You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

Tony (@eaves_tony) reported@ITV is about time itv invested some money and upgraded a little, sound quality is abysmal and stuck about 20 years behind nearly all other broadcasters by only having stereo sound and not 5.1 surround, todays tv’s and sound systems made for surround not vintage stereo!!!

It only succeeded in blocking seeing the skating & making TV audience feel dizzy. ie completely defeats the object of the entertainment of watching quality skating.
