  @Hyperoptic is your support team answering questions? This is the 3rd time I contacted the support team with a question, got a ticket number and no answer. Seriously?

  Always always call your service providers at least once a year. There are always deals. I’ve doubled my internet speed from what I had before.. for cheaper then I was paying for half the speed that I’m now getting. 1gbps upload and download parity now. @Hyperoptic 🙏🏾

  @CommunityFibre This is fake reward, I've referred a friend and promised her £100amazon voucher but nothing happened despite caring customer service twice! She should have gone to hyperoptic, at least they have a word when they promise a reward.
