John Sirisuth (@johnsirisuth) reported@bt_uk we've had speeds of less than 5mbps all week in East London...had to hotspot to take meetings. Called up multiple times before and even had an engineer come to check things out. Checks 'passed'. Is it even worth calling? Pretty poor form. @virginmedia @Hyperoptic save us?!

Miss Demeanor (@MissDemeanor07) reported@Jack_Lakeland @Hyperoptic Yeah, I got rid of Sky because it was so slow.
-
Mr_Sinik (@TommyPreziozi) reported@MissDemeanor07 @Hyperoptic firstly on face value you have good bandwidth within the design parameters for that circuit. But 35ms is too high, & shows high latency, this show resistance to data flow. But the problem can still be on your side of the network. In your case I would approach the ISP.

Zoe Kennedy (@zoekennedy) reported@abugintheground @Hyperoptic We are with community fibre, which was installed in our block at the same time as hyperoptic and seems to offer a very similar service. Community fibre’s website suggests we have a mesh Wi-fi device.

Telx (@TelxRS) reported@DinzedFPS Hyperoptic are the way forward if they cover your area. I used to get 900mb download and 450 ish upload back at my flat. Unfortunately don’t cover me where I am now though. Great customer service and never had any issues.
