You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed.   @AwayDaysFB I switched to BBC as soon as I saw @GNev2 and Keane on @ITV. I love Wrighty, but BBC had way better pundits and commentary on. Never and Keane, along with Carra are awful.
