That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

I was once bullied at work, I complained had to wait 6 weeks for the outcome not everything was evident so the person just got a formal warning

Men get away with this kind of behaviour all the time. Only people like Clarke can be called to account cos they're famous.
