You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @ITV Martin. In you show last week regarding universal credit you didnt mention that yes you can work and claim ...BUT Universal Credit deduct 63p in every £1 you earn. Therefore you are working for 37p an hour x say 40 you could be hundreds of pounds a month worse off. Regards
