Of course we should pay money to help other countries move through fossil fuels and into carbon free tech immediately. Otherwise the end.

Definitely not while our pensioners are starving and freezing and our teachers and nurses are paid so poorly that they are forced to use food banks. It is fast approaching the time that they would be better off not working and on benefits! Shameful!
