That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come.   @ITV watching the World Cup on @Freely_tv there’s a big drop in picture quality on itv after coming from the bbc with HD broadcasts. Is there a chance the frame rate on itv could be raised to match what the bbc provide? Itv broadcast quality is jarring after watching bbc
