@HeathertheHeron @ITV Morgan made an impact ( some might say for varying reasons...!) but my issue is with lightweight programming often called "infotainment", and ratings chasing. @itv doesn't cover news as well as it might for a public broadcaster

I went a few years earlier as quality was moving down the strategy. Interestingly itv have brought back stenos to cover their day time programming for quality.

So have @ITV now realised that having @piersmorgan on tv is now very clearly a mistake. The last two days have been all about his opinion of Meghan and his insults were awful. When he didn’t like someone else’s opinion he walks off, not enjoyable watching at all.

Woke #ITV forces out Morgan who had the audacity to call Sparkles out for what she is. He may not be the nicest chap in the world but on this he was dead right and if you dissent from PC views at your place of work, fear for your job! Not a good look @ITV.
