You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come.   @TheSun None of the contestants are to blame this is all down to the @itv production team. Filmed 24hrs aday they have a duty of care. Instead of intervening when Davids behaviour was a problem and Adam kicked off they let it continue for entertainment.
