (@mariucha77) reported@Neverwasneveris @Hyperoptic 6 days without service in SE london

🏳️🌈 Barrie (@jammach) reported@IainSankey @virginmedia I’m with @Hyperoptic who apart from one outage because of equipment failure have been very good. They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.

Intelligence Service 🕵🏽♂️ (@london_Iran) reported@bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Do not deal with the landlord directly. Good Luck.

Emerson (@ezan955) reported@ZONEofTECH @Hyperoptic They've deactivated their X. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. They're completely rubbish. My Internet is down since last night.
