@virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

@itvnews @ITV @virginmedia why is ITV News Meridian being shown on ITV when I live in Watford and usually watch ITV News London. Genuine broadcasting error or have Virgin Media cocked up again
