@Simonjhbenson @Ghoul_of_London There was a good talk last year by the archivist of an Old ITV franchise at Hampstead Photo Soc. Brideshead Revisited was made to pass the quality test ahead of Granada bidding to renew their franchise. ITV Franchises also had to have a decent regional offering.

Lockdown will not work unless it's permanent. The cure (permanent lockdown/mass unemployment) is worse than the disease.
