That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Police officers do not go to work to be fatally injured, wounded, injured or even threatened and when facing a life threatening situation the gloves are off and anything goes until the threat is removed
