Needed to slow down and hang back. No matter what else they were doing (“avoiding yellow car”), they were too close and created a dangerous situation out of nothing through their poor driving. Hence the prosecution.

Scotland voted no to independence. 🤔 Someone please tell Carwyn:- you can’t keep having referendums every 5 of 10 years on the same issue. They come around once in a generation.
