I’ve reset the box and the router but no joy. I’ve been to your technical pages and can’t get through to the contact centre due to wait times of 30m. HELP!!!

Schedulers never clash the soaps and with Emerdale and Corrie on from 7:00 - 8:00 then Corrie back on at 8:30 it doesn't leave many options for the Beeb to show EE. With The Outlaws being post watershed they can't help but have to split Masterchef.
