Needed to slow down and hang back. No matter what else they were doing (“avoiding yellow car”), they were too close and created a dangerous situation out of nothing through their poor driving. Hence the prosecution.

It’s heartbreaking I was only in town on Tuesday and I was approached by a homeless guy with no shoes on asking for money - more needs to be done to help these people

He acknowledged that again and again in TV shows, interviews. He's spent a lot of time, effort and money to help various charities, of course not telling the tabloids.
