@SoozUK The problem is not Love Island as such. It's the people who tweet about it. However ITV Studios must take some responsibility for letting the cat out the bag, for making the cat angry first, and then for profiting from the behaviour of the angry cat.

@ITV @77deedd Awful series. 1st episode she (bomb disposal expert) goes to flick a light switch off, yes a light switch, on a bomb dismantling site & has to hold it for ages as OMG it might be connected!! Duh! The script & plot is one big yawn. The acting is OTT. Apart from that it’s ok..

@ITV Bomb disposal expert turns detective even though her role is totally unrelated to detective work. This series is nonsense, the script sounds like it was written by a teenager, the sound is terrible and 90% of each episode is nonsense.
