You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed.   @ITV @itvfootball how crap is your system that you can't even rewind a broadcast to the point of kick off. You can only restart from the very beginning or watch live. It's literally the worst TV app out there. Forcing people to watch the whole build up when we just want the match
