-
Ryan π€ (@Slimothy_James) reported@MRKCT_ @Hyperoptic Been having my speeds drop as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks now. Their support is useless and have been trying to gaslight me that it's an issue in the flat. Today they sent me an email saying it was fixed (funny how they never sent anyone to my flat) and now it's down again.
-
DSβοΈ (@Carefree_WDS) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have this same problem. Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever

Gideon Summerfield (@gidster3000) reported@Hyperoptic myself and several neighbours in W6 having outages in last 24h. Your site status update reports no problems. Also can't seem to get through on the phone and no other way to report a technical issue
-
Hasim (@Hasimivan02) reported@Hyperoptic FIX IT
-
Lucy β π± (@lulu_veganx) reported@donedgley1 @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic 5 days with no service and no communication is just diabolical.
-
Keith Underhill (@keithunder) reported@hyperoptic, your business technical support is rubbish and an embarrassment to me. We were supposed to be down for 3 hours Thursday afternoon. 14 hours later, nothing. No one bothered to tell me when our connection will be restored. Apparently there is a simple fix.

π°πππ π΄π πππ. (@missnelka) reportedCongratulations on winning the worst staff ever award @Hyperoptic, extremely poor customer support and terrible service.
-
Niman (@OlaminiranA) reported@Hyperoptic Deeply disappointed by the way Hyperoptics handled my account today. I was given misleading information by a member of staff, which left me feeling deceived. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better service than this.
-
George Pericleous (@GeorgiePeri) reported@Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasnβt been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

Alex Nixon (@alexnixon_uk) reportedNaively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money
