    if a public service broadcaster has to participate in a ‘market’, then all a commercial broadcaster has to do is produce better content. ITV doesn’t. Netflix doesn’t. that shouldn’t be made the BBC’s problem.

    I have a device that understands everything in I say in my house but TV channels are unable to properly subtitle without lagging or errors? SO important for hard of hearing folks and people watching in another language or sensory issues...Sort it out @BBC @ITV @Channel4

Shameful, particularly as @maitlis was simply reiterating what has happened and reflecting the mood of the country.     @skytv @SkyHelpIreland @ITV Might it be possible soon to get all the ITV channels as normal on the Sky box in 🇮🇪 ? After all you can get them on other boxes, like Virgin Media. If it is a rights issue, can it not be sorted ??
