@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic here we are an entire week later still with no broadband and no communication as to when this will be resolved. You are a bunch of cowboys charging for a service you don’t provide.

@pcgamer Try having a UK #BT supposedly FTTC connection giving 0.2 mbps upload & being told on reporting it that the download speed is ok & I would be charged by #OpenReach if no fault found. It was so bad I couldn't even get my email, yet #BT said it was fine. Can't wait 4 @Hyperoptic

  • BgBlue92 BG (@BgBlue92) reported

@Hyperoptic day 6 with no broadband at home: Hyperopic are probably the worse internet provider going never go with the new kids on the block because they haven’t got a clue

  • TomPascoe_ Tom Pascoe (@TomPascoe_) reported

@Hyperoptic Unfortunately I can’t spend £500 on Black Friday because due to my landlord selling the property you’re charging me that much to terminate a service I can’t use. 💩

  • jgladwin7 Joel Gladwin (@jgladwin7) reported

@Hyperoptic Is there any reason why my internet speed has been so bad recently? Just ran a test and it's 7.3 Mbps down and 50.1 Mbps up. It's been awful for a few weeks now!

  • tomehoban Tommy Hoban (@tomehoban) reported

@Hyperoptic how do i contact you with regards to broadband service?

  • zuzakistan zuzak (@zuzakistan) reported

whoops BT Openreach arriving tomorrow to install my @AAISP gfast just realised my building is wired for 1Gbps hyperoptic but it's probably too late to cancel without a hefty openreach fee

  • ryancdotorg Ryan Castellucci (@ryancdotorg) reported

@attiegrande I actually mentioned in my order notes that I would prefer handoff to be a SFP/SFP+ module and that I know what I'm doing. Hyperoptic was nice, though I had to do weird **** to my DHCP client config to make it work. With AT&T, I productionized an 802.1x MitM
