That ‘new drama’ ident on @itv sounds just like one of those awful #nationwide adverts with a laboured voice rising and falling, unnaturally emphasising certain words and elongating short words to try and sound edgy. I was about to close my account until I saw who it was.

@JakeWildHall @harriepw @ITV Yes Ofcom is 'above them', you try making a complaint, they wont investigate it and they don't speak directly to complainants. Ofcom's codes and processe are broken. They will find a way out and not uphold the complaint. Believe me I know! Its worth you complaining tho!

In the FOUR MONTHS since the programme was made, edited, viewed, re-edited and finally complied... no one picked this error up. I find it slightly baffling that the response from ITV was "This was a genuine mistake by the panel. We apologise if this caused any upset to viewers."

@ITVTonight @ITV @Chrisitv Why put out a programme about prices of holidays when you could have warned people before they book, about the terrible customer service some holiday companies have given through lockdown , Love Holidays for example? Some are still waiting for refunds from last summer!
