@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

Well I can say without any hesitation that @ITV and @bbcemt television is absolutely terrible. Considering it’s #ChristmasEve there’s nothing new or of any particular interest on any of the channels. I’ve never know it as poor as it is this evening 😣🥱 #boredtotears #TV
