You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. 6pm to 12pm Breakfast telly / 12pm 7pm Daytime telly / excl. soaps, we're looking at an average 2 hours 8pm - 10pm given for primetime where you catch new drama's. @ITV is the worst because it dedicates 2 channel's for entertainment and game shows. #itv #itv2
