@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

Personally, rather than flouncing off in a huff in the ridiculous way that he has, I would much rather @piersmorgan had been held more fully accountable @ITV. He's tried to duck the issues. Just lets the deeply corrosive divisiveness, that plagues British public life, perpetuate.

@ITV I think it’s a big mistake to have not supported Piers Morgan. He did nothing other than give his opinion, which he is entitled to do. Of course many don’t like what he says, but that is their problem. You can’t hand hold everyone that tunes into GMTV each day!
