You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. X30N (@CWXeon) reported@Leegend90 @ITV The problem with football and 4K is that you also need a higher frame rate. Otherwise you’re limited to certain camera angles to avoid motion blur, judder, and stuttering whenever the camera pans quickly or follows the ball.
