    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @Hyperoptic filled in a form online, but never submitted it because I wanted to check if I can get out of my current contract with BT. Now I'm getting bombarded with sales call from your team. WtAF?

    @gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

    @Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

Rest assured that we're working on getting you the service however, we have run into issues that require time to resolve. As soon as we get an update, you will be notified of it in the complaint ticket you have raised.

    now its down to 20mbps... seems too be @Hyperoptic wide issue. if i use my mobile data on speedtest app. get over 200mbs on every server, but testing to hyperoptic is SAME poor speed as my ethernet and wifi connection. but status is showing green!

    @HANCXCK @virginmedia Dogshit company, £62a month for their "best service" and it perma cuts off without actually getting the speeds I pay for. Can't wait for hyperoptic to become available in my area.

    @erossiniuk @Hyperoptic They’re anything but fast at relying ! Start replying to current customers in central London who you’ve left with an outage since last Monday please. No detail on the problem, your plan to fix it or timelines as of yet. Not even a single update yesterday.

    @ironside @nzlata @Hyperoptic Initially they claimed the cables had been vandalised, took them nearly 2 weeks to fix. Within 24 hours the service broke again after ‘maintenance works’, I needed to wait for an engineer to rectify which took nearly another week. Just seems to be problems after problems.
