  @TomThornhill_2 @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Sorry do you mean not far from me? Mine is still down I’ve had issues all week with them after almost 48hours of no service. I’ve been given nearly 3 months free service.

  @Hyperoptic has to be the WORST customer service ever! Changed my provider last month, and they still chasing me for a bill, even though they called me last month and said I owe nothing. Their customer service keep cutting me off!!! Disgraceful

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  Good god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles

  So @Hyperoptic has been down in Greenwich pretty much well over 48 hours & there’s been help besides the odd ‘working on a service outage’. Zero answers from customer support too. WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED !
