    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @Hyperoptic please respond and do something about your bad work! Last maintenance I had no service for more than 4 days and you said “few hours” as today! It’s 9:30 hours and still NO service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

    @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yup. Tech support just told me ‘a specialist will attend the site at 6pm’. I had to call and push them to tell me that.

    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf
