That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @JakeWildHall @harriepw @ITV Yes Ofcom is 'above them', you try making a complaint, they wont investigate it and they don't speak directly to complainants. Ofcom's codes and processe are broken. They will find a way out and not uphold the complaint. Believe me I know! Its worth you complaining tho!

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.
