You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. The main suspect has cleaned up the broken glass and lamps before forensics are even put in to check, after the police visit. And that's just one of the many gaping holes in what should happen.
