    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @Hyperoptic do you have an update on when internet will be restored in HA4? Its been close to 4 hours since the outage and there’s no update from your end .

    Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    So @Hyperoptic has been down in Greenwich pretty much well over 48 hours & there’s been help besides the odd ‘working on a service outage’. Zero answers from customer support too. WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED !

    Hey @Hyperoptic do you understand people have better things to do than waiting on a call with you for an hour only to hear that you’re incompetent in fixing anything. You’ve the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

    Been on hold for hours. No support no help @Hyperoptic. Not good enough, please someone get back to me right away been without internet for 24 hours
