  That ‘new drama’ ident on @itv sounds just like one of those awful #nationwide adverts with a laboured voice rising and falling, unnaturally emphasising certain words and elongating short words to try and sound edgy. I was about to close my account until I saw who it was.

  @HeathertheHeron @ITV Morgan made an impact ( some might say for varying reasons...!) but my issue is with lightweight programming often called "infotainment", and ratings chasing. @itv doesn't cover news as well as it might for a public broadcaster

  @JakeWildHall @harriepw @ITV Yes Ofcom is 'above them', you try making a complaint, they wont investigate it and they don't speak directly to complainants. Ofcom's codes and processe are broken.   if a public service broadcaster has to participate in a ‘market’, then all a commercial broadcaster has to do is produce better content. ITV doesn’t. Netflix doesn’t. that shouldn’t be made the BBC’s problem.
