Needed to slow down and hang back. No matter what else they were doing (“avoiding yellow car”), they were too close and created a dangerous situation out of nothing through their poor driving. Hence the prosecution.

I’ve reset the box and the router but no joy. I’ve been to your technical pages and can’t get through to the contact centre due to wait times of 30m. HELP!!!

The main suspect has cleaned up the broken glass and lamps before forensics are even put in to check, after the police visit. And that's just one of the many gaping holes in what should happen.
