@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

Neither should put up with it but H & M are own worst enemies. Sadly I suspect bullying stories by M have some truth in them though.

@JJB20201 @ITV It's all going to end very badly isn't it. And in the middle of this mess is an elderly lady trying to keep her dignity and 2 babies whose parents will more than likely have issues that will affect them for the rest of their lives.
