@emmerdale @ITV It's been awful. I understand the idea and that climate change is important. What's happened though is some of the soaps characters without purpose have been corrupted into climate change vehicles. I'm pretty sure Leanna never once mentioned the environment while alive.

Sky, TNT and now Netflix all manage to do it - there's literally no reason why ITV can't. I'm pretty sure a live broadcast of AEW will have more viewers than an airing of The Professionals
