I’d like to know if I should expect internet by tomorrow or if I need to make other work arrangements. Can you actually update your customers?

vsquad22 (@StainYNWA) reported@Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service

Tom Pilla (@tpilla) reported@CryptoCap97 @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yep, I spoke to them at 1pm and asked the service rep a) how widespread it is; he said about 1,000 customers in west London (I’m in queen’s Park) and b) suggested that he connect with their social media team to start communicating about this an updating their users.

RoseyD77 (@RoseyD77) reported@Hyperoptic Amazing. Got hyperoptic less than a week ago... it's been down all day. No updates. Now have to pay to work outside of my home tomorrow, take time off work and still nothing from you. Not a great start. Might be the end of a very short relationship.
