    if a public service broadcaster has to participate in a ‘market’, then all a commercial broadcaster has to do is produce better content. ITV doesn’t. Netflix doesn’t. that shouldn’t be made the BBC’s problem.

    I worked at @ITV for over 4 years and worked on some crazy pilots, some which did well and others which were scrapped... I really hope the same happens for #TheMaskedSinger. Absolutely awful. 🤮

Shameful, particularly as @maitlis was simply reiterating what has happened and reflecting the mood of the country.     @HighAntony @ITV I went into the town centre for a visit in February. Probably not been through it in 5/6 years before that. Hands down the worst town centre I’ve ever seen. Something needs to change and fast.
