You either buy early to guarantee a good seat, or wait until prices drop and risk not getting the area you want

@ITV Whistleblowers: You have to understand that there is a difference between ID and data storage. If it is just ID then no problem but if it is about storing ALL data then that is a problem.

He might have WANTED to say "Peggy", but his cognitive decline obviously got in the way. So either he DID want to say it or he was physically/mentally unable to say it. It's one or the other.
