  @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

  @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

  Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

  @Hyperoptic having just spoken to the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across whilst giving my 30 days notice, please can you confirm when I will receive written confirmation of this? He couldn't do anything other than be rude to me 👍👍

  Internet down, chat bots don't work weekends 🙄 so on hold to provider for over half hour @Hyperoptic not acceptable!
