@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

Nothing against England players or their coaching team but the English media and fans are hard work. Make watching their games a slog @ITV maybe need to have a word with their broadcasting team too. Encouraging people to do 'whatever they want' 🙄🙄🙄
