Also pricing needs to be right. But the problem is they already have a free offering (iPlayer / ITV Hub) so unless they make/buy exclusives it's not going to work.

How about having early morning appointments booked online for those going to work or school only. Rotate the Doctors doing this slot over a two week period. Have the Dr's doing a surgery day separate to a community day
