@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

Why on earth iss @ITV Player so ******* bad? Audio desyned and I go to refresh and have to sit through 2 minutes of ads, for it to crash, to refresh and sit through MORE ads. I just wanna watch the damn #ENGDEN game.
