@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no ITV channel for 2 days. It is only affecting one box on my house. I’ve reset the box and the router but no joy. I’ve been to your technical pages and can’t get through to the contact centre due to wait times of 30m. HELP!!!

Of course it is sad that someone has died. But I’m glad that the Jeremy Kyle show has been taken off air. It was an awful programme with awful people on it. Good riddance to bad rubbish. It was the trashiest of trash TV. #jeremykyleshow #ITV

@JacquiHM @ITV This is so sad! It also didn’t help, as a Sky viewer, that halfway through watching all my recordings disappeared and the only way to watch was by finding it via ITVX (which is v hidden on Sky). Can’t have helped the numbers!
