Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

@ITV this was truly the worst Christmas TV schedule ever... appalling value of money. ... we have today cancelled our TV licence payments along with 6 other households on our road. .. it is quite obvious that you have given up competing against the streaming giants. ....

@letschatocd @FamilyFortunes @ITV using OCD as an adjective stops people from getting the help they need as it creates misconceptions around this debhilitating illness. i didn’t know i had OCD until i was an adult because i didn’t understand what OCD was and i’m almost bed bound from the disorder.
