You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come.   Not before time that @ITV took @JeremyKyleITV1 off the air. The show was terrible putting families against each other for their so called ratings. Just a shame it took a death for this action to happen, Who knows how many death's, Family breakups they are really responsible for.
