Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

@ITV I'm sure it's great but if we miss recording it we are not going to see it as the quality of anything on your ITV HUB is astonishingly bad. All main streaming is in HD but not the HUB, it looks like it was filmed in the 70s.

@AmandaHick28 @ITV 15 minutes of ads then back to the beginning, where you have to watch the ads again. That's when it's not telling there's been "a problem".
