Newspapers will only stop all this when we stop reading and clicking. I never watched Love Island, but I tweeted at time it’s a shame Caroline Flack was pushed under a bus whilst ITV rushed to help rehabilitate Ant & Dec for ratings reasons.

@dolantalks As much as I dislike Love Island. The show was not the issue. Her private life was and the lack of support from ITV. The media and social media are the problem, as people like to troll. This could have played out, even if she worked on a different show.

@NickFerrariLBC Tricky question for @ITV . Do they still screen tonight's final episode of #noelclarke ironically titled star vehicle VIEWPOINT in view of very detailed @guardian investigation allegations and BAFTA's action? As someone who has admired Clarke's work I'm shocked.

It seems @ITV don’t understand how employment contracts work because apparently they have “no control” over #JeremyClarkson. I imagine that if he’d said the same things about the Princess of Wales as he did about Meghan they’d have found some “control”.

Dear at @ITV ,I don't live in a labour camp with 1000s others ,I don't have to work 12 hours 6 days a week or 7 if told to ,I don't have to wait for my salary to come upto 3 weeks late,I don't have to send my money home to keep my family alive. But #Garyneville makes lite of it.

When playing something on ITVX it always starts off with a black blank screen and you have to exit the play and go back in to make it work 🙄 ITV hub was a bit rubbish but it didn't do this... @ITV @ITVX @ITVXhelp
