Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

@nickeardleybbc every Labour voter I know talking about media bias (and other things) as key issue in defeat, particularly pro Tory bias by BBC and ITV. No WAY u don’t know they say this. Glaringly missing from reasons Labour give for their defeat in ur report on morning news.

Using their brand to selectively edit and remove important facts to suggest potential involvement by others might be how journalists like you work but I'd hope ITV behave with more integrity, we'll see.
