You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @GMB @ITV My dad was in hospital for 5 months fighting the aftermath of sepsis. We had no celebrity help, no help at all no book deal to pay for help. We work everyday to "bring our dad back" many people are fighting life changing illness...its tough for all,we have to be positive!
